Went to what I thought was Rite Aid and found out it was now a Walgreens, across the street from the hospital. Was told it could be up to 3 hours to fill my husbands insulin. No one wants to wait that long after being in Intensive Care. Drove across town to CVS and it literally took 6 minutes...at a pharmacy we had never used. The staff was so friendly, helpful and sympathetic to the situation. Thank you!
Tried to finish up my Covid Vaccine. The forms werent going through online, again. They get mad. Make me wait even though theres 5 people behind the counter. Fill out paperwork. Then, very rudely told that I had to wait 2 more days. I have to work on the 23. I dont know when Ill be off. Get your vax elsewhere. Their lazy.
Love the little girl in front that works. She is adorable and so sweet. She does everything there, the new manager Kimberly is a horrible person should not be a manager. She talks S**t to all customers about the others especially Kristina and Wendy and steve and sweet Lexi. Not professional at all! You should never talk badly about other that are better then you! Needs to go!
This is the worst CVS I have ever had the misfortune of going to. No matter if you go to the drive through or inside, you’re going to be waiting at least 30 minutes or more to get waited on, and that was BEFORE covid. It’s even worse now. I’ve been a regular patron of CVS in Spring Hill, Franklin and Mt Juliet in the past because my insurance requires we use their pharmacy. This one is horrendous and the worst I have ever had the misfortune to use. You always wait forever and if you try and call to check on things, prepare for rudeness and/or to be hung up on.
If I could rate ZERO stars I would! Just know if you go to the drive thru pharmacy line you will wait over an hour and a half. No matter what time you come here. This is beyond unacceptable.
Wish I could give zero stars. The wait is always an hr+.
Horrible experience. Will change pharmacies. Ordered two refills on Thursday and the system said they would be filled on Friday. On Monday I went to pick them up and they were not ready. They asked me if I would wait and I said I cant but would pick them up the following day. Called first and waited on hold 20 minutes. They said my order was in process but would be ready when I came in. So I drove over and Rxs werent ready. They told me to wait for 15-20 minutes. After 40 minutes with kids waiting in the car I got back in the very long line. My prescriptions were ready but they never called me up to the counter. This was painful and I will never use CVS again.
Go to Walgreens across the street. They are way faster filling your prescription!
Very slow, drive-thru is worse, long lines.
Will be changing pharmacies the wait in the drive thru is close to 2 HOURS!!!!!!! Ridiculous!
Can’t count how many times this place has messed up our families script. They say it will be ready and never is. It is a 15 minute drive there and they tell you it’s not ready or some other excuse for not having it. I hate CVS. When will someone from corporate notice or is this the best they strive for. Insurance requires we use this. It SUCKS
Had to wait over 1 hour in drive thru for my test. Not well organised
I Come in act least 3-4 times a week. They have this new manager her name is Amy, she works the counter up front. She is BY far the sweetest employee they have there. She is always helpful!! There is a darker haired manager that works with her everytime I come. She’s been there a bit her names Christina she is horrible leaves Amy alone to deal With EVERYTHING why she’s “putting away stuff” mostly she’s hiding and talking or playing on her phone.last week she stood on an aisle talking with her friend the line was 10 deep, Amy asked and asked pretty much begged for help, she was ignored she apologized repeatedly for the wait which was not her fault.Amy did all she could to get us out quickly never being rude or stopped smiling. I stood in line and watched for a good 30-35 mins why Amy struggled to get through everyone as quickly as possible again with a smile. The line continued to grow. After numerous of us told Christina to she needed help and was blown off repeatedly, I know act least one or two customers left leaving all their items, she did say to the other manager you know she needs help up here, where (Christina I believe her name is. Name tags with there position should be a must!) just shrugged and continued her conversation. The only time she’s helped is when Steve or Wendy are there. If that other one is a manager she needs to be demoted. I have an entire office staff that comes there regularly and for now one will walk out if it’s not Amy there.Amy is always friendly will help anyway she can! You need more like her and less if the other female.Wendy and Steve are great Also, but Amy’s just doesn’t stress doesn’t treat someone badly everyone gets the same respect from her.
3 month old beverages in their coolers. Three Months expired! If the food and drink section is like this.....what is going on here?
The worst drive thru! Be prepared to wait at least half hour if there is two cars ahead of you.
The manager Wendy is horrible it was and has been the worse experience EVER i have had nothing but problems since going there sale tags always wrong and she activates there sale adds early so i have lost out because she deactivates the current sale add to the new one .she is VERY RUDE and terrible customer service .i will NEVER go there again. As well as call there corporate office on her. Trust me if gotta go to CVS its worth it ro drive to hendersonville.
I have been coming here for two years. The faces change monthly. This go around has me here leaving a review. If you are so understaff and barely able to handle prescriptions, why start testing for Covid? I was in line for 3 minutes before I got service. Had to sit there for 30 minutes, waiting, while I watched her helping other cars. 4. 4 cars drove thru before I got to leave. And on top of it all, the staff member had ZERO manners, and was completely rude. Not only for my visit but when I called the past two days as well. Even complained to me about how hectic it was there.. I’m like I know, I wish y’all would get it together, cause it’s getting real old.
Had a 3:30 appointment. Got here 10 minutes early. Currently 4:00 and havent moved since I got here. As I typed that last sentence, one car moved forward. Why bother having appointments if they cant handle it?
DO NOT GO here for you Covid-19 testing!!!! They do not know what they are doing AT ALL. I waited for an hour in my car being ignored before they told me they couldn’t figure out how to get my insurance entered!! The lady who normally does was out sick and then I was SENT HOME without a test!!
Do NOT believe their advertisements about covid testing. They will not have your test back in the estimated or advertised time and you will never ever be able to get hold of a human being to help you.
What an amazing experience!!!! Such great service and the pharmacist Kelsey is beautiful. She even has timbs and Air Force cleaners if you need them. Just ask. 5* quality
Generally rude customer service in the pharmacy. Timing is way off from original pickup time. I think all around they just need more staff. The lady at the register inside was polite, drive thru person was rude, and phone person didnt know what he was doing.
Woman running the drive threw is extremely rude! Even called me a liar when I told her the other girl I spoke with said it would be an hour wait she said your lieing she didnt tell you that..we have a 2 hour wait on all scripts.. another time I go to pick up my script and they only give me a partial script because they are out of the medicine and tell me the rest will be ready monday. I wait till Wednesday to pick it up since I had enough to last till then and they tell me they still dont have it that there supplier is out and I asked well why did you not call and notify me this monday so I could go somewhere else and not run out of my script that you absolutely can not miss not one dose and she looked at me and said do you think we have time to call everyone about there prescriptions? And then just today I had a script my doctor sent in 3 days ago and I go to pick it up and to no suprise it isnt ready! 3 days? Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to but unfortunately its the pharmacy my insurance makes me go to
Regarding service on 1/24/20 (and every day before for the past year):Terrible service, unnecessarily long wait times for Rx pick-up, incredibly rude staff. My doctor called them to correct the wording on my prescribed dosage on one of my 7 monthly prescriptions and then she called me back to let me know that its been done. During this phone call she told me that she was on hold for over 20 mins (average phone call wait time is 20-35 mins, and that is not an exaggeration) and when the pharmacist finally answered her call, she said he was extremely rude (very typical treatment from the entire pharmacy staff).I waited 2 hours before I went back down there (third trip of the day to the same pharmacy for ONE prescription) and after waiting 50 mins in line, I am told at the counter that the script wasnt ready, the price hasnt been corrected (billing to my Rx insurance card) and if the problem needed to be fixed, I needed to call TennCare myself. I leave, and do exactly as I was told, and the representative tells me there was no Rx billing coming to my account. There wasnt a problem --- the pharmacy forgot to re-bill. I call back down there, 25 mins later get a pharmacy tech on the phone, I explain what the problem is, at which she remembered me, and cuts me off while Im explaining to her they have me billed as a cash pay, and tells me she will have to contact the insurance company, but she honestly doesnt have time to get to it today, but will try to get to it by tomorrow afternoon. When I tell her that I refuse to not be taken care of this evening, she tells me I am too busy to take care of just you, there are 50 other people needing there meds too, Ill handle it tomorrow and with that, she immediately hung up on me.I decide to go down there the next day, but I call before I even leave, wait on hold for another 20 mins, and when Im finally answered they tell me my script is ready for pick-up. When I get there my script that they had ready for me to pick-up is nowhere to be found. The young lady running the front counter is walking around checking every bin, looking for my meds, she asks the drive-thru associate if she knew where it was and she responded that she remembered me from yesterday and she laughed and said And Im so glad I dont have to handle her again today. But on the positive side, there was a gentleman working all around the pharmacy gathering a giant box of old prescriptions just laying around, and tells the front counter lady that we quickly decide to Rush fill it, its our mistake, lets not make the customer wait this long I didnt catch his name, but this gentleman was pleasant, customer-focused, and motivated to help get this pharmacy in the right direction. However, I am going to switch pharmacies, I made that decision last night after spending over an hour researching cheaper medications and better quality customer service. So Sorry this is so long, but so many details, big problems, and I want people to see that its NOT JUST THEM dealing with this chaos, and unless your insurance covers, YOU DO NOT NEED TO STAY THERE, and even with your insurance, you can find way cheaper prices in many other pharmacies. I can help guide you to the info on the cheaper prescription card if you email me. Thank you for taking the time to read!
The pharmacy here is the absolute worst. We are stuck with it due to our insurance. They can not fill prescriptions correct ....if they fill them on time. Then you have to wait forever. I sure wish there was another option close by.
So I go to have a prescription refilled. Well they’re out and won’t have any till tomorrow....maybe. Is this not a DRUG STORE? Do you not sell drugs? And the clerk seems unconcerned and bored. I wish I had chosen a different drug plan that did t involve CVS.
Dont waste your time at this pharmacy. Theyll never have your medicine in stock and they wont bother to tell you theyre out until you go back to pick it up. HUGE waste of time.UPDATE*It happened again 😂Surprise surprise. I waited at the drop off counter for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! Then proceeded to tell me they were out of my medication again and I would have to come back tomorrow. Another huge inconvenience and complete waste of time. Hopefully Ive learned my lesson this time 😅
Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. their job is to serve the customer a lot of whom are sick therefor needing prescriptions yet they treat the public like a burden i will never use this pharmacy again. they also have messed up my prescription
The pharmacy is always extremely busy but theyre always nice even though theyre constantly slammed. The selection in store is smaller than other CVS, bit thats because its a smaller store. Employees are friendly and helpful.
This is the most pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. There is such a lack of customer service it is unbelievable that someone in this company doesnt take notice and do something. I do not have any intention on ever spending another penny with this company in ANY facet of its business!!! PATHETIC!!!
They are horrible. Wouldn’t help my insurance take care of my situation so I can get my medicine, told me I would be better off transferring my medicines elsewhere.
Every single visit, the staff is extremely rude! Its always wayyyyyyyyyy past the time Im told of when my one prescription a month is ready! If it werent for my insurance I would never ever come here for anything! I do not recommend this pharmacy for anyone!!!!!!
They always have my prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Quick and efficient!
I normally go in the morning and never have to wait and my prescriptions are always ready
When I say the worses pharmacy in Gallatin there rude and slow. They wont fix the other side to there drive thru Im switching pharmacys Monday morning.
Very poor management, seemingly understaffed. They are out of prescriptions we need quite often and they dont order them from the supplier like they promise. Very long wait times, Ive gone home twice without all the medicine I was picking up. Be sure to check your prescriptions because there is no guarantee that it will be correct. Its very scary, I will be transferring ALL our prescriptions.
How long do you have to wait on the phone until someone picks up in the pharmacy?!
Staff is always very helpful and nice
Very rude unhelpful and unprofessional staff, never listen the customer concerns, planning to move all my prescriptions to Walgreens !!!!
They treated my wife like a drug addict
Very rude staff.
Staff is always rude.
