Gas pump bays need a good cleaning- gas pumps need a couple of new key pads (cant see info on them) seldom do you get a receipt at the pumps

Made this a regular stop while visiting. Closest Cheapest Gas to Cambridge Farms Subdivision. Reasonable Prices on everything,friendly staff,clean store.

I like Thornton. Its always busy. Yet the restroom is always clean. Employees are very friendly. I really wish they had those slush drinks in diet. At least one diet choice. I want one so bad but there are no diabetic choices. I asked about it an was told by an employee that they didnt make syrup in a small enough container to serve diabetics cause it was to expensive. Come on now, you got 3 different choices of diet colas, plus water an Gatorade an you dont have the capability of getting a diabetic friendly slush. And then she said I think sonic has one. Well why does sonic an not you. Im not at sonic Im here. Lots of people prefer diet over regular. They might not want all that sugar. DIET IS FOR ANYONE NOT JUST PEOPLE WITH DIABETES. Corporate needs to put out a memo an fix this

Gas prices are fairly good. NEVER ANY RECEIPT PAPER AT THR GAS PUMPS which make it less convenience for customers. You have to still go inside to get a RECEIPT. Their excuse for NOT HAVING ANY PAPER OUTSIDE is that our PUMPS is real real OLD and they are torn up. Thats why the paper doesnt work. Thorntons make enough money to at least make the PUMPS SAFE by getting them up to standards for their customers and also provide paper. They say our PUMPS are 11 years old. I told them Hendersonville pumps always have paper. AGAIN their excuse is Hendersonville is a newer store. Please make paper available at the pumps while were in this COVID-19 so we dont have to go inside the store and wait in a long, long line while they dont practice Social Distance. I love this store. Debbie, JT and Matt are the friendliest people in any store I have ever been in. They talk to everyone like they have known them all their life. They cut up with their customers they make everyone feel welcome. That is the only store I go to to get my gas. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome to come in to your store

Dont advertise cheap gas if you dont have any

Quick fuel stop today with no real issues. The place is nearly always super busy, so be mindful in the parking lot and near the pumps.

Slow service, no one wearing masks, trash all over parking lot, wont be back.

Gas is advertised on the sign outside for $2.39 but when I actually got ready to pump my gas the price was $2.66. I go inside to inquire about the difference the store clerk proceeds to say they had a gas price change at 8pm. He then proceeds to say that he doesnt know how to change the price as advertised. Thorntons how about you train your employees properly!!

The dayshift cashier with the braids seems to always be having a fun time but he lacks customer service and does not pay attention to his customers. There can be a long line of people, him being the only cashier, and he seems to be more focused on singing and dancing than getting the customers taken care of. Or simply not paying attention at all, no hi, thanks, come again, nothing. The cashier with the short spikey haircut is great. Gas is normally pretty cheap. Good variety of things to choose from.

I stop at this location often because of its proximity to my work, it’s always price competitive, the staff is always helpful and friendly!

JT is the greatest! He is so fun and enjoys his job! He takes time to learn about his customers and talk to them daily! He never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face. I will continue to go to this store as long as he is still there !!

I could NOT convince the clerk that he owed me 6 dollars and change after I spent 13.09 and handed him a 20 dollar bill. I got 91 cents back (the machine provided change automatically). After complaining that I had only received change, he gave me 3 wadded up singles and insisted it was the correct amount. Interestingly he had also shorted the guy ahead of me by 3 dollars! Anybody else think hes shorting change by about 3 dollars per person? I do!

Cashier plays with the pump making people go in and spend more time clogging the station making unsafe out side.

This has to be the umpteenth time I have visited this location and once again, horrible customer service, condiments always out or almost gone, nothing fresh, its becoming a laughing matter among my coworkers and myself.. lucky if you get some onions this time of night. well, then they need to put the hours old hot dogs back in the freezer if they do not plan on putting any condiments along with it. Geez. looks like Twice Daily is looking good again....

Me and my girlfriend went in I got a 6 pack of beer and she got an icee as we were standing in the long line she went to the bathroom when it was my time to check out the store clerk told me she needed my drivers license and she also needed my girlfriends drivers license who was not even around. The cashier put my things to the side and made me wait until my Girlfriend returned from the restroom to check her licenses. BTW we are both 50 yo....

I work nights. Stopped in at 2am to grab a few items and there was a sign on the door said be back in 10 mins? Okay I will just take my business down the street to shell.

Big, clean and usually cheaper prices on gas. Tough location to get out of with traffic on Belvedere!

Lines too ling. Rude. Air machine out of order. It cost me $12 to get Fix o flat!
