Not a perfect 5 because of uncaught breakage but crutches retained a customer and made it a good experience. Everybody walked away happy and the store got more business. Probably coming back this week. From what I hear its not been the greatest in hendersonville but if crutches is in the gallatin shop go in. Good educated business guy in this area. Smoke on guys...Im going to bed 🤣🤣🤣🤣

They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. And have great products across the board. Everything has been just wonderful and plenty to choose from.

I went with my boyfriend and the man behind the counter was incredibly helpful! My bf suffers from TMJ and he helped us find the perfect kratom to fit his needs! He was super knowledgeable on all the products there and even told us if we see something we like at the other location in Hendersonville to let him know and he’ll order it for us so we won’t have to make a trip out of town. Extraordinary customer service, and I’m telling everyone about this place!!!

We came here to buy a disposable vape because it said it was open online. Showed up and the sign “open” was on, which in my mind indicates that they’re open. So I proceeded to get out of the car, put on my mask, and go inside - not open. Door locked, no answer on the phone. It says on Google “Closes soon 7pm.” I would recommend changing that.

None of their torches worked. The hookahs are sub par.
