Honestly I didnt no this place existed. My alternator went out on my 05 Toyota Avalon. I was stranded in Greenbrier TN for 10 days. I towed my car back to Gallatin TN an my insurance agent recommend to tow it here. Trey, a mechanic there said he was 2 weeks out but knew it was my only transportation. He had the tow driver, John, who I rode with an was nothing but a gentlemen, put it up front. He said he would try to look at it as soon as he could. And he did. I had the alternator replaced in Greenbrier an the person failed to disconnect one of the wire harnesses that went to the crank system. The wires were ripped out. Trey had to make the wire harness himself. He kept me up to speed with everything. He was so kind an I really appreciate what he an Travis did for me. I will never use anyone else and highly recommend Ausbrooks to everyone. Thank you guys for your help. Its hard to find honest mechanics these days but yes, they do exist at Ausbrooks.

About a year ago my entire family switched over to Ausbrooks and we recommend them to everyone in the area. Very honest people, very trustworthy as well. Ive picked up a vehicle many times surprised at how inexpensive the service was. Trey and his team do not fix unnecessary things or tell you that you need something you dont. Top notch people and top notch service. Been to several mechanics, not many like Trey around.

Trey and his crew are amazing. I take all of my personal vehicles and my fleet of delivery vans to his garage. I appreciate the honesty and accuracy in what he says. They’re incredibly fair on their rates, and he’s very open about the length of time to complete a repair. They won’t tell you whatever they have to just get your business. In all the years and in all of the repairs, I’ve only had one repair that required a return visit. Trey worked continuously until the service was correct. There was never a mysterious “other thing” - that just so happens to be chargeable - that was the cause of my return trip. It is extremely hard to find a great mechanic who is also as honest as these guys are. That is why I’ll always take my vehicles to Ausbrooks.

My wife brought her car here to have them look at the brakes after being told by a dealership she needed brakes done. The dealer quoted $600+, and we decided to get a second opinion. After looking at the brakes and measuring the pads, Ausbrooks said we had 50%left. They rotated our tires and out the door at very minimal cost.

These were great people . got my car done in one day and were priced fairly. Also sent me a report of all the other things the car needs. We will be going back.
