He is great. Serviced my two bikes. Replaced a tire tube. Turn around was the next day. Very fair pricing. Only person in town I know of that fools with motorcycle tires. Friendly and professional. Even cleaned the bikes up with the service.

Doing a tour around America on my bike and found Poppa Willy as it was close to my friends house. Had a feeling my chain was stretched and needed a new on. Called Ben went over and couldnt have met a nicer more honest guy. He said he would throw a chain on no worries. Came back on Sunday and he spent and hour on it and still was like dont worry about it...payment!?! There is no way that was going to happen. You dont meet honest mechanics anymore. Plus I would much rather give my money to a local guy than the big dealer/type stores. Wish he was in California!

They offer quality service at a respectable price point. Ben the owner fabricated some things for me and I have had 0 issues for what is now year 4. Very easy to communicate and talk to and just through casual conversations I know he is knowledgeable enough for any task at hand from fabrication to powersports engine repairs.

I googled a bike repair in Gallatin, this one was five stars, and I am so glad I called...and he answered the phone, actually answered.He worked me in for full service in less than 48 hours, and came and picked it up in Hendersonville at my house because it would not idle so I could ride it there. Who does this???? NOBODY...He did full service oil, filter and spark plugs in less than five hours and BROUGHT IT BACK TO ME... WTH??This is the bike repair that I will stay with as long as it is in business. I highly recommend and give this shop 5 HUGE STARS.I appreciate it the integrity and professionalism as well as the down to earth advise. Thanks again, and I will see you soon to do some more upgrades.
