I rented a new bed. It had to be ordered but that was okay with me. My salesman ( I forgot his name. Im so sorry) was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He treated me very nice. Very clean store. Nice inventory.

Rented a lift chair to try for a month from local Galion office.. Chair was delivered promptly during window of time expected to a local nursing home. While the chair was brand new from their warehouse, the user found it too big and not comfortable enough.Stopped back into local Galion office on a Friday to request that it be picked back up. The following Monday their team arrived promptly during window of time and picked up the chair. Office personnel and delivery team were all very professional and I appreciated all they did.

You guys are amazing and we love being customers. You have always taken care of us and been so understanding about certain situations and have never been rude or condescending. Would refer anyone here. Always

Some of the employees are just rude makes you not want to do business with them and it seems like they always have extra costs when you make payments

The sales staff are wonderful they work with you the best they can possible. They are always on time with deliveries and if they aint got it in the the they will find it for you. Now the store manger Lorie is amazing she deserves a raise or bonus for all the up and beyond she does for the store and customers. Sarah deserves the same. Ive been a customer for along time and they put up with me and that alone should get them a raise....

I really like doing business with them up here at showplace. Lori and the gang has always made it very affordable for us to be able to get all the things that we need. I dont know what I would do with out them sometimes. Thanks to all of you up at showplace for being there in our time of need.

Mara the manager was very very very friendly I went. Month ago to get my furniture and just made my 2nd payment and she instantly knew who I was after only meeting once that is good hospitality you don’t see many young kids now a days like her very professional and caring about the customer definitely gonna keep on getting more things here as long as she’s manager
