This Dollar store is the WORSE the prices listed is NOT WHAT WILL RING AT REGISTER. THEY CHEAT YOU LITERALLY OUT OF NICKEL N DIME. SO TERRIBLE

The prices are fair and the people that work there are generally nice, many are bilingual (English - Spanish) which should help a lot of people out, also there is always ample parking, though they can use more people at the register at times, the line can get quite long when there is only one person at the register.

I just love their dishes. I always get awesome customer service there. The place is well organised and the workers are always super nice. Will come back again.

There were some empty shelves. I did find what I was looking for. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Worked here before and costumer service was never really part of training but common sense... But clearly not to all employees ... I witnessed one of my ex coworker tell a customer they didnt speak ENGLISH when they did... Not everybody who worked there was terrible but it was inconsistent the customer service ... more training is honestly needed to teach good customer service to the employees

One of our favorite store to grocery sho. Prices are great with awesome specials and deals throughout the store.

This place is super dirty outside I realise Galena Park isnt exactly The Woodlands but please have some pride and self respect and clean up your area. This goes for looters as well they got a trashcan inside.

Convenience. This store is convenient for Galena Park area residence only Employees Just dont care for or have ever heard of customer service.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!! I just left from there and the cashier or asst.manager refused to let me get cash back (my own money) but yet let another customer have her dog running around the store! Management is very rude! With no customer skills what so ever!!

Staff is friendly and always willing to help out. The store is a bit messy at times but overall a positive shopping experience.

The shelves in the store arent organized at all, but the employees were kind. There was a good sale on toys, too.

Just went to family dollar and theres a long line at the register I finally get to the counter let me remind you I have my daughter in my hands also and the other girl that works there is just sitting there behind the counter and she on her phone Im sorry but she either needs to be suspended or let go.
