Gaithersburg glass company is by far the most accommodating company I have dealt with in many years. Michael and Sherry both went above and beyond to get a very time-sensitive project done for me quicker than I had hoped. I highly recommend Gaithersburg glass and will use them and only them for all my glass/ mirror projects! I highly recommend them!

I ordered a doggie door almost 2 months ago. I was told that it would take between 2-3 weeks. I haven’t received it yet and they do not even call to give updates. Every time I called they put me on hold for a long time and tell me that “this week” will arrive. I understand that materials and glass are out of stock however I can’t understand bad customer service or not calling the client for updates. I wanted to cancel the order and they said I can’t - I haven’t signed anything and h still can’t cancel the order since it’s costumed made. Waiting for the door still :/

We order glass, for a french door, to be replaced. The glass came in Jan 2021 but when the installers came to replace the old glass they told us the seal was too cold and would break if they tried to replace the glass then. They called when it got warm in April and came and replaced the glass with the seal intact. They did a great job. This is the second time we have used GAithersburg Glass and have been extremely pleased both times. The installers were wonderful.

Highly disappointed and disgusted on how they still have not emailed or called me back with my inquiry. As a local I highly DO NOT recommend. Extremely dissatisfied, honestly you would think they’d be better. Have not heard back from not one single person. Will definitely tell anyone and everyone to never come here.

Dont waste your time asking for a quote. I spoke to someone on the phone then, sent a detailed email w/ drawings. Called 3 more times to check on the quote/estimate and waited over 3 wks w/ absolutely no response on their end. I am an interior designer too so they apparently dont need the extra business. Wasted time when I could have looked elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Gaithersburg Glass did two shower enclosures for us. The most recent one is in the pic below. Very professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the job before they were done. The low iron glass also looks great with the white tile we picked for the job.

We at colonial restoration studio use this glass company all the time. Some parts of the year are busier then others. So sometimes it takes a little longer then usual. They are very fair priced and they strive to do their best and leave the customer happy. Every business has its ups and downs and out of all the glass companies my company has used this one is by far the best to work with.

Terrible response time! I emailed them on Nov 18th asking for a simple quote to repair a window pane on a front door. They emailed the next day saying they would get back to me in a timely fashion. I never heard back and emailed again in Dec and have still not heard back and its Jan 3! Trying Campbell glass now.

We contracted Gaithersburg Glass Company to install a glass enclosure for a large shower. The required cuts were intricate and needed very accurate measurements to duplicate the various contours of the seat, sill, and two wall surfaces. Minh was our consultant and was great! From our first conversation to arrange for the measuring of the shower enclosure to the final installation and invoicing, Gaithersburg Glass Company performed exceptionally well. The installation team was excellent, and the finished product looks fabulous and operates well after over a year of service. I highly recommend Gaithersburg Glass Company and will do business with them again!

Our shop had a customer with an older and very rare vehicle. We were tasked with re-doing the interior as close as possible to factory specifications. We had one hard to solve issue with the interior rear- view mirror. The Team at Gaithersburg Glass was tasked with the repair and did a remarkable job. I would not go anywhere else! Superb Service and Quality!

Extremely rude service. For some reason, the company refuses to schedule anything further out than a day. Also, they will give you a discount if you write a good online review for the company. Dont trust all the reviews you read about this company. Some good online reviews are posted solely for the discount I am sure.

I had to have two glass panels replaced on my patio sliding door. The two guys that came did a terrific job. I highly recommend Gaithersburg Glass for all your glass needs.

Nice people, and one of the last glass companies in the immediate area. Prices dont seem high, or low. Must be busy because it took about a week and a half to get my order.

Poor communication and late follow up from staff Minh. Initial email responded the same day. The follow up email didn’t get a reply for 6 days. I do remember leaving my name and phone number for someone to get back with me on my first call back after 6 days. When I called back the second time, she insisted that she gave me a price on the phone with rude tone/attitude - which I do not recall getting the price on the phone. Then I asked for the quote to be sent via email, she said “fine you’ll get it in the email.” The price is comparable with another vendor. Because of this, I am taking the business elsewhere. I do own a business and pray I would not have staff like this.

This guys saved me... needed aome on the spot glass and they cut it right away for me. The price was great and the service was wonderfull.
