I’ve been in the trade all my life and have dealt with all sorts of counter reps. Some good and some bad. An electricians day can either a productive or not based on the type of counter rep you deal with. There are many factors that go into a good counter rep such as accuracy of the order, getting it out for pick up quickly, and material available.Yesterday I we had a pretty bad mistake from Capital that was going to cause us to not be able to complete the work. Greg, from Capital drove to another store picked up the material and personally delivered it to us at our job site. I’ve never seen this done before. This place goes the extra mile for its customers.
