I am happy to give Greentech Remodeling a glowing 5-star review.On January 3rd, 2019 a pipe burst in our master bathroom that caused a flood in our home that devastated not only the master bathroom, but the kitchen underneath it as well as the basement. My wife and I spent a full week researching and meeting with 7 different contractors to get quotes, time-frame etc. that would be necessary to complete the exhaustive repairs to get our house back in order.I have dealt with multiple contractors in the past and I knew that the price, completion dates etc. that I was being given by the contractors were nothing more than rough estimates and ultimately the projects always end up costing more and taking far longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.When Mo Ouinaksi, the owner of Greentech Remodeling, came to our home I was expecting the same old contractors sales pitch. Mo explained who and how Greentech works, discussed with us our expectations, and our budget. Mos no-nonsense approach was completely different than what I have become accustomed to from other contractors.Within an hour of meeting with Mo we had a firm price for our renovation that was far less than any of the other 6 contractors as well as a time commitment that they would start our project in 2 weeks and his team would complete the entire project in just 3 weeks. All the other contractors were going to take a minimum of 4 weeks just to get the cabinets and up to 6-8 weeks to complete the project. I was excited and at the same time a bit concerned that Greentech Remodeling would not be able to live up to what they had just promised us.We signed a contract with Greentech Remodeling. Mo went with us to multiple stores to help us select the cabinets, counter top, bathroom vanity, flooring, tile and lighting. His suggestions were amazing and with his contractors discount we often got pricing that was 10-50% less that retail (other contractors would have pocketed the difference which in many cases was several thousand dollars!)Mos crew showed up on time Monday to Saturday at 8AM sharp. Roberto was the project manager. I have never experienced someone who had so much concern for my needs or my expectations. Roberto provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced, and Mo stopped by multiple times every day to review their work and to make sure that we were completely satisfied.Everyone who worked on our home was professional, courteous, and meticulous. They covered everything to keep it clean during the day and removed it when they left. In the end they even finished the project 1 day earlier than they had originally promised.Our renovation went flawlessly, and our new kitchen, master bathroom and basement look like something out of a magazine.Greentech Remodeling is a one-stop shop. My entire master bathroom/kitchen/basement renovation came well within our budget. I cannot emphasize enough, save yourself time and money by working with Greentech Remodeling. You wont be sorry!

Great experience with GreenTech putting on a new roof.I was initially concerned when their estimate came in several thousand dollars less than the competition, but followed the advice of an associate who was very pleased, and the company again did an excellent job.They also cleaned up after the job--I literally had more trash blow in my yard from another company doing the neighbors house the following week than GreenTech left in my yard.Would highly recommend.

I was reluctant to leave a feedback. The sales representative is a smooth talker. He will sale you that he get the job done at a reasonable price. But, when it comes to put everything in writing he will not put the details in writing. I had a contract with him regarding the roof and gutters. When I spoke with the inspector who will inspect the job when it is completed, the inspector was trying to clarify what will be done. We realized that there were a lot of details that was agreed upon was not cleared in the contract.I wrote an email to clarify in writing to what was agreed upon and detailed in the contract. I wanted to be sure that every detail is in the contract. He tried to call me several times and refused to put it in writing. His response was that he does not do business in writing.Please read other reviews. The sales representative Mo is very smooth and will not put the details in writing. I do agree with the other reviews as he does bait and switch.Thank God that I canceled my contract.

GreenTech Remodeling did a great job putting in new wood floors through out the first floor and kitchen cabinets. What made this project more challenging was (1) I was not local and (2) they had to start with materiels and plan started by Lowes who later backed out due to a housing availability delay and change in their service offerings. Mo, the coordinator, did a phenomenal job, went out of his way making sure everything was done right and consistent with my desires...not as easy when the customer lives out of town. I definitely would recommend Mo and GreenTech Remodeling again.

So almost a year ago we had our kitchen remodeled. We had a special request to incorporate some of our old tile with the new because my mother who passed away put that tile up years ago. I got some push back with the owner but I know he didnt want to promise what he couldnt deliver, but I had faith in him and he did pull it off so I was happy about that. What we were unhappy about was the paint job, there was no attention to detail, the painter got some paint on the borders and a little in the dinning room. The owner told me what I could use to get it off (but why do I have to vs your worker) and he suggested that we get a new paint job for another room but if I did I wouldnt use this company because Im unhappy with the current job. They had to come back more than once for the paint job, on closer inspection I saw some spots that got on the cabinets but I was able to get it off, I didnt call them about that. Currently we have about 2 or 3 cabinets that are a little loose and I dont think that should happen in under a year after the renovation, we havent been swinging them open wildly. So there was the good with the bad.

They care about making more money than customer satisfaction and quality of work. Not good company.
