Within moments of stepping into The Bike Center LTD store for the first time, I found the bike I wanted to purchase. Both Peter G. and Max provided superb service. They were keenly attentive to my every request and question, making fine-tune adjustments to the bike to accommodate my needs and displaying impressive workmanship in the process. They both exhibited the utmost professionalism. I also had an opportunity to converse with Brian, one of the owners of the store. In the end, he ensured I was satisfied with the bike. I couldnt be happier to find Manny and his shop last year during the pandemic. I was *finally* ready to get a new bike—after 37 years!!—and was finding few bikes available. Manny had a terrific Liv in my size and price range, and offered outstanding customer service. I like to support local bike shops (where would we be without them?) and was so happy with Mannys service that we purchased a bike for my husband as well, and then a bike rack. Bikes today are pretty different than the old ones, but Manny welcomes the bicycle novice and all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Manny and his shop for friendliness, expertise, and service.

I brought my back for truing of the front wheel and pruchased an extender cable for my bike lock to more easily lock two bikes together. The extender had to be ordered because the Bike Center was out of stock. It came in my the time the work on the tire was completed.Another good visit to The Bike Center.

I had an accident and Manny did a great job of replacing the rear wheel and preserving my bike for continued use. Will return for future tuning and new bike when time comes

Manny was able to replace both tube/tire of my front and rear wheel within 10 minutes. He also lubed my chain, which was helpful. The total price was reasonable. Will definitely come back again.

My bike needed new derailer cable and general tuneup. Bike center got it back to me in less than a week. The gears work beautifully now.

Went for a brake and chain adjustment, they told me bike was going to be ready in a week, after a week and one day when I went to pick it up, in a very rude manner they told me it was not ready and that I should have waited for the call. They never told me I should be expecting a call and took too long for such simple things. They should show the manager to treat customers with respect

The guy who was helping us was rude, so we had to leave. I asked him about the availability of some of the bikes in display, but he looks disinterested in helping us. His tone was rude and couldnt stand him anymore. I decided to go and get my bike from Trek in Rockville. The place doesnt look to be a good place to buy a new bike where you have to understand the features of the bike. I have a feeling that he doesnt even have any idea about what hes selling or he doesnt know customer service. Gave them one star because I cant give them nothing.

My 2nd trip to this shop, first time last fall whenthey helped get my hybrid bike ready to ride & today went in for handlebar tape and lube, the guys are so friendly and helped us find exactly what we needed. Great local bike shop.

These guys are great! Ive been there several times recently, because fall is a great season for biking and there were several different issues to sort out to get different family members bikes into shape. Each time they were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, as well as reasonably priced and prompt. I am really glad I found them and will be sure to be back to take care of any future bike-related needs.

I bought a used bike from facebook market and it was in need of some repair in the rear derailleur section of the bike! I called this shop ahead of time to chat with them about my issues and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I was able to get my problems solved quickly, professionally and at a wonderful price! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my road and mountain bike repair needs! Great customer service, great attitude, great shop! Had a pleasant experience. Came in with the flat tire from my wifes Gardenway cart. Manny dropped what he was working on and replaced the tube in the tire in 10 minutes while I waited. The price was reasonable.

I finally bought a new mountain bike from Manny and Brian at Bike Center LTD and am very impressed. Theyre clearly extremely knowledgeable, not just random ski guys selling bikes to make some extra money. Manny set my bike up perfectly and Ive been loving it for the last 8 months! I love this shop. Manny is a great mechanic and cycling oficionado. If you are are tired of sub-par local bike shops not answering their phone and grumpy mechanics who do not understand carbon, then come here. I was impressed with the quality of service, but perhaps more importantly, I was equally impressed with the professionalism and kindness showed by Manny.He fixed up my time trial bike and solved my nagging brake issue.I highly recommend this place.

Great service. They serviced my misaligned bike and didnt even charge me. I had tried another store near my home, they couldnt fixed it and had told me that I needed to order a spare quill stem bolt on my own. It is actually not quite easy to order those as they come in different sizes. Bike Center just fixed it without any spare part. Thanks very much.

5-star shop that does very fast, affordable work. Full line of Giant bikes (racing, mountain, recreational). Manny is an absolute pro - and has recently completed a fit for me that resolved multiple issues that other bike fits over the years were unable. He listens closely to your needs, and is willing to spend hours to get it right - and due to that, he optimized my fit to accomplish both performance/comfort goals. The best money you can spend on your bike - and Manny is the best around.

I was dreading go to the bike shop just as much taking a trip to the dentist.I called around in the morning testing the water, after a few blahhh I gave a try to The Bike center, I explained my dilemma to the friendly operator who in a calm and reassuring voice told me Yes I have the parts and yes bring the bike with you, So I loaded the beast in the motor bonnet and off we were under a heavy rain to see the man with the knowledge and the potential power to wreck havoc into my treasury To my surprise when I entered the immaculate Center free of erupting clangings behind a cloud of acrid smoke, the wizard was standing smiling aside an ancient velocipede that he explained was quite a consuming project as you can see but He will be willing to pause from and devote his attention to me and my beloved Rosy.In 30 minutes or less Manny the wizard disassembled my wounded mount while explaining in a reassuring voice the what why and how his $100 renumeration .Also worth mentioning, to my delight the man projected a picture show of the 1953 Tour de France, embellished with his own narrative and anecdotes that only learned wizard possess .Oh yeah I just was trying to say that the firmament does not content enough stars to rate the Bike Center LTD.Thanks Manny

When i heard a new bike shop is opening near my house I decided to come check them out. The Bike Center is the sister shop to the Ski Center. They carry a great selection of Giant bikes from entry level to advanced carbon dream machines and in all disciplines (Road, Mountain, Commuter, even E-Bikes). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in answering your questions. They also carry full line of accessories. Being a new bike shop, portions of their website is still under construction so if you need anything call ahead or just visit. That is what i did.

They were referred to me by a cyclist friend at work. I was expecting a lot and was not disappointed.They are true LBS. They enjoy what they do and it shows. My bike just felt lazy and tired all the time. They took the time to diagnose the problem and explained to me what was happening. They also made sure I had my bike back to me quickly since I am a commuter. My bike now really feels nimble. I highly recommend these guys.

Awesome bike shop! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out a brand new bike and some new gear. The shop is pretty small, but regardless its my new favorite bike shop! Also, the outside of the shop says Ski Center LTD (apparently its normally a ski shop), so dont be confused when you pull up!

Best bike shop in the area! The staff is experienced and very friendly. They provide very good advice and trail recommendation. They carry Giant and Liv (womens bikes) as well as apparel. I highly recommend shopping or doing bike service at the Bike Center LTD!
