Went with my family an hour before closing and was warmly greeted by John. I’ve never been shopping before, but he was patient, used the bed match system to point me in the direction of best fit mattresses and explained each one. He was so amicable that we ended up placing an order when we were only initially there to do some price comparisons! The Mattress Warehouse had amazing prices and deals and was very worth it.

When you are purchasing, they will give you all the attention you need but be careful when you have to file a claim for a mattress warranty on a 3-4 year mattress which has constant sinking issues. Your experience will not be as easy and you will receive every excuse why it can not be done. They will not have your purchase in the system as they updated their system, which really means it wipes everything out. Fatima will call Corporate and get back to you within an hour but this will not happen. When I arrived at the store the next day to receive an update, Fatima said, she was busy and could not get back to me. When youre purchasing, Saba will say, you will have 20 years (or # of years) on this mattress and not explain all of the costs involved with a warranty. I have purchased mattresses from Mattress Warehouse since 2000 and I will consider another company if this does not end well or get resolved. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Upon delivery, the mattress has stains from the factory. Customer service responded quickly and delivered us a new mattress. This one had stains too! Our third mattress was clean. I came into this location was was EXTREMELY pleased with my service from Mitch. I had a terrible time at the mattress store in Olney(not Mattress Warehouse) and decided to drive out to this store. I was looking for a bed for my son and Mitch was very professional and helped me in .y price range. The other store refused to show me beds that were not 300 or more dollars over my price range. I ordered the bed just before 5pm and the NEXT DAY at 9am it was in my house. Fantastic buying experience and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this store and salesman!

We went to Matt Firm and there prices were crazy high so we went to mattress warehouse in Gaithersburg because they had tons of awesome reviews. We were greeted by Mitch and he was super friendly and inviting. The bed was actually for my girlfriend and Mitch put her on this Bedmatch machine that recommends mattresses for you. The machine which is about science was right on the money. Mitch got my girlfriend a excellent mattress and box for a fantastic price. He also got her a mattress protector which she needed. Very rude!Wish I could give no stars.We were going to go back after getting breakfast because we liked a mattress but the employee guy was so rude calling us liars and shouting, not even letting us talk. He ended up saying, yeah Iv heard all the excuses before and I dont care! Go somewhere else if you want We decided to go to a different Mattress Warehouse in North Potomac to get better customer service. Never going back to that one. And if you want good customer service just take the drive to the other Mattress Warehouse.
