No one answers the phone which is bad enough, but you have to go through one of the worst voice mail prompts, only to be put on hold, after waiting and going thought all of that —then it disconnects. This is EVERY time I call!

Several customers and staff (apart from woman behind the counter) not wearing masks over their nose and mouth, or at all. Once I saw that I promptly turned around and left.

They provide flu shots, Covid shots, without an appointment. We stopped by before 6:30pm and a friendly pharmacist gave us our flu shots, no appointment needed as advertised !

Terrible service! Today I waited for drive thru for 30 minutes, and then it turned out that my medicine was not ready and this situation repeats itself all the time!

Went to get prescription filled at pharmacy and waited five minutes with zero acknowledgment despite their being 5 people behind pharmacy counter. Of the five, two were working and the other three were raffling a shift at another location. Terrible service!

Hands down the friendliest, fastest, and least expensive pharmacy Ive ever used. I wish I had known about them sooner. Everyone in the store and pharmacy were kind and helpful. Transferring all my business here.

The pharmacy workers are a joke. Rude as hell, could care less. Made an appointment to get a vaccine, I show up, and the ridiculous woman says oh we dont have any... THEN WHY DID YOU ACCEPT MY APPOINTMENT? I left work early for this circus

Just got our flu shots there - possibly the most positive experience Ive had in quite some time! The pharmacist is awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

Walgreens on Quince Orchard road In Gaithersburg is the best pharmacy. They are knowledgeable, very helpful, and fast at filling orders. Even though it’s not as close to me as the pharmacies in Germantown, I prefer to fill my proscriptions here.

My negative review is only for their hours listed on Google which are incorrect. i drove out in pouring rain and in pain to pick up meds only to find the store closed. they changed hrs in July which i saw on drive up window. I mentioned the hrs. being wrong to the guy but he didnt seem to care too much.

The manager Kamia was extremely rude. I was trying to pick up an order and after saying she didn’t have my order, she looked for it and found it, and proceeded to blame me for not telling her it was a Fedex order- as if I was supposed to know (im pretty sure that’s her job). She gave so much attitude to me and wasn’t being professional in the slightest, you could see the over abundance of attitude in her posture, facial expressions and tone of voice. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you like to be treated with respect.

Pharmacy personnel are amazing. They are professional, friendly and know their customers
