Purchased a product for $159 from the Gaithersburg Sephora. The associate could not print my receipt. After going back and forth with her colleagues, checking the computer system, no one could figure it out. They claimed they could not see transaction completed less than 15 minutes ago using my debit card. I told them Ill just take the product, nevermind the receipt. I was told I could not leave with the item unless I could prove the debit from my account, however I could purchase the item again and if there were duplicates of the payment I can then return to the store for a credit. Poor poor customer service. I was able to get into my account and show them the items was debited before I was allowed to leave with the product.

They have been consistently out of product from foundation to make up tools but the workers are super friendly.

They have all what I like and need, love the little gift I received for my birthday.👍

Just okay. Convenient location but limited selection of products. Some items available in other stores or online can be ordered by the staff but it wastes your time making the trip. Limited hours due to COVID.

I tried to scan the code to rate on the app but I didn’t know how to do that but I need to write something on the customer service.Customer service at this location is beyond expectation. Merry and Britgy( I’m sr if I spell your name wrong) were the 2 ladies helped me picked out matching colors, tested out color and Britgy was even carefully sanitized the products before giving me to test out on my hand. At check out, Britgy gave me a lot of skin care sample that I had my eye on but since it’s covid I didn’t want to ask for sample. Staffs are so friendly and always checked me out if I needed anything. Overall 10/10. Best Sephora location I have ever gone to.

Me & my Daughter fell in luv with this place,beautiful design inside & out. Luv the makeup, perfume, cologne etc. Ladies that work there are really helpful...I get broke & have fun doing it... I just love to shop, has nothing to do with the prices, knowing me I would get broke regardless of what the price is😂😂😂 thats just me. So ladies if I was you I would go... have fun...you deserve it...😊

First time in this Sephora. I was in there 10 min before someone asked if I needed help but they were all busy helping others. Totally understandable! Plus I like to get the feel of a store before I get asked a bunch of questions. Everyone was super friendly and low key/non-pretentious. Check out gal was great too!

Was trying to get In Sephora today, despite having 4 beauty advisors and only 1 customer, they lied saying they have max capacity. People, it’s better to buy everything online. Why is the store even open ?😧 —> beauty Insider

I went into the store around closing time last night. All the women on staff were really attentive, and did a great job with answering questions and linking me with the right products I needed. I will definitely go back.

Mary was so nice! She saw me struggling with shades of foundation and helped me pinpoint a good choice for me, and set me up with samples. I plan to go back and buy from her. Terrific customer service!

I usually have really good experience here, much better than the one at Montgomery mall. However, the last visit I had was different. I walked in, a person transferred me to someone else who she thought could help me. She wasn’t even trying to find the produce. Instead of explaining about the items; she just waited to me to ask questions. She wasn’t trying to recommend anything. I was disappointed but eventually found what I needed on my own.

Customer service is great!!! And staff there are all nice. I used to go Sephora at Tyson’s corner, but now definitely this one!

Love this location! They are having a sale now which is great. I always use my Ibotta app to get extra cash back on my purchases. Today I got $20 off in store with their sale but then through Ibotta I got another $9 back!They are taking precautionary measures to ensure shopping for makeup is safe. Hand sanitizers are available and associates are wearing gloves. Thank you!!!

Gorgeous store at The Crown that has all of the newest stuff! The perfume section is a bit small compared to other Sephoras but the selection of new stuff is so great that I dont mind. I went in expecting to get a couple of things and walked out with perfumes, skin care, hair care, lip liner, a Christmas set... the store is great and Melissa was so helpful! She showed me some awesome stuff and she found the best samples for me to spend my points on. Ill always shop in store now!! :)

I went in to Sephora to find new foundation and concealer hoping they could match my color. I walked in and was greeted by and employee who told me to wait and someone would be right with me. Then, a lady starts to help me but stops halfway through to help another customer! Another women comes over and tells me if I want advice on products I should make an appointment. I was about to make an appointment when I realized she wanted me to pay $80 to have my makeup DONE. I tried to explain but she basically told me that she wasn’t able to help me today and to make an appointment for another time. TERRIBLE customer service.

The selection of makeup is great for the size of the store, and the perfume section is actually pretty good too. The skin and haircare sections seem a little small. Amanda was really helpful and was great with getting me and my sister the samples we needed!

Love Sephora. However, there were 2 young ladies working on today and 1 was doing a facial and the other was helping another customer. There were people standing ready to check out I stood for over 30 minutes waiting for service. I finally gave up and left. Unfortunately I will go to Sephora at the RIO..

I had a bad experience here. I walked around the store and no one helped me until I made a complaint, letting one of the floor coordinators know I was not helped. Even though they were busy helping other people they should of did a courtesy greet

Nice, convenient store. They dont carry Pat McGrath in full stock, unfortunately. Staff are not the most attentive (no one spoke to me as I shopped until I got to the register).

Finaly a cosmetics store that doesnt give me a headache just walking in. The staff was super nice and very knowledgeable, they helped me find a lotion I could barely remember. Very clean and very well staffed. Great place
