The Rockville and Gaithersburg service shops plain and simple take advantage of those who NEED their service. I have purchased two cars, and my entire family have Hyundais. It’s so sad that these two shops basically seek to gouge you. I took my car to the Fitzgerald’s in Gaithersburg two or three times before I finally stopped because each time they claimed to have found a NAIL in my tire. Yes this is true each and every time. What are the odds??!! Then I started taking my car to the Fitzgerald in Rockville and there I was charged double for a transmission fuel exchange ($599)than the Wheaton, Frederick and Gaithersburg’s locations. I was told that they were all in DIFFERENT regions!!!!
