I was on my way to this shop to pick up my car after the work was completed. About 30 minutes into my travels, I received a phone call from the manager stating they decided to close early (since it was Friday). He wanted me to pull over on the beltway and give him my debit card information so he could charge me; otherwise, I could not pick up my car. Really? Who does that? Did he really expect me to pay before I inspected the work?I declined, and he was agitated. I had to make arrangements to pick up my car the following Monday. Once I arrived, I explained to him the inconvenience he caused me, and he blamed me since I didn’t agree to pay him over the phone. If you are looking for high-quality service, then skip this place.

Awesome shop, stopped by before they opened, they were able to repair a bent rim which the dealership told me to replace, nothing but courteous and fast service.

In all fairness Ive never been to your shop. I called one day to get a price quote. Just because it didnt meet my budget doesnt mean I wouldnt recommend your shop to my friends or family. After reading your rude comment to me it would not be right torecommend your shop. Customer service is important to me and judging by your response I can tell its not important to you. Please remember you need customers and you might want to think about how important it is to treat people with kindness and respect because just like anyone of us you are a paycheck away from being homeless.

Had a set of FJ cruiser rims refinished for my Tacoma and I am very satisfied with the results. Service was fast, price was reasonable, and all of the staff members at the shop were very friendly too. No complaints!

Joe and the entire crew did an amazing job repairing my two cracked and bent rims. Got it done same day and in record time. The completed work and repair price was way better than I expected. This will officially be my go to shop for all my rim repair.

Shout out to these guys for getting me in and fixing my tire! I went to an auto body shop where they told me I had a cracked rim and I needed to take it to a place in glen burnie. I live in Frederick so that’s a hike for me. I googled rim repairs and they were the first to come up. I gave them a call and asked if I could bring it there for them to fix. I’m leaving for a trip Friday so I needed my tire repaired ASAP. I was able to drop just my tire off and they repaired it within a few hours at a reasonable price. Would recommend using them!

I have been in the market for Powder Coating my rims for a while now and I was recommended to use Alloy Wheel Repair and I couldnt be happier. First off the customer service was amazing. Julayne was very responsive and would go out of her way to make sure the customer is happy. They worked around my work schedule when it came to dropping off the car and picking it up. To finish it off the rims look amazing! I have already recommended Alloy to friends and I will continue to do so. If you are in the market for anything they can do.... USE THEM!!!

Had my Z28 wheels restored here. They came out perfect, better than new condition. The office manager Jana Lambert was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would do business here again and highly recommend.

Took one of my rims in to get it repaired and they said it would take 2 hours. I waited for them to get done, it only took them less than one hour. When I looked at the repairs, I couldnt tell that they had done anything to it. Fantastic job! Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends. I will also be going back if I need any more repairs done to my rims.

One recent late night trip to a local fast food drive thru had me brush a curb with my left rear rim. The rim got nice, deep scratch in it. The price you pay for a double cheese burger sometimes! Was recommended to them by a friend. Looked online at the reviews and thought I would get a quote.They got back to me quickly and the price quoted was worth giving them a try. It was a lot cheaper then just replacing the rim.Was told when I arrived it would be a 2 hour wait but it was finished and ready to go in a hour and 15.I went out to inspect it before I paid and all I can say is this:I have been in the automotive industry since 1985. I have worked on and driven all types of vehicles over the years and have lots of years of experience being able to spot anything done to a vehicle post leaving the assembly plant.Yeah, I’m “that friend”.The one who points out the fender repair you had quietly done when you hit something backing up your car after a late night of heavy drinking.I’m the one who takes an hour to look over the new car he is about to buy from a dealership for “mishaps” that are repaired before the car is sold.Yeah. “That guy”!Let me just say with all that in mind that when I went out and looked, I swear they didn’t fix the rim, they secretly replaced it!There is NO WAY they fixed it so well, that I can’t even spot which wheel spoke was damaged!No way! Not to me!Well, they did ! And I couldn’t be more happy!I cannot see one trace of the damage nor can I see anything indicating the wheel was repaired.To say they did a phenomenal job repairing the rim is an understatement!Not any any over spray, not any swirl marks, nothing!I could not be more pleased!The entire staff was friendly, the waiting area was clean and roomy, the free wi-if actually worked and I’m still convinced they pulled a “flim-flam” and secretly replaced my rim and just didn’t tell me!If you are looking to have that late night road-rash finally disappear, I would highly highly recommend you use Joe!From start to finish, I could not be more happy!Thanks to Joe and his entire staff for making this late night mistake disappear, at reasonable price, quicker then I expected, and so well I can’t tell it was ever damaged!

4 VW 19 factory rims refinished. Wonderful results. Was given a quote via e-mail with pictures and charged exactly as quoted. Wheels were already balanced and ready to mount when I picked them up, no complaints. Highly recommended. Took them an alloy wheel that was bent. They straightened it in about 20 minutes while I waited. Very helpful and friendly staff. Price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I had one rim with some significant curb rash - I called the day before and was lucky to get an appointment for the next day. I arrived for my appointment at 10:00 at 9:55. I went in and they took my car right when I arrived and got to work.The repair was done one hour later, and for an extremely reasonable price. I just took my 2013 Mercedes S550 to the guys. I had bought the car few weeks ago and put new tires on but car has been shaking and making noise during the ride over 50 mph. I am a car guy so I suspected one or some of the wheels are bent. Since I had dealer mounted, balanced and aligned the new tires so that was out of equation. I went to these guys and met David there. They greeted respectfully and check my car right away and validated my suspicion that two rear wheels were bent up to extent that I was feeling vibrations on 50mph+ speeds. I gave David a go to have it fixed. They took care of both wheels in an hour and let me tell you, the car runs as new now like I expect it to be. THE GUYS ARE GREAT and they earned my business and so are the recommendations and referrals!!! Look no further and and just go to these guys for your wheels and tires needs. A++~ ;)

Excellent results! I sent a photo of my damaged rim and got a quote and an appointment a few days later. They fixed the curb rash caused by one of those car wash tracks so well that my GTI rim looks shiny and unmarred as new. Definitely recommended!!!

The wheels on my Tesla were scratched up quite a bit from tight corners. In addition somebody run into my side and destroyed the look of that beautiful 22 inch turbine wheel. I got the business card from the Tesla Service Center in Rockville and had no idea what to expect. Driving to the shop took quite a bit, but it was absolutely worth it! I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the repaired wheels, they looked new, not like new, just new! So the team knows how to care for your wheels! In addition the crew is friendly, approachable and prices are reasonable. From now on this is my shop when someone ask me about their wheels or I have a problem. Gave good suggestion a place to find what I was looking for.

After being quoted an outlandish price for a replacement alloy wheel for my old Toyota, I found Alloy Wheel Repair on the internet. I was willing to leave the wheel overnight, which would have meant another long trip from Bethesda. Joe gave me directions and, realizing my predicament, fixed it on the spot, remounted the tire and put it on the car. All for a price that was probably 25% of a new wheel! Im a believer, and will recommend the shop for wheels and the many other things they can do.

I had bad curb rash on 2 of my rims, Joe and his crew took good care of me and made them look brand new again! I was in and out in 2 hours. I know where Im going if I ever need anything done with my rims.

I came to fix some curb rash on the rims of my GTI. The people were very very nice and the website was very easy to use especially in getting a quote. I cleaned and put sealer on the inside of the wheel barrel before giving it to them and it was very dirty when I got it back. So, I was not happy with the way my rim looked when I got it back. There was overspray clear coat in the wheel barrel which should have been covered when it was being fixed. There are sanding marks which did not go in the same direction of the way the wheel was machined. The clear coat was not polished and when it dried I could see specks on it. The angle finish is different on some sides so it doesn’t look the same. When I got it back I had to scrap and polish the inside of the rim when I got home to get the overspray off. It just seemed like it was done too quickly and I was disappointed once I got home and really took a good look at it.
