We had an awesome experience thanks to Johnny. It was a complete down pour and we couldnt find the right rear windshield so he went through the three options we had and ran outside in the rain to try them. It really was such a nice experience, he went above and beyond for us! Thank you!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER! I went to the store for a headlight, they ask me the make and model of my car and end up selling me the wrong kind. I found this out when at my mechanic having it installed. I go back to the store and they refuse to provide a refund. They give me customer service # which I call speak to a lovely lady called Lisa and she says that they have talked to the store manager and they would give me store credit. I go back to the store and find very rude employees and I ask to speak to the manager who is even worse. His name is JOSHUA. Pretty much rudely tells me that under no circumstances would they refund or give me store credit. I just lost $105 😡😡. Avoid this store if you can.. Many other places that sell the same stuff and treat their customers right. If I could give zero stars I would.

They were really helpful in answering the queries on phone as well in the shop. They were honest enough to tell me that I can just charge my battery rather than getting it replaced. They were really helpful in getting the battery charged. I would recommend them for the service.

If I could give this store no stars, I absolutely would!!! Terrible service and extremely rude employees!!!! Ordered a 3-jaw puller online and they pulled out the wrong part. The guy was very unhelpful and never put any effort into helping us fix the problem. The guy called another store to ask about the part and completely ignored us and just laughed with the other employee on the phone, so we just left. Its not our fault that the employees are too incompetent to put the right part number into the computer... Zero stars and I suggest just going to the Quince Orchard store. Thats a store with very helpful employees!!!!

Cant put zero stars... was on hold over 45 mins. Four times they answered and put me back on hold. When I asked to speak to the manager I heard him talking to the manager and put me on hold again. Hung up and called pep boys, had my part ordered in 2 minutes. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced

Incredibly poorly staffed.

Supose to be close 9.00p.m on saturday. By the time im reaching there 8.50 p.m. they already closed and manager are refuced to open dor for us. Very desopinted about advaced auto parts. Never going back !

The quality of the place is ok and most things are where they should be but the service is horrible the people curse in every other sentence and if you ask them for parts for example brake pads they will most likely give you the wrong part and you have to waste your time going back and then they hassle to you about the return or exchange I would much rather make the drive to Rockville or the pep boys in Germantown

I have always thought that these stores sell the best parts, but after what I saw today I will never buy from this chain of stores again. I dont know if all the other stores do the same. I bought some spare parts that according to the price are of high quality, to my surprise when I took the spare part out of the packaging I found that it was old and used, it is uncomfortable to see this type of act. Its a scam Selling things like that !!!! They also attempt against other peoples lives ... I give them 1 star because there really is no lower score.

I when in this place I was looking for parts for my vehicle and I bring the code for that part I need,And they dont no how help the peopleI just call to another advance auto parts in cloper rd I they have more experience and they help with that.I dont go back to looking for parts to that place.In that place they dont know how to help you, nobody has experience with car parts, nor do they know how to search the computerI was there and until I called another auto parts they told him on the phone how to search the computer for the part I wanted.
