I don’t normally write reviews, but I think NYLA Magic Recon for sure deserves one. Went to NYLA to get my rear bumper repaired and they did an incredible job to the extent in which I was amazed and grateful for the results. Not only do they have the best customer service of any body shop that I’ve visited, but they truly commit to honest and quality work, which makes them absolutely 100% worth the time, considering the reasonable prices for such great work. I asked them to repair the bumper only and they told me that silver is a very difficult color to match, yet the new paint on the bumper matches the body almost exactly. Couldn’t be happier with the results. If you ever find yourself in need of body work for your car, without a doubt come here and enjoy the fantastic service.

I brought my car in pretty bad condition. It had hay all over and years of built up dirt and stains. These guys not only cleaned it up to look brand new, but their service was absolutely phenomenal. Even from the first call when I made my appointment, the man was friendly and warm and super understanding. He recommended me a cheaper option for my detailing while still getting the benefit of a full clean.They completed all the work within a day, and went beyond to give me complimentary mats and a car jack because they saw it was missing. Im a college student, and this is my first car and my first experience with an sort of detailing/repair shop. 13/10 recommend. I really wouldnt go anywhere else.

They work for hours to get the best quality. When I was on there, I realized that the color of my car was polished many times to make it brighter.The inside of the car was both disinfected and washed with detergent. Your car will have a pleasant smell for hours after you get on it. All bad odors inside the vehicle are eliminated with the help of unique materials.Most importantly, you can comfortably sit in a quiet environment and do your work and enjoy the music. Moreover, the prices of this shop are reasonable. The manager thinks of your satisfaction more than you.I give grade A to this them for best services.

I called NYLA Magic Recon for an interior detailing of my 20 year old car. I had bought it several months before and with two kids, it got super dirty quick. Shea helped me when I arrived. He was thorough and professional. He walked me through what they would do and when I’d expect my car back.When I went to pick up my car, I was amazed at how clean it was! It looked brand new! One of my kids had spilled a drink in the back and there was not a sign of it anymore! I had broken the side mirror on our VW Golf and they quickly provided a reasonable estimate and communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process. After having my first car accident in 20 years, I was very overwhelmed and confused about the process till I met Nyla’s staff and all my worries were gone! They were super friendly, knowledgeable and true professionals. I just dropped of my car at their location while the rental car was ready for me and left without any delays or issues. Everything was done on my behalf through them with my insurance. I didn’t deal with any insurance person after that and I got my car back on time as good as new. During the stay I was getting frequent updates on my car and if I had questions they replied right away. They did all kind of services extra for the car to make it so clean and smelled awesome I couldn’t believe my eyes lol all those dogs hair and smell of cigarettes were gone and I have been driving my car for a month and it still is so shiny from the waxing they did. Very satisfied with them and their service I highly recommend them. And I sent one of my friends to them and they had also the same great experience. When I went it, I had a certain expensive package in mind. I know very little about car detailing and similar services. The guys went around my car and said I didnt need the diamond package. They told me all I needed was a lesser package.To find honest people out there for any service is amazing. While its 15 minutes out of my way and there are similar shops 2 minutes down the road, NYLA will continue to get my business.Great honest people, great prices!!

My work truck got wrecked when a tree fell on it. Literally the grille, hood, roof, and my passenger door were completely broken and bent. There were tree branches inside the panel of my door. My glass completely shattered. I brought my truck here for repairs and asked them to finish it in a timely manner as I work with this truck. They finished all the work in 2 weeks and gave me a brand new truck. Most parts had to be replaced but they saved the roof by repairing it which saved me a lot of money. I’m so thankful for them. I had my 2016 Mazda Miata fully detailed. The work exceeded my expectations!! The work also included touch ups and correcting other paint issues. When I came to pick up my baby, I did not recognize it! The transformation was totally stunning!! They were also able to make my convertible top look new again!! All I can say is WOW!! And Thank You!! They meticulously paid attention to all of the details and treated my car as if it were one of their own!! Overall, the staff at NYLA Magic were absolutely great, from my initial phone call to their follow up call. I had some rear bumper damage. This shop quoted me TWO times lower than the other one I went to, they were willing to work with me on pricing too. These guys do not try to hustle you.They were able to take my car same day and the turn around time was unbelievably fast.I asked for a detail as I needed one anyway, amazing quality. This is the second time I have brought my car here and they take the absolute best care of my vehicles. Everything is straight forward, no hidden fees and they don’t try to rip you off. I ended up needing another part replaced and it stayed over night. They kept my car in their garage and gave me a free car wash. Absolutely the best, kindest, and caring auto shop I have been to.

I took my car in for auto collision repair and the work done was spectacular. I received a great quote that was better than a few other shops and the job was performed above and beyond what we talked about. These guys take the work personally and made my 8 year-old car look like new. The shop was further than many other options but it was absolutely worth it and I will be returning here for future work.

Great experience from start to finish! The staff are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I know next to nothing about cars and they did not try to up-sell any services to me and made reasonable recommendations on what work they could do to spruce up my husband’s 2008 Miata. The car looked years newer when we picked it up after a thorough detailing and headlight polishing (they even had a half off special promo on the headlight work). We will definitely return to them for future work because these guys care about what they do and how they treat their clients.

I came into this shop to fix the front bumper of my car. It had a hole and some scratches from the accident. PJ and his crew totally took care of my car. He buffed out all the scratches and fixed the bumper into looking brand new! He polished my entire car including my rims. If you want a quality paint job and repair, definitely go to this shop. They were very professional, polite, and gave me updates while my car was there.

My car got hit while it was parked in front of my house and the front bumper was totally smashed! I took it to multiple body shops and got different quotes, but the quote they gave me at the NYLA Magic Recon was fair and not even comparable to the others.These guys are amazing, after seeing their work on other cars, I got convinced that I should let them work on my car for an interior and exterior detailing.I dropped off the car 7 days ago and they told me that it will be ready within a week, but yesterday I got a call from them saying that the car is ready and it took them 5 days to fix and detail the entire car.I was amazed to see that they were able to remove stains that had been embedded into the upholstery for a long time!Great service.
