Jeff came he is nice, polite and knows his stuff. He did not mind having my dogs investigating them work around the house. They cleaned up and my added new camera is great. Would love to update all the others.

The reps from AV Divine are our go-to tech guys. Anytime we need service or want to add something additional to our entertainment centers we call AV Design. The guys are reliable, work quickly and quietly, always clean up their areas and are dependable. They also make suggestions as to where we can update and modernize our systems so to be current with all the new technology that is out there. You cannot go wrong with AV Divine. The principal and the staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Raymond and Daniel installed the TV and wired my existing Home Theater speakers exactly as I wanted them. They stayed until the install was thoroughly checked out by me. The whole process went without a hitch and the team worked with me to meet my needs. We just finished building a new home in Bethesda and the home automation system that AV Divine installed for us has been amazing. My favorite feature is the ability to play and audio or visual source in any room and all at a touch of a button from my iPhone.The service AV Divine provided has also been outstanding, from consulting up front on the pros and cons of different options to the timely and courteous installation of the system. Any question, no matter how big or small, are thoughtfully answered in a timely manner.We would definitely us AV Divine again, and have been recommending them our friends when they ask about our home automation system.

Everyone from NTI who I worked with were so very professional. They installed my equipment and it looks amazing. All cords, electrical, and everything hidden, clean, and neat. Had a very good experience with knowledgeable persons who were on time for appointments and easy to contact. Had 7 TVs that required Universal Remotes to operate in either sound from TV or surround sound mode, including operating a 500 CD changer in one of the systems.Also had on of the TVs function as a 3rd monitor for my MacIntosh computers as well ass connected a conference table sound and monitor system to the TV.Very positive experience and they has solutions to problems that I was not aware of.
