Purchased a new machine about 6 weeks ago. The selection was extremely good and the sales experience very easy. The best part is they dont add in all the other add on fees that other dealers do. (Frieght,prep,etc...) This saves you about a grand. If you are looking to buy this is the place.

Purchased a defender 6x6 over the phone and they got it ready for pickup with my accessories all installed fast. When I got to the dealer Justin in sales had everything ready to go. I dropped my bike off for warranty work and the service folks were very helpful. They carried the ramps to and from my truck for unload. As soon as I walked in they greeted me immediately and helped sort me out and pointed in the right direction. The turn around time is a few weeks but thats normal. I have not picked my bike up yet but I have high hopes for this place. I will update later. After I dropped the machine off I went over to the show room to browse the new machines and I wasnt hounded by the sales team. I was greeted and they let me know they were there if I needed anything at all or if I had any questions for them. Nothing worse than the desperate salesman following you around trying to sell you everything- this didnt happen here. They respected my space and offered help if and when I wanted it. The store dis have tons of inventory to browse. It would have been nice if the price was on the machines but I dont think any place does that anymore.

Clint, Riley, Justin are some of the most professional, and knowledgeable people ive dealt with after buying from 3 other dealers over the years. customer service was fast, top notch at a solid price. service department is probably the best you will find. I recently put a $1000 deposit down on a Tenere 700 at the Gainesville store. The store notified me 3 days ago that they were closing down and are refunding my full deposit. The deposit showed pending but now is no longer pending and did not credit my account. No one answers my call or text. Well see if the company does the right thing and return my deposit. Ill update this review on the outcome. Remember, all the stores are under the same name. How they treat me is an indication of how they will treat you.

I bought a jet ski from this company and was not given time to really look it over or better jet drive it. I waited a week to go out at Lake Texoma where I live and I was out at the Islands and I see a 6 inch piece of black tape and feel a gash and so I called them today and mind you I payed full price and they tried to blame it on me. Dealers need to learn not to be trailer trash if they want to have new customers and old ones come back. This is also owned by one guy and I will never buy from them again. Turns out it only needed a spark plug. They replaced it as part of the diagnostic, and now running like a top. Very trustworthy!

I bought this with this black tape which was put on by this dealership to match the shiny black fiberglass that has a gash on it 2 weeks ago. It sat in my carport for a week while I bought life jackets and other things for it. I went out on it this last Sat 6/27/20 and was out in the lake standing by the jet ski and saw this black tape and felt a gash. I called the dealer today and they seem to think I did it and we all know how crooked dealers are so they have lost a customers and hopefully you will think before you go there or any other of there dealerships

Ever had a $265 service for a sea doo? How about $530 for two— you might want to ask cost before you leave your toy(s) for maintenance —Between winterization last fall and service last week I’m in for nearly $900 for two skis! When I asked if the the rates had increased I was told “Yes - nearly doubled!”

Bought a new Polaris crew and had a cab installed, drivers door would fit when I picked it up, Eddie told me that was as good as they could get it. I ended up fixing it myself. Plus horrible service. Want more details just ask.

We bought our Polaris Razor from Outdoor Powersports last July and it was the easiest and best buying experience we’ve had! Buyer Beware of pre-owned jet skis. Sales team did not coordinate on price - one gave me one price, then someone else gave me a different price. Bought the ski, ran it for one week, and it has been an error code ever since. Do not buy from them.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and then they delivered the ATVs that afternoon.Ran in to a brake leaking problem the second day with one of the ATVs and the shop came and picked up the quad and had parts ordered & fixed ricky-tick.We will definitely by another ATV from this great group.

I recently purchased a 2019 Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 EPS from the dealership working directly w/ Jacob (whos the Gainsville location Sales Manager). The entire experience was perfect. They are very responsive, come ready to make a trade, and look for ways to save the customer money. Im in Amarillo, TX and I never even visited the dealership in person. The entire transaction was handled over the phone, text and through email. Honestly, this was the easiest vehicle/equipment transaction Ive ever done in 40 years.And since they had another customer taking delivery of a similar unit 80 miles away, they agreed to split the delivery fee. They have earned by business and I recommend them without any hesitation.
