Salespersonnel were very friendly, helpful and explained in detail about all the features of their homes. Enjoy the tour of each home am excited about possibly getting one.

We drove 2 and a half hours because Jordan was so determined for us to go through them. We got there none of the houses we impressive at all except a 4 bedroom. We agreed to get that one. He left is on our own after we first got there because he booked another appointment during our time. Then he left us to fill out the papers by ourself because he double booked himself. He assured us that if you do in-house financing with 15% down you wouldn’t be turned down for any reason. We called him all day today and he never responded. Read the text messages and didn’t respond. We called the main office and was told we were not approved. This place is horrible and not at all professional. Will not ever go back nor will we recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever.

The friendly professional team here in Gainesville has got years of experience and they are dedicated to making this an informitave swift pain free process for you. I would of given 5 stars but they wouldnt let me stay right thereon site and be a part of the team without some experience and training, oh and I still had to find a place for my new home. Im kidding but please come take a look and see what Im talking about. You will know youve made the right choice I guarantee it.

Ive been looking for a home and I think Ive been to every place in Cooke, Denton and Love county! This is the first one I felt like they cared more about me than just making a sale. Jordon was great and the GM worked really hard to make sure I got the home I really wanted with the terms I needed. Great selection of homes and financing options. You need a house go see them! Thanks Mchael and Jordon, you guys are awesome.

I cant say i disliked as two stars suggested. They are nice sales people, but they are just that, sales people. I went in looking for a specific situation and they managed to try to get me to buy into their version of what i was asking for. I dont blame them, just sales people.

Went in to see about a land home package was told that they did do it. 4 months after getting the ball rolling we are still not completely into it because our sales rep decided the last week before we was supposed to be out of our apartment to take a vacation just not to come back to work the next week.... The only reason im not giving them a worse review is because of of Jordon and katy. They have done right by me so far.

This has been the most horrible experience I have had with a company. In the beginning we were working with Darlene who seemed to be fantastic. We had just lost our house to a fire and needed to get into a new home quickly before school started. Darlene seemed very eager to help and move the process along quickly. We came up with the $20,000 down payment for the home and that is when everything changed. Once they had our money in hand we were no longer a priority as specifically told to me by the manager Sonya. I was told that we would be put on the bottom of the priority list and that they would get to me when they got to me. Darlene would no longer respond to me at all. Very rude and very unprofessional once they sell you. Our family has already been through enough then to have this happen. The home that we purchased looks beautiful but is very cheaply made and falling apart. It is under a one-year warranty but I cannot get anyone to respond to me for my warranty issues. I guess they are just hoping that we will go away until the warranty has expired. They made multiple promises that they did not keep. One being to remove the trailer home that was already on the land that we purchased. I have text between Darlene and I working out the details. They agreed to move the home at their expense because it was the only way that we could put the new home there and we could not afford to move it. They had the company come out and move the old home but the company just set it to the side and said they would have to come back and get it. They prepped the home to be able to be moved but never came back and got it. After weeks of me asking Sonja finally told me that they had no intentions of coming back to get it and would not be paying for it. Of course this is after everything is said and done. We also specifically asked before signing contracts if releveling of the home would be covered once the home settled. We were promised that it was covered under the one-year warranty. Our home is now so unlevel the doors do not shut or close properly. We have new cracks popping up all over the ceilings daily. But of course along with all of her other warranty issues we get zero response from anyone with this company. We did reach out to Sonjas boss, Craig Austin, who informed me that Sonja had lied to me by saying that she was part owner of the company. Very disturbing. He acted as if he was going to get things done but to no avail. He also has stopped returning any calls or texts. Horrible company and I would not recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever!They claim guaranteed approval in their ads, then take forever for an answer,then to find out the owner denied the loan for In House financing and they texted us with an answer about our derogatory credit in detail.Use Titan homes in Okc,Ok. Instead!
