We have been having issues with our well and thought we needed to have the pump raised - Murphy well came out and shared we needed a special filter for the iron oxide. We didn’t need any well work- they explained everything and were so helpful. Rather than charging me for a service I didn’t need, they instructed me on how to remedy the issue. I appreciate their honesty, integrity AND knowledge.

I contacted Murphy Well to check my water pressure at my house. They came out the next day (a few days before Christmas) and got everything set for me!! Chris answered all my questions, explained what the problem was and what my optimal pressure settings should be. Made me feel really comfortable with where I am now. GREAT company, AWESOME people working there!! I would highly recommend these guys.

Super fast service and great guys. They were out the next morning, my issue started Sunday of course, and quickly found and repaired my well pump issue. Also corrected some other issues they discovered during repair. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I just recently moved to North Forsyth and am a young new homeowner. This weekend our well unexpectedly stopped working. I reached out to Murphy’s on a Saturday (holiday weekend) and they were quick to respond and get us on the schedule ASAP. First thing Monday morning they came out and were able to access the problem within minutes. I do not know the first thing about wells and they took the time to truly lay out my problem and all my options. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was making a informed decision on what needed to happen next. They completely redid my well, new pump/pipes, within the hour. They even took the time to help me find the correct filters needed for our system and walked me through common practices I should take to maintain the well. As a new homeowner I cannot thank this company enough. If you want to feel like your best interest is being looked out for this is the company to use. We will be using them for years to come!

I was really impressed with how helpful these guys are. They came to help us on really short notice and were genuinely good people. They took the time to answer all my questions and they got our water running enough to make it until we could install a brand new pump. On replacement day they had the job done in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service. Honest and efficient. Chris told me on phone it could be my well pump. Within 5 minutes of arriving, he said it was clogged filter screen. Cleaned it, charged me a very reasonable service fee. He could have put in a new pump I didnt need. Great water pressure again. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris and Gary did a great job fixing the issue I was having with my well. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Not only were they able to diagnosis and fix the problem with my well losing pressure, they also corrected the severe water hammer issue that was occurring every time the pump would turn off. I am very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone that is having any issues with their well.

They came over fast. Checked everything. Found the problem. (Bad pump) Then fixed it in less time than expected. They are amazing! I would recommend to everyone.

Great service. I had an additional home built on my property but my well couldn’t provide enough water flow in one house. Chris and crew installed new pump twice as powerful as the old one. Problem solved. Chris said my electric bill would go down because the old pump was running continuously trying to keep up with demand. My electric bill decreased dramatically. Initially I had problem waiting for the call-back that never came. Third time I got the call-back. That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.

Great company, hard working, shows up on time. Honest. With a well drilling Company it is very easy to cheat the customer but my well was only 190 feet deep and my neighbors well is 280 and that is the average for the area. Do the math, great Company!!!! Owner actually drills the wells and is very knowledgeable. He explained the process completely. I really enjoyed talking to him

We worked with Chris Mathews. We had an old bore well from the 60s, which humans shouldnt use, but Chris helped us convert this old well into a livestock and irrigation well. Price was competitive and the result is fantastic. Id highly recommend Murphy Pump Service.

I had gone to two other people to fix a broken pump. After wasting 2 weeks with them, I gave Murphy Pump Service a call, and in 2 days I had the whole job completed. They gave me the honest price before the work, and when I had questions, they were happy to give me answers about any part of the job.I couldnt be happier unless I had gone to them first.

Called six times, was told that someone would get back to me all six times, very heard a word from anyone. I would call in to check and would always be told someone would get back with me. These folks are not practicing what they claim, so sad that even a courtesy call to update someone was not on their to do list. I know we all get busy, myself included, but not to communicate status or update is inexcusable. IF this had happened I would not be so disappointed with this outfit. Just terrible customer service response, I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt otherwise I would have given a one star.

Disappointed.Called last month to have my well filled in. Lady got my information and said well driller would call me. I never received a call. My mom also tried calling to have well filled, same thing. No call, nothing.I hate to give this place a bad review, but this is ridiculous.We ended up using another company that called back in a timely matter.

We had another pump company look at our well for 30 minutes and tell us we needed a new pump costing $2500 and then charged us a $120 service charge!We then called Mr. Murphy, who diagnosed the problem, a waterlogged pressure tank. His team came out the next day, confirmed his diagnosis in 5 minutes, had the part on the truck and was finished in about an hour!And to top it off, only charged us $650!!!We would give Murphy Pump our highest recommendation and our thanks!James and Brenda Simmons

After getting hung out to dry by another local company, Chris came out first thing in the morning and had my issue diagnosed, fixed, and tested within 60 minutes. This is a company you want to do business with. They replaced my well pump back in may of 2017, on December 30th, right before New Years it stopped working and two homes had no water. They came out to my house on New Year’s Day at 8:00am and replaced the pump, no questions asked and it was funky covered under warranty!I can’t say enough about these guys, they will be the only company I ever use in the future.
