North America Pressure Washer is the best pressure washer parts and chemical supply company in the area. The gentleman that runs it has decades of experience and the customer service is reminiscent of a time when a companies survivability relied on being top of the line. Anything you need they probably have on hand and can definitely order if necessary. Ive stopped trying to save a few cents on parts as the reliability of the products sold and recommended here is far more valuable than buying something off Amazon that youll end up reordering in a few weeks.

This place has a lot of pressure washer chemicals. It is a house where the business is located in the basement. Very professional people.

Ordered eco wash. Arrived quickly. Hands down the best house wash surfactant I’ve use. Rinses super easily and clean which saves time and $$. Five gallon s of eco wash will do 70 standard sized homes (I xjet). Do yourself a favor and buy eco wash from pressure wash outlet

I wanted to do business with this company but it just did not work out. I emailed them last week to get a couple of questions answered on a hose I wanted to buy. The hose was for a good price and was longer then normal which is just what I needed. I was a little worried because it appears that even though their photos make it look like they have a brick and mortar store my research shows they are more likely operating out of a house. Take note on how the address that comes up with google is missing a complete address. Here now about a week later never a reply to my email so I went elsewhere. Maybe it was just a one off experience with them but that was my experience.I did get an email from them just shy of two months later to explain that my email went to a spam folder somehow and Kimberlee Handl apologized for not getting back to me. I am glad to see that they did go back and research after reading my review which tells me that their reputation via reviews is important to them. I adjusted my number of stars accordingly and added this paragraph to my review to reflect the updated information.
