Crystal Air and Water is superb. They have helped us through several issues at different times including a very extensive mold remediation and also AC repair and general maintenance. Their response time is top notch (thank goodness! I’m not a fan of sweating at home!) and anyone I have ever dealt with from there is kindness personified. It makes a difference to work with a family owned company that cares and is invested in our community. I can’t speak highly enough of Crystal Air. 5 star business all the way that I 100% recommend.

We came home from vacation only to find our AC not working. We called Crystal Air and our technician, Keith, came to help us out. Keith was very professional and very knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem got our air conditioner working in no time. Additionally, he called us later to ensure the unit was working. We were so impressed with Keiths customer service that we had the home office set us up with a maintenance service with him. Keith did a thorough job and reported all findings to us. We will certainly use this company again and ask for Keith when we do.

We where having issues with AC not blowing hard enough. We made a service call. Tech advised we had some holes in Flex Duct. Spoke with Lance the estimator who advised repairs would be 1,475.00. Schedules repair work. Richard & Cisco arrived on time of date of repair. They where able to provide excellent customer service and found only a small section of Flex duct that would need repair. Its the honesty and Integrity of these repair men that took their time to perform an assessment of quote work to perform the job, That reduced my bill to 575.00. They where able to advice management staff that an entire duct replacement was not needed. They where able to repair the section that was damaged. Its the quality and professionalism these individuals have to understand the needs of customers.

My air condition was not functioning properly today, so I had called after hours to get an a/c repair man sent to the house. I was connected with Keith and not only was he at my house rapidly, he had my air-conditioner fully functioning within a half hour of arriving. All the while, maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.Being relatively new to town, its nice when you find such a gem of a company when calling for the first time.I will be using Crystal Air and Water again for any air-conditioning needs.

So, 11 years ago, crystal air replaced our AC systems with top of the line equipment that was supposed to last for a long time. sadly, over the past year, it has all died. we are facing replacement of two very big units. when when speaking to the Crystal air folks, before they were aware that they had installed our equipment, they opined that the equipment was old, and needed to be replaced. After 10 years. sadly they are probably correct, the equipment that we were sold, by them, turns out to have a very limited lifespan, which they happily pointed out until it was clear that they had sold it. At which point they pivoted, and said that it was top of the line, but sadly out of warranty. By a few months. The service person I spoke with went on and on about how honest they were. Very sad that they weren’t, in my opinion,honest when they sold us all of our equipment. I will never use this company again.Just my opinion, but do not believe that these folks are to be trusted. Am replacing my 11 year old system, and will not be getting a bid from crystal air. Would recommend staying far away from these folks.

From call to repair, less than three hours. Receptionist was great and the Tech Brian was SUPER knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and my house is cooling down right now as I write this!

My A/C stopped working abruptly after this particularly hot Saturday evening. The temperature in the house was 83F at 10pm and climbing. I called 6 other companies and was met with zero response or the techs were backed up until tomorrow morning. I called Crystal Air and had a kind woman answer the phone and connect me with their technician, Keith. He stated he would get to me in an hour. Not only did Keith arrive at my home exactly one hour later but he was kind, courteous and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with the unit as soon as I explained the issue (capacitor) and had my A/C up and running in less than 15 minutes. Honestly I will make sure to call this company first and ask for Keith! Great service with awesome techs! Thank you Keith!!!!

Crystal Air has been fantastic! They replaced our old HVAC ductwork, vents, and thermostat and now the entire house is balanced with even temperature and we are very comfortable. They also just installed a mini split in our sunroom today. There were some problems with how the drainage and electrical tubing was installed but Mike and Cisco were amazing and did extra work to change the layout of the pipes so that I was happy with the placement. All with kind words and smiles. They even volunteered to fix a faulty door lock before they left. My a/c system was installed 8 years ago by a company that no longer exists. Today is the first time it has worked properly -- thanks to Ronnie and Crystal Air. He had the knowledge necessary to make the correct settings and now the humidity has dropped from the previous typical 75% all the way down to a very comfortable 55% -- absolutely amazing to me. The very reasonable charge for the service call was less than half of what I was going to spend on a dehumidifier -- which I now dont need. I also talked to Kelly and Maggie at their office and they were both friendly and helpful in setting up my appointment. I am glad to highly recommend Crystal Air and Water.

Not only did my electrical usage decrease by 40% it cools quickly (71 degrees) & flawlessly. All of their service people are great. Our AC went out after 26 years of use... time for a new one! I contacted 3 local experienced AC companies to diagnose and offer the system they think would be the best fit. Lance from Crystal Air did a phenomenal job with the evaluation and listened to my concerns. They came back with a great price on a Trane system with the tonnage and SEER I was looking for.Installation was smooth and completed faster than expected. Richard and his crew did a great job completing the work and explaining how to work the new system. They put in a scoop to help more air get to a room that runs hot. My only complaints are the door to the air handler closet sticks, and the hole through my exterior wall for the new condensate drain line was cut a little large, and needed a healthy amount of sealant.Overall, the AC works great and we are happy with the installation.

I highly recommend this business for all your AC needs. After Hurricane Irma my wife and I returned home, to only find that our AC unit was not working, after the power came back on. Their On Call Tech came out immediately, discovered that we needed a new thermostat. There had been a low voltage strike that caused the thermostat and other parts to go out. The Tech wasted no time replacing the parts and relocating the thermostat, once we recovered a leak in the roof was what caused it to stop working. They are an awesome company that I recommend to everyone!

Just had new Daikin multi-split installed. The installers were efficient, courteous, and proactive. The new unit I got is exemplary - it is quiet, I can control my thermostat from my phone (much to the chagrin of folks who might have it turned too low when I am not at home...), and the service from estimate through cleanup was top notch.
