Theres no better place to shop, than Publix, in my opinion. Customer service is excellent, from the time you walk in the door, to your groceries bagged for you & loaded in your car.Always clean, always catering to their customers.Shopped at Publix for over 25 years. Im going to miss shopping there when I move back up north.

Awful. Im in here almost daily as I work nearby. Probably one of the worst run Publix I have ever seen. Particularly their Deli. Soup bar doesnt have containers. If they have containers, they dont have lids. If they have lids & Containers, theyre out of soup. Worlds slowest sandwich makers at the deli counter, if they actually stop what they are doing to help you out. Ive shopped at this location for my last time.

It was a positive experience overall. The deli was improved, inasmuch as a greater variety of product was provided. The stores environment is attractive, and it is conveniently located, close to other shopping.

Nice, clean, well stocked. Friendly people, and knowledgeable about where to find items in their store. Often, they will walk you to the aisle and help you look.

Nice local grocery store. Employees are nice & very helpful. Nice selection of items in all departments. Pharmacy staff is also very helpful & easy to work with.

The people there are very friendly and very nice. One time I went inside and bought some hot food and all I had was food stamps and didnt know that you couldnt buy hot food on food stamps so the employee went in her own pocket and paid for it her self. You just dont find people like that anymore. The same thing happened to me at the pharmacy where my insurance company didnt pay for my medication so they knew that I needed it so a different employee went in her pocket and paid for it for me. It was just a blessing from God.

Awesome Publix to shop at. The store is immaculately clean, and set up nicely. You can tell alot of love, pride, and care goes into it. Deli staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and so are other employees. If John is there, have him make you a sub! I look forward to frequenting this Publix, as its conveniently located near to me.

All I can say, they need a whole lot more salad flavors and dressings.

Never have I been so taken by a Customer Service Staff before as I was tonight. Dominique was very rude and argumentative as she was helping a Customer and my husband and I was having a conversation about how busy they were and only 2 lines open, she felt compelled to interject her opinion as she was helping a Customer and even messed up on the Money Order. She kept being rude even to the point she told my husband it is what it is and would not stop talking to the point I told her enough of her speaking. This is not the Publix way!!! They need to get it together..

Love our local Publix in Jacksonville. In Gainesville to visit mother in laws grave day before mothers day. Wife went in to buy flowers for mothers grave and noted many of the floral arrangement were wilted and not looking good. Not so great being the day before biggest flower giving day of the year.

Good shopping center

Shelves are looking bare. No clue when or if many items will be back in. Not really anyones fault. Just the way it is. The employees are trying to stay in good spirits and are very pleasant for the most part.

Friendly staff and fresh produce.

Stopped in after physical therapy, for some wings at 11:30am. But they hadnt made any yet. Was told it would be 30 mins. So we grabbed a couple tenders, for the ride home. Handicapped bathroom toilet is Not ADA Regulation.

My cashier was a little rude. Maybe she is having a bad day. Anyway, pray her day gets better.

I was having issues with my car not starting and a really nice clerk came out and helped me by jumping my car (in the rain no less). 5 stars is not enough stars! Love this store!

Nice Publix and friendly staff. Everyone seems to be following covid precautions. Lastly to the customer at the deli, we can hear you through the mask. There is no need to remove it to speak when ordering cheese

I find the staff even in these troubled times very nice and helpful. I like this store so much I drive the extra mile to shop there. All I can say is thank you to the staff for being there so we all can get supplies. Great Store.

Great publix

The people at this location are maybe the most put together staff ive ever seen for a supermarket. And their managment team always has a presence here that should give you clues to the excellence that is being achieved at this location. I personally have never met the general manager but I believe they would be proud to know this about his staff. They consistently greet me throughout the store asking if I need assistance, they also take pride in knowing their stores history . I inquired to the seemingly young cashier as to the picture of the man on the wall asking if that was who founded publix and she not only replied, she sounded off with the year of its creation, and where it was. That is awesome to know that our future leaders are currently taking a lot of pride in their local community. Congrats to this store for being on top of their game they are an amazing example of quality service.

Outstanding! The Pharmacy is the best!

Needs a little more organization if your making a dairy display on the other side of the store, you need to still have the item displayed where it belongs as well !! So the customer doesnt have to run around the store to find what theyre looking for !!

Just in to pick up a few things

This store has the worse pharmacy! I could not get ANYONE here to tell me ANY information about a new prescription I picked up. The other publix pharmacy at a different location apparently would not listen to me and transfer my prescriptions from this awful place. I guess it just goes with their garbage food they serve anymore....they just lost A LOT OF CUSTOMERS- EVERYONE I KNOW.

Adequate Supeemarket

Several cashiers at this Publix are discriminating against Asian customers!! My wife was pushed to the other cashier line twice this afternoon at 4:50 by two cashiers. The first female cashier refused to check out and asked my wife to go to another line for no reason, and the second male cashier did the same! My wife asked him why and he had no answer. He finally said ok with a very unhappy face. The checkout light were both on and he did not say the same thing to the two customers standing behind my wife. My wife politely said thank you after checkout and he barely nodded his head. I use to come to this Publix several times a week and never seen racists like this. Terrible!

Ken in the deli was awesome. I had 4 different sub orders pretty close to closing time and he made sure that no one in my family had to settle for substitutions of any type. He made them absolutely perfect too. My husband said it was the best sub hed ever had from Publix.

This is an easily accessible, well stocked store. A pleasant surprise considering the demand for fresh groceries post hurricane. Ice freezers fully stocked. Many supplies for those without power as well. Pleasant well trained staff. Truly lives up to the slogan ...Where shopping is a pleasure

Publix, amazing as usual!

The neighborhood alone where this big beautiful Publix is in was amazing. I loved the visit, from the moment I walked in the doors after enjoying the parking lot, to the moment I walked out with my big cup of coffee in hand and a big smile with it. I love Publix, more than any other grocery store there is.

Management at this location is top notch. Store is always pleasantly clean and stocked - prices could be better, but over all experience is great.

Staff are wonderful!

Great selection. Very nice produce. Bought sandwich meat and the clerk, her name was Destiny, was very sweet and outgoing. Everyone there was smiling and trying to be helpful.

I love this Publix, service is normally pretty great and the place is clean. However, I’m getting frustrated by cashiers. I’ve gone there a few times recently, and before I have a chance to say “no bag please” my items are already in a plastic bag. What happened to cashiers asking “paper or plastic?” Or “is plastic alright?” Because it’s not. I was just given a plastic bag for one item that was already wrapped in plastic. I did not want a bag at all and I tried to give it back but since the bag had condensation from my refrigerator item, they couldn’t take the bag back. Plastic bags have been banned in most places here. So please train your employees to simply ask the customer what their preference is. It’s not hard.

Anyone who rates this place less than 5 stars because of employees is an idiot. The managers make you bow down to the customer, even when youre right and the customer is wrong. I had a customer throw a shopping cart at me during late hours and the managers still babied her and catered to her every need. If anyone has a problem with this Publix, theyre too picky to exist on this planet, much less in Florida.edit: I worked here many years ago

It is very apparent that the Haile Publix is for the working class. They never make enough food for the lunch rush. Every time my husband and I, try to have lunch. Theyre always out of everything. And constantly try to post those nasty sweet potato fries on us. The Publix in Jonesville is a thousand times better!
