Ive been shopping Publix since moving to Florida. At first they required a card to get discount prices, so I avoided shopping there. Soon after,other stores also wanted cards & Publix stopped using cards. Customer service is the best at Publix. Rarely I shop any other food stores.

Love Publix... One place you can go for all those odd ball ingredients and they allways come through.

Easy to get in and out of. I come here for most of my groceries and some of the other things I look for. Very fresh produce. However they need to take better care of the mens bathroom. Staff here are often helpful and friendly.

Pricey. They have a great selection but, I can not find real Greek yogurt or fresh tuna. Its fine. Not for older folks on a budget. Its a grocery store. Prices go up when demand is high.

This my favorite Publix! It has a very nice layout and things are easy to find when im in a hurry. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love how they will even take the time to chat with the customers.

On 6/19/21, after dropping something at the UPS Store next to Publix, I found out the battery in my car key was dead. Unable to unlock my car, I was absolutely panicking. One of the Publix Associates, Abbey, calmed me down, walked me to Customer Service, helped me find the right battery and install it for me. She was so kind and helpful! Thanks to Abbey at Publix :)

Nothing wrong with the store itself as the customer support is unprecedented. This location is just really small. If you need produce Id advise going to another location.

Great store. Very well stocked and very nice employees.

Always has everything that I need. They always butcher things upon request and get it perfect. Cold cuts are always cut to perfection. When I order my supply of sourdough baguettes they are perfect. My closest Publix is about a 70 mile round-trip it is always well worth the trip

Not a fan. Was there again this morning and they NEVER have what I need. Winn Dixie all the way on the other side of town, does. The prices are ridiculous too. Things I buy at Winn Dixie are less expensive and are the same.

I walked into a very clean Publix grocery store, Went to the Deli and got a nice big Ham and cheese sandwich and a small bag of bbq potato chips I then went and waited at my bus stop to get back over to my neighborhood. It was a Nice Day!

The Cashier Evan E. did not greet or say anything. Was very weird acting and was checking my 20 dollar bill and even marking it and handed me my money rudely and still didn’t say nothing.

Went to get some of those great Publix subs. When we walked up it it was not busy, the very attentive and friendly associate acknowledged our presence and let us know he was completing a called in order and would be able to help use shortly. No less than 5 times did this associate AJ I think his name was asked for help on subs there was quite a line behind us now.AJ worked quickly, professionally and kept smiling the entire time. Of the other deli associates a red-haired young woman with cell phone in hand saw the line and just simply walked off. At least five other deli associates were available all would either just walk by the Sandwich station or just socialize among themselves. By far the worst Publix deli experience. Yet the star I gave was totally for the young man AJ who was friendly, fast and kept trying to assure all us customers help would come shortly. He needs as raise in pay, he was awesome!! Not sure I will return to this Publix for subs but if AJ is working that day I sure will.

This particular Publix is overrun with unmasked patrons. It has become impossible to shop at this location safely. Management claims they cant enforce mask wearing because it isnt a law. This simply isnt true and I dont understand why Publix is dropping the ball so hard on customer safety.

This store is old, hard to find anything, and to exit on Archer Rd is a pain. Cashiers are slow and we had to bag our own groceries. We paid 200 for groceries and not a bag person in site. We wont be coming back to this publix.

Bathrooms was quit a bit dirty. Was busy, but still yet all the same dirty bathrooms are a breaker

Shopping went fine, but when I went to checkout, the cashier greeted everyone in front of me but said absolutely NOTHING to me until he asked if he could do anything else. Slid my purchases to the end of the lane without bagging and never asked if I wanted my items bagged or not. 🙃 Thus, I actually wanted to my items bagged. He bagged them and then finally found some politeness he had for his previous customers. I was just looking for the nearest publix in the area but I definitely avoid that one from now on.

Ill always choose Publix over WalMart. May cost a little more but I never leave Publix thinking that all the workers are dumb lazy and not nice people unlike WalMart. That happens just about every time

Cashier and bagger were friendly and quick to get me out. Many employees were restocking on a Saturday night. Found everything I needed.

The employees Are always so friendly And helpful considering what they must go through on a daily basis. Its not easy working with the public But these guys always give Premier customer service especially Chris The bagger. He always goes above and beyond And NEVER Crushes my eggs.
