Always so informative! Attached picture of interesting snake I seen there today. And a BIG frog I seen on my prior visit, the angle of the image is deceiving.

This shopping center is a ghost town...with the exception of Publix and Dollar Tree at the far end, and some new store where KMart used to be.

They have really nice and friendly staff they keep the store really clean and they help you find what you need and they even help you with your groceries out the back door of the store to your car

Floor and Decor is the go-to store for tile and flooring. Savannah helped us with our order, and was excellent! The store is easy to get to, Google Maps was very precise (turn right just after Moes) and very apt.

PublixGrocery Store was very clean, nice soft music and courteous employees.

Love the store. But the cashier was not very friendly. Never said hello or anything.

You have Kmart with great prices you have the Dollar Tree love it and then you have Publix where shopping is a pleasure

Busy little intersection before you hit the woods got everything you need Publix, restaurants dry cleaning gas stations, drugstore Banks etc

Grew up down the road from this shopping center. I would ride my bike to kart. Newberry Publix was always my familys go to. I now live across town and its not convenient anymore. I still will venture over to mostly Peppers for margaritas & TJ Maxx for the deals. Luckily Catos isnt closer to me, I would spend all my money there. I do miss that dollar tree (and pharmore...lol)

That Publix is one of the best, we do really miss the Kmart though. The Dollar Tree is nice as well, KIND OF cluttered and disorganized but well stocked and nice people.

Variety of retailers, parking lot could use more handicap spots, convenient location to get into but exiting the shopping area is challenging most of the time and especially at peak traffic times of the day. Regardless, I choose to do the majority of my grocery and household items from this area.

Top Hog has the best sandwiches and entrees in Gainesville FL for bbg especially smoked the French dip brisket is excellent the pork sandwich is huge and delicious and the smoked cuban is most satisfying

The people there are very helpful and nice and they have everything you need but Publix is high in price for me and thats just because I live on a fixed income.

The old K-mart has a large flooring store now. The Publix is still nice.

We love Publix. But this store has been a consistently sour experience, especially with the deli department. I dont expect to have rose petals thrown down at my feet but I dont appreciate being made to feel like Im an annoyance or inconvenience. Also, there seems to be different rules with every person we have dealt with at the deli. We order like four sub rings and two popcorn chicken platters at least every few months. We have always asked for a few extra condiments on the side. Tomatoes, onions, pickles. On one visit, theres no charge. On the next visit there is a charge. This has happened more than once, but ONLY at this particular Publix. When we ask about the charge were answered with a snarky remark. Its not the few extra dollars but the inconsistencies. When you budget for what youre told on the phone and then the price is higher, thats not a pleasant experience.

Newberry square is on the mend there are several new stores out there now and it isnt much better.

Compared to other Publixs this one feels the most family oriented and has a larger international food section which I appreciate. The customer service is top notch as well.

I have missed this Publix since I moved out of Gainesville. It was so clean! The people really pleasant and the Soup and Sub were on target!! I will be back!

Dollar tree opens at 8am. Very convenient hours and helpful employees.

Great location. Neatly stocked and courteous employees. Sometimes the deli in other locations can be I guess overwhelmed. These cats keep it moving and still have time to interact with customers

Easy to see from Newberry road. There are quite a few empty stores. It would be nice to see some nice trendy businesses come in to help some of the other businesses and draw more attention to the place. The area looks pretty dated.

Loved it so many great shops great parking easy access just no outlet. Beautiful area with the pond and ducks and they were hatching and sitting on eggs so the baby ducks will be out if they all arent hatched yet!!

I was at the deli yesterday ordering all kinds of subs and a young man named Joshua made my special vegan subs, he was so nice and very efficient, he had to get all the ingredients from the selves and the avocado from the produce area, and he didnt mind at all, I think he went above and beyond his call, anyway, I love Publix, and in this trying time am happy we have you guys....
