I love Kroger with all the savings you get with the Kroger Plus card and the savings on gas it really helps out a lot I truly recommend going and doing your grocery shopping at Kroger
Very Disappointed. I adjusted to ordering the day before, but then, when to pick up, was told it was an hour wait (last week the guy said they had run 4 hours behind). I went home, called back to the store, they said it would be closer to 6. I left the house at 6. At 6:30 I called the store from the parking lot, they said my order was still not ready. I cancelled the order. Kroger needs to do far better in scheduling if they are going to have outside pick-up. This AM I called a rival store. My groceries will be delivered at 5pm this evening.
Great place to buy your groceries at and other stuff.
It was great I actually went through the self-serve and one of my products did not have the number on it for me to put in so I had to have the little girl come over and she was very helpful she got me through a matter of fact they were something on the screen that reminded me that I needed a child a squash and they carry them and shes held on to my buggy after I paid and let me go see if they had anything they was out but that was very nice of her to hold on to my buggies where I didnt have to carry it all the way through the store again because I was busy but yeah it was it was very pleasant
I have been coming to this Kroger since last year. I am very impressed. It is a far cry from the dingy, and unfriendly ones in Savannah. The one in Dalton used to be my favorite, so much so I would go to it years later when I was in town. However, the staff is so sweet and attentive. The young adults that work here are some of the best young people you will meet. The adults are just as helpful. If you get a chance please go see Allen in the deli. I was having a rough day totally unrelated to anything here and fumbled a bit in my awkward way but out of nowhere he took 5 minutes to just have a conversation with me about nothing and lift the curse it has felt like has been on me. As an aside Hall County EMS and their firefighters are frequently in here and not too hard on the eyes...they will always cheer you up just be good to them they are amazing men. Another wonderful thing is they have a security guard who is very nice so you can feel safe shopping herelife the curse
The employees that actually bring the quick list items out are very kind. However, the employees actually gathering the items you picked are well....not helpful to say the least. When they ask me if these items are acceptable exchanges and we joke because it is in no way even close to the original item is a sign. They have gotten our order wrong every time by a long shot. We have received moldy fruit, way to many of an item even though we said (1). Received not enough of others when we request (5) and have received (2). We will no longer use this feature. Great idea and concept. TERRIBLE execution.Inside is always well maintained and stocked. I have never had issues getting any of the items I needed.
Quick stop for beverages. Nice, clean market!
If you ever pick up grocery’s here always get there an hour later that way you’ll only have to wait an extra 45 mins for ur grocerys! My order was supposeTo be done at 3, got a call to come around 4-5. I came at 6 and still waited 30 min. Last time they got my entire thing wrong but I was so fustrated I couldn’t wait anymore. I do the grocery pick up every week and every week I get worse and worse service. Please hire more people.
I went to Kroger this morning to get WIC before the store got busy because I know how WIC is a bit time consuming. I get to the store and everything is well I get all my items and when I get the register (only one register is open) I notice that the cashier is not there so I go to the self checkout and see 3 ladies there and ask them if there is someone at register 9 and one of them walks toward the register and I apologize and tell her I have WIC so thats why I couldn’t do self checkout she ignores me and says not one thing back... so I get to the register and notice a line forming the cashier Marcia (I’m probably spelling her name wrong but this white lady with frizzy shoulder length hair) tells me to go to the back of the line because I have WIC !!! Then tells the next lady to move forward because I have WIC. (This lady has a full cart of food) I felt so embarrassed because this cashier said it like 3 times “she has WIC” like what was the point of that??? This cashier should be given another training course of how to treat customers! I’ve never had a problem and I come to the store every week to get my groceries for 6 years now ! I can only imagine how she treats people who don’t speak english!
Employees are rude. The deli is unsanitary and dirty. I want to like it here but every time I give it another chance I regret it
Busy location during lunch. This location is huge but I was able to find everything for my recipe without traveling to Whole Foods. Service is excellent. They have two six station checkouts which speeds up shopping.
Good store, horrible management! I witnessed someone (who appeared to be a manager) yell at his employees in two separate departments multiple times in front of many customers. Making the employees and even some of us customers feel very uncomfortable.
I used to love this store, they had everything and more. The selection is good, food prices good. Clothes are little high but whatever. They did away with the salad bar, no biggie. They dont have salads in the deli nor spinach dip. But a ton of humus. The service is friendly..Lately I noticed its not near as clean. If you need to go to the restroom, you should wait, just a mess. As many employees Ive seen working you would think the restroom would be cleaned and floors sweep.
Definitely needs new cake decorators!! My cakes looked rough! Didnt even put them in a box but instead a plastic container and when I opened it one of two of my cakes nearly hit the floor. By the time I got back home my cake icing was green. I will definitely stick with Publix from now on.
This Kroger does a terrible job keeping shelves stocked. The self checkout stations will only work properly about 2 out of 5 times. I never have either of these problems at Walmart and Publix always keeps their shelves fully stocked. The self checkout stations at Walmart are the best! They work perfectly every time. Kroger should research what company makes their self checkout stations and get them.
The Kroger is spacious but your management needs to do a better job enforcing the mask policy. I’m getting tired of wearing one out of the consideration of other people only to have to constantly walk around several people not wearing one (they tend to block the isles). Yet ironically, you have signs out front and I hear the overhead announcement every time I’ve come in the store but you’re not really doing anything about it.
Its a good store to go into but dont ever get produce from there delivery service. The past 2 times I have gotten rotten fruit.
Ordered a few items, got home and saw that the nexium was still in the security box that I’m unable to open and there is a $3 coupon on the box that they failed to scan for me as well. I’m missing my toilet paper, and I was given Gatorade zeros that I didn’t order.
Click-List needs to get their act together. If you pull in and see cars backed up into the street then you can count on a 30 minute wait once you finally make it to your spot. This is normal. Walmart and Sams dont have this problem. Hire some employees.
Went to Kroger got a few things. Had two bags . Got home realized I only had one bag. Still had my receipt so drove back to get the bag I left my explained it to the person there which is not the one that was there forty minutes earlier. I explained what happened only to have her tell me they had no record of my purchase and my receipt wasnt good enough. Thats just not right.
Probably by far the worst store to do any type of pick up of any kind. Didn’t know when it says between 6-7 you had to wait that whole hour in there line of 25 cars to get your stuff. Will not be going to Kroger from now on. Highley recommend somewhere else.
Dear MARY, you’re the most rude cashier ever! This’s the closest Kroger to my house but MARY is so rude! She put the WIC check on my face when I told you that I couldn’t hear her!She used her phone most of the time, asked for the Kroger card so rough, gets mad when I asked her for things . It’s incredible how she still working here!CUSTOMER SERVICE, she failed! Such a mad face all the time! Not coming back BECAUSE OF HER! need more smiles here
The Kroger brand pizza is the worst I’ve ever had. The box said pizzaria style taste that you can make a home. I doubt I could make a worse pizza.
They have the most horrible bakery manager!! She has an attitude an has no respect for customers
Not my 1st bad experience at this store but latest. Had to wait in a long line to check out.No baggers, had to bag my own groceries while several employees were standing around talking with one another. When you pay $250 worth of merchandise you shouldnt have to bag your own stuff. Come on man !!!!
I have waited an HOUR for a clicklist order and am still waiting. No manager will answer the phone, corporate doesn’t care. Obviously they don’t care how long it takes to get orders out and have minimal staff working. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. This place is the worst.
August 2013 this Kroger is so large it sells clothes.
Stores pretty nice but the mask enforcement is a joke. Quit playing the recording saying everyone has to when only half the people are and nobody is in charge of enforcing it lol. It’s not even people with them pulled down, just not even wearing one. Gross.
Good for quick in and out
Over filled and under staffed. People lined up into the aisles waiting to be checked out and no one paying attention. I even phoned customer service from a line and pointed this out. I got an apathetic Ill call a supervisor but I dont know if he has anyone. Mkay?
Ran in @ 3:30 on Thanksgiving ~ needed 2 gift items: tissue paper for gift bags (on-line curbside price $1.79) & a child’s gift. Parked on the far end of building nearest pharmacy, away from all other cars. Intended to be quick w/no contact or encounters. Grabbed items went to self-check next to door where I entered. Price for paper rang up $2.99 ~ had to void & get attendant, who was extremely unpleasant. Went to leave & door was locked (@ 20 minutes til close??). Explained that my car was way down toward end of building ~ tooooo badddd, walked all the way to other entrance, in close contact with & passing by too, too many people.... Because of my job, I try not to get close to people or spread germs ~ in a pandemic, Kroger associates should want customers out the door by quickest means possible as well???? (Curbside fee would have cost 1/4th price of items I needed ~ quite a conundrum, but next time Kroger will not be my choice)
This is a very nice place to shop but use the bathroom elsewhere before you come to this place. you would think that with corona virus around the bathroom would be a clean environment but hahaha. you would be better off peeing in the woods
Wouldnt let my friend buy alcohol with ID due to it being expired but Covid has made it hard to get into the DDS. He showed his appointment time. Still said couldnt take it. So I got my friend to bring mine. I had to wait 20minutes for a manager to show up, mind you they were not busy in the store, to check my ID since it is vertical. Ridiculous. Manager asked how I was doing and did not apologize for the wait what so ever. The cashiers name Janine and the manager Connie. It was like shopping at Walmart all over again.
They want to be wal-mart. No customer service, store is overcrowded, only staff left are either on their phones at the front of the store or you have to dodge them and their “click it” carts. Literally saw and elderly man trying to climb a shelf for a product on the top shelf after he said he spent 15 minutes trying to find a Kroger employee to help him. Used to love this store, wont go back.
Convenient meat prices are too expensive for my budget. Must go elsewhere but would prefer one-stop shopping.
If I could leave no star I would. On 10/10/20 I visited this store and I was purchasing WIC items for my infant son. The cashier I had the displeasure of meeting was Marcy. When I walked up to the line to place my items on the conveyor, I was seperating the items so I can put certain items with certain WIC vouchers to make things easier me and for the cashier. I dont know if I wasnt moving fast enough or was just irritated I had WIC. She snatched the first voucher out of my hand as I handed it to her and I wasnt ready to give it to her. This really really upset me because I like most people dont like people snatching things from me. Then she rushed me asking for the WIC voucher envelope. She began ringing up the items from the first voucher and informs me that one of the items I have purchased before on WIC isnt accepted for WIC and I had to run and get something else. I told her I was upset because I told her all the items I have I have gotten them before. Then she rings up the third voucher and again tells me an item I was getting was allowed under WIC so I had to run and get something else. By this time Im livid and let her know why. I told her what she did from the start of this whole interaction and me running back and forth across the store didnt help. She then storms off and tells a front end supervisor she wasnt dealing with me. Me and my wife both have dealt with Marcy numerous times and she has been this way with us in some form or fashion. I dont if she is like this other customers but this is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.
The store is nice but they don’t keep good stock in anything and their pick up department lacks customer service. If it wasn’t the only grocery store convenient for us we would go somewhere else. The pick up hasn’t gotten 10x worse. Waited an hour for our pick up order while several others who showed up after have left already. This store is a joke. Go to Publix.
Rude staff
In Store is fine, but their online shopping experience is incompetent. We gave them 6 hours, told us to come back 2 hours later. Call ahead the second time to make sure its ready, spend 20 minutes on the phone with corporate because they cant get hold of the store, they eventually say they dont know. We roll the dice and decide to head back, surely 8 hours is enough right? Arrive on time to find a line of 7 people and theres only 4 spots for online pickup.
Great marketplace that offers a large selection other than groceries. Absolutely love shopping here. Always clean and organized as well as affordable. Associates are nice and attentive. Check out is usually smooth due to being staffed properly.
The store is nice, and the associates are always helpful and friendly.I gave them 4 stars due to the bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting..similar to a run down gas stations bathroom, complete with urine smell.Definitely shop here, but dont use the bathrooms unless its an emergency.
Love this store, but not recently! This store has been doing some major renovations, moving everything around. I went there this morning with my 3 year old. Shes usually very good at the store, but an hour later, I still didnt have everything on my list. Mind you, I only had about 20 items on my grocery list. The signs are wrong, the app is wrong, and the employees dont know where anything is either. I dont have time to go through the store a million times to find what I need. I used to be able to just go in and out quickly, especially since I go during non-busy hours. This hasnt happened in a while. I wont be going back until they are done. Maybe.
We originally bought 118 dollars worth of groceries with 52 items on it, we received 57 dollars worth of 31items. And then we were charged for items we didn’t get and given items we didn’t buy or need and they weren’t on the receipt. Not happy, won’t be going again. And not to mention we waited 6 days for our order and last minute found out it was gonna be two hours late and had to call about 4 times to get ahold of them to tell them we were there to pick up groceries.
Not bad but could be cleaner
One of my favorite Kroger grocery stores. It is huge and has a good selection of food items often not found in other Krogers. They also have a good size health food section and nice deli area. This is the only Kroger deli that makes the non-breaded chicken chunks with buffalo sauce it seems too. Ive seen management welcoming people entering and helping keep things organized here as well which is not very common. I also noticed this is only place Ive seen a kiosk for renewing your vehicle license registration. Brilliant idea.
My husband was in Kroger and as for 4 years has walked around in that store, yesterday a manager falsely accussed him of following customers around in the store without watching any videos and no proof. She procceeded in telling him to leave and he didnt even understand her because he doesnt speak english. When i went to speak to this manager she basically said anyone can say your following them and she will make them leave even without proof. I know he didnt do this and when its proven he didnt do anything wrong I will go to the highest person until she is fired for falsely accusing a person without proof. 😡😡😡😡
I shop early, around 8 or 9 a.m. and the shelves and departments arent stocked yet. Besides that I love this store. I know the employees do the best they can with what they got
It used to be a great place to shop. Until the original manager, Rex, left. Now the meats and produce are usually bad. Produce isnt as fresh as before. Get home with meats you buy only to realize its already spoiled. The prices are higher and the sales arent good as before. So Ive completely quit going to this particular Kroger. They need to bring Rex back to straighten that place out!!!!
Love how theyre so friendly and love how they have a lot of vegan and vegetarian food brands. They have good offers on fruits and vegetables when theyre on sale! Recommend this place for everyone! You definitely save some money and you get fuel points to save for gasoline in the Kroger gas station!!! Just get a Kroger card and you save money for products you buy and gasoline!
This is a great store. The workers are helpful and friendly. The shelves are well stocked.
DeLane and the nice lady at the register in Pharmacy (should have got her name!!) were both fantastic. The guy at customer service also great but you guys need more workers to help him out. Good stuff.
The Kroger at this locatation is my favorite. This store has great prices and also a big selection. The Kroger staff are helpful and they greet you with a smile. I enjoy shopping here.
This is one of the best groceries Ive shopped in, excellent variety of items, good amount of Kroger branded items that can add significantly to savings. Well laid out and easy to navigate. Prices are very good and having a Kroger cards adds to you savings.
Best Kroger Ive ever been to. Staff is excellent and helpful and I can always find what I need quickly. Theyre really well stocked, too. The produce up here is gorgeous.
So much bigger, cleaner and full of stuff than our regular Kroger in Flowery Branch on Winder Hwy. Well drive the extra miles at least once per month to buy fresh produce and a variety of ethnic sauces. I had always thought of New Holland as a working class neighborhood until I shopped at this Kroger. Very nice. I did wonder when they planned to clean the seafood area so it didnt smell, but that seems to be a problem for all Kroger around here, new and old.
What a great store. These new Kroger stores have the best and largest selection of produce.. this store also had a Fred Meyer jeweler. Very nice.Prices are good, selection is great. Im switching from Publix
The girl by the name of Lynn in the deli was very helpful. She answered all my questions that I asked about product. She saw my hands were full went to the front got me a cart she even cleaned off the handle. Today I was in line at register 9 Peyton was the cashier. There was a long line, but she worked quickly enough so it did not back up.
Love Love Love This Place! You Can Literally Get Everything Here! Fresh Produce, Fresh Flower Arrangements, A Bottle Of Champagne For That Special Date, Last Minute Items For A Holiday Meal, A New Outfit, You Name It! They Have An In-Store Starbucks, An On-Site Little Clinic With A Pharmacy Beside It. A Fueling Station & Free Air. Only Thing Missing Is A Mail Drop & An Automatic Car Wash! Wish They Were Still Open 24 Hours, But If Theyd Open @ 5am Instead Of 6am, That Would Be A Huge Help!!
This place is HUGE. One of my favorite features of this store is Click List. This saves me valuable time walking around the store. This is a great idea for parents of small children (like myself). They have a great selection and great sales.
Awesome store that has anything. Fresh produce, great salad bar and sushi. Deli has good plates. Grab something and eat it here, or fill up a buggy to take home.
I absolutely love shopping at Kroger. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Hardly ever is something out of stock and the store is very clean. My favorite thing is all of the coupons that Kroger gives me for the things that I actually buy. I dont get a bunch of random coupons for things that I will never buy. There is a free item every Friday, they have the digital coupons, and you earn fuel points.
Awesome store. Huge selection and each store associate was extreme friendly & helpful. We especially enjoyed the sushi, which is a rare pleasure for us. Would highly recommend this store to all living or visiting the area.
Its a super store with everything from groceries to home decor, clothing, small appliances, and a jewelry store. Large natural mart, and a very impressive selection of organic items. The Kroger brand Private Selection items are high quality and fair priced. Love that they send me coupons on the stuff I use most, and generous gas points program
Nice store. Some items too pricey compared to the exact same thing at Walmart. However, selection is better, service is better, and they have plenty of open registers and caahcash.I love that I can grab a hot meal before shopping.
I use this Kroger for my Click List purchases. It is always a cinch to park, get my groceries, and head home. In and out in no time. I have been using this service for over a year and I have only had to wait one time. I believe someones order was incorrect and it put the whole operation behind. Nevertheless, I drive 30 minutes to get my groceries here. The selection is unbeatable and the prices are great! I also rack up on fuel points which usually puts my fuel price under $2 a gallon! Oh, and you can still use your coupons when you use Click List.
The store is very large, and has good selections. Prices are usually better than the competing grocers. The store is rather new, and looks very clean.
Kroger has more affordable prices. I usually dont have a problem finding what I need, and employees help me find it when I do. I dont have to search for help! Im on my way to visit the new Kroger on Jesse Jewell and get gas. (Its cheaper there) Thank you Kroger. And keep up the good work.
Overall it was good. There are as allot of not in stock items. Sure wish the Pepsi products that were on sale Saturday only had been stocked all day. When I got there all that was left was diet Dr. Pepper.
DO NOT USE this so called service.!!! Wait times excessive. Cant tell you about substitutions. Cant give you a final bill. Terrible experience. I will not go back period.
Very clean, very large. Employees are very helpful. This was my first experience inside a Super Kroger and it definitely didnt disappoint. Prices are always great, sales are frequent and you can find unusual items that most grocers dont carry.
Clean and well organized. Great store. I was wandering one time and a man approached me with a big smile on his face. It was the mgr and he was out greeting customers, shaking hands, laughing and smiling. They also have a Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating..
I love Kroger! They have such a good variety of natural snacks, dairy and other products. They even have salon haircare products and a decent wine section. Also, the digital coupons and me a good bit.
I simply love the deals.
I love this Kroger! Everything is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I especially love the Kroger pharmacy. No long lines.
Out of stocks are a daily occurrence. Needed self rising flour at 4 oclock on a Saturday 7/20/19. None to be found except the $2.19 2lb bag ..and yes I asked a stocker if anymore was in the back and he checked and said no. I was in the store the following day. Still none on the shelf. How are you not going to have self rising flour in stock.. especially when its on sale for $2.99??? Who is doing your ordering? Also when I went back the next day they were out of red grapes...and in the past i cant tell you how many times they have been out of cabbage...and just last week buttermilk...as I said out of stocks daily...if the store wasnt 5 minutes from my house I wouldnt step foot in it. We need another store PLEASE on this side of town. Competition is needed.
Great Kroger, customer service is always helpful, well laid-out, the housewares section makes it nice to be able to pick up some kitchen gadget I needed; prices on these items are reasonable. Staff is happy to order most anything they dont stock. This is a great store; much better model than Walmart & better prices to boot, not to mention a nicer shopping environment.
The deals r good. But too big of a store for my liking. I prefer Kroger on Thompson bridge rd
Wow. Not your Mommas Kroger. Impressive selection of food items. Nice deli. Also has order on line for pickup. Designated parking for pickup. Clean store, produce very fresh.
Always great service. Beyond perfect grocery store. The lady at customer service is kinda rude. But other then that i would never shop at another store. Its like Heaven on earth!!!
I buy all my groceries here, The store is fairly large It is always neat and clean and they have a wide variety of items which I love. I love Click-list option, for when I dont have the time to go in and shop around as well.
Husband and I were tired, tired when we entered the store! Divided up the list and fairly quickly got everything in the cart. Headed to the cashier and was greeted by one of the most friendly, polite, efficient cashiers in my long history of grocery shopping. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name, but he was a young man attending NGU. I will look for him next time. Oh, yes, he will have been working for Kroger Marketplace a year in April. Made our day!
Dont waste your money on the Little Clinic. When describing what and how I was feeling the nurses assistant would just shrug and put her hands up in the air. $89.00 out the window.
Its a Kroger. Its a big fancy Kroger, but its not Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Its entirely fine for ordinary shopping, with some sub par add-ons. With a place this size, you do get some additional options that you wouldnt ordinarily find; for instance, you can buy frozen geese and capons here. That being said, its not as though you will find organic locally-sourced grass-fed beef or anything along those lines. Its fine. Good fine, but fine.
Best sushi in town and fresh. People are always nice and willing to help. Kroger has the greatest varieties of everything from grocery items, meats, and products.
The last three times I have been there to have lunch (always @ 12:45-1:00) theres no cashier to check out customers in the cafe. Theres a sign asking customers to go through the check out with their lunch purchase... which is VERY INCONVENIENT... Especially with working folks like me that are on a time schedule. Also, all but one of the soup pots were empty at the soup bar. On cold days such as what weve been having, a bowl of hot soup for lunch is popular!
The largest selection of any grocer in Hall County. Service staff is friendly and knowledgable.
This is the only place I really shop. Freshest meat and vegatablve Ive found anywhere. Nice selection
Everything looks lovely in there; but make sure the price you get at the register when you check out matches the price on the sale sign you saw. Twice Ive planned to buy sale items, just to get to the register and the sale sign was not honored. I havent been in there that much, and this has already happened to me twice! So if youre concerned about getting the price you think youre going to get, check your receipt!! Or even better, watch the prices that come up on the register when you check out to make sure they match the sale sign you saw.
I always receive great service. The staff are friendly and there is a great selection of foods and other goods. Its a one-stop shop.
Great place to shop, dont ever try to place an order here. They dont know how to use a phone and transfer you to the right department. Theyll just hang up on you.
This kroger use to be my favorite place. Lately every time Ive went Ive encountered down right rude employees. Ive contacted corporate a few times. I wont be going back.
This store is always under stocked, the bathrooms are NOT clean. The cashiers are rude. They almost never ask for your Kroger card. I was a faithful Kroger shopper at the Dacula/Hog Mountain location for years. When I moved to Hall County I was excited to shop at the large Kroger on Jesse Jewell Pkwy however Ive been very unhappy. This store is just simply poorly mismanaged. I will say the pharmacy is very good.
For such a large store, Why are they always out or low on Kroger brand Half and Half and some times all brands? I shop on the way home from work and it is very frustrating not to get all the items I need. You may think it silly but this is another stop I have to make. I just want to go home and coffee and Half and Half the next morning. Dairy Manager order more.
First time I was in this store. I was amazed at the size of it and the variety of items offered for sale. Their was helpful and courteous,I wish I lived closer so I could frequent the store more often.
