I contacted CES about a meter box that was purchased from them 8 months ago that had developed a problem related to a manufacturers defect. Due to the severity of the issue the power had to be cut. When I called in CES they had no similar models in stock. But Michael and Jerry from CES understood the urgency of the situation and took on the problem head-on. They found a matching unit about 70 miles away. Jerry drove and got the replacement and had it waiting on me that night when I arrived! Outstanding Customer Service! For these 2 gentlemen to go through all that effort was astounding! Thank You.

Went into the store Wednesday 6/13/18 wasnt really sure what I was needing, but the guys in the store really went above and beyond for me. Ill definitely be back. Thanks guys!
