This is the best service repair I think Ive ever experienced. The young lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful being I called on a Monday morning. Her voice was cheerful and she was awesome!! She gave me the time frame that the technician should be at my home and told me he would call before coming. He called and spoke very pleasant as well and let me know he was on his way during the time frame I was given, then upon arriving he gave me an estimate and had the garage door fixed within 20 minutes. I will highly suggest this company to anyone who asks about garage door repair. The technicians name was Arthur and he is very skilled in his profession. Im sorry I didnt get the young lady who answered the phones name as I would like to recognize her as well. Thank you to your company for hiring and such professional and skilled people who do their job excellently!!!

Called for repair work. Company sent Vitaly next day. He saved me money by giving me the option to fix the capacitor instead of requiring the replacement of entire unit. Also performed routine maintenance and programmed the remotes on my car (which I had unsuccessfully attempted myself). Price was reasonable. Took the time to answer all of my questions. Very professional and thorough. I will request same service person for future repairs. Only suggestion - 4-hour service window too long. If possible, would be helpful to schedule appointment with a 2-hour window.

We have been using OHD for several years at our facility. One of our doors spring broke. Our trash compactor is on the other side of that door. This was something that couldnt wait. I highly recommend OHD. Very prompt, showed up on time, assessed the situation, and made a temporary fix until parts could arrive. Great communication, texted me in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. They went above and beyond to help get our door fixed. Thanks Vince for all your hard work!

Very disappointed. We scheduled an appointment online to have our garage door assessed. The website says FREE estimate. What they don’t tell you is that this is for a complete replacement, not a repair. He gave us a quote and then charged a $70 service fee. We were going to get another quote and likely go with this company because they are local, but they will not be getting our business for the full repair. The website is not transparent.

Worst company I have ever hired. Extremely poor workmanship, incompetent customer service and the complete inability to standby their product. I would give them zero stars if that was a possibility. 4 stain grade doors, installed with the wrong hardware, hinges that broke within the first year and multiple panels that cracked within the first year and a half. I should never have given my business to this company and I will absolutely seek help for another garage door company for any future issues. Do Not Hire them. You will regret it.

I called after 6pm, and they answered the phone (not like that other company I called who didnt reply til late the next day). The lady at Overhead was very pleasant and scheduled our repair for the very next day. Vitaly showed up, on time, and expertly diagnosed our problem, readjusted the door, fiddled with the opener to make sure it was ok, and explained everything as he went along. A very professional job, and well worth the service call. Today, a week later, its still working smooth as silk. Wish I had called Overhead months ago when the door first started acting up. Theres a reason Overhead has been in business for such a long time. Thanks Vitaly!
