Very incompetent people, at least as an amazon hub. Went to pickup two packages, 30 miles one way. They would not release because I didn’t have bar code for them to scan. I had tracking number and order number but they would not release. Called Amazon and they stated that Bealls never scanned packages upon receipt. Just canceled orders. Thirty mile drive back home empty handed. Bealls sucks

Love the makeup counter and one of the girls there is very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you understand what and how the products are and how to use. Can not remember her name but she has short black hair and always has her makeup done, think she has or had braces! Store is pretty crowded. It is hard to be in there with a stroller or the shopping carts they offer, glad they have their own separate store for shoes and handbags. Also love going there, they always have great deals!!!

First time in a Bealls. I was totally amazed at the merchandise selection and the great prices. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Love their sales. Clothes buyers must have been changed because the clothes are NOT what they used to be. Other than that I like the store.

I sometimes visit this store and compare inventory to my own store 30 min. north in Ardmore, OK and always surprised to find that even though my store is larger in size, it doesnt seem to have as much as this store. Unfortunately, because this store is smaller in square footage it is so cram packed that you can barely get around the aisles. It would be especially hard if you had a stroller. They could easily move to a larger location and spread out which would make it a much more pleasant experience for the customer.

The associates were happy to help they went out of the way to help me find coupons even through my phone and texts. I ended up spending half of what I thought. I really liked the cleanliness and many choices of brands. They put alot in a small space but it works for the consumer. My daughter got help measuring for her bra and got a free facial and some free products to try. Awesome place!

Love the selections, but the prices are steep. If you go for the sales, you can get cute clothes for a great price. On another note, the womens section could use some work. I believe their clothing is outdated for our time.

If you want your tux to be 10 times as big as you want, come to this place. They screwed up my suit three times in one week. Pants were too big and the shirt and coat were also too big. The lady that measured me was brain dead stupid and measured me the wrong way. I tried to tell her but she said that she was the “professional”. I didn’t know professionals looked and acted like high school dropouts. I am planning on ruining the tux on purpose and I don’t care what fine I have to pay because I’m not paying jack. They should of thought about it before they screwed me over. I seriously recommend renting a tux in Denton or Sherman.

I made a $100 payment on a new credit card account, in store, and it never processed out of the store to the credit card company! manager Tara couldnt figure out what to do about it for 2 months! credit card company couldnt help her either. i spent a good 8 hrs total trying to get it resolved. payed interest on that $100 for 2 months till she figured out how to get that fixed. cancelling card there!

The women behind the counter have no customer service skills. I wanted to see if a coupon would work to buy my nephew a new pair of tennis shoes. No, she would not even try it. And did not Even do it. The customer behind me even said That is messed up. The worst attitude ever in this small town who should appreciate their jobs. They should be retrained or replaced. Customer service is for everyone not just a few.

Too much clutter! No as enjoyable as it used to be! The rack said 40 % but the register gave me 10%!! Not worth going in this store for shopping! Too many racks that you need to watch out for... Tripping hazard!

It was the worst experience ever the cashier snapped at me because I was telling my friend that it was taking forever because they were tossing us back and forth cashier to cashier to check out just a tie then they moved us again to the Juniors section and I was telling my friend hey this is taking forever why dont you let me buy it tomorrow and Ill but it for you tomorrow then the cashier Terry was very rude and snapped at me saying excuse me are you saying that Im slow and Im taking a long time then I said no but now Im leaving the store and thanks for that great coustumer service then I went to see other cashier Jacqueline Garcia and she was very pleacent and helpful I hope this dont happen to other coustumers

Looking for a chain for my grandsons dog tag. I had trouble finding someone to help, other shoppers were having the same problem. When we finally found someone, it was all up hill from there.

Store is so over crowded with merchandise you can barely move. Dont bother trying to find anyone to help you. You can stare them down and they act like its not their job.

The store is overstuffed with display shelves and racks. Every time I turned around i was getting jabbed in the back by one of those ranks they hang shirts and jeans on.
