This is long overdue. I’ve been coming here for 3 years for my girls and they have the absolute best service. We come for pointe shoe fittings. They make you feel at home and welcome and are genuinely so nice. We spend at least an hour here each time and it’s always a welcoming experience. Not to mention, they are good at what they do. Couldn’t say enough nice things. Good job, Arabesque.

Weve been shopping at Arabesque for years for our daughter, who is now 18. The new owner is fantastic. Erin took time with us today and really educated us on the proper fit of the shoes. Not only did she help us get a better fit, she helped us understand how and why they are a better fit. (It turns out my daughter had been in wrong size toe box for four years.) We were very happy with our visit, today.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences at Arabesque. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about their products!!! The computer was even running slow once, so the owner gave everyone in line a 10% discount. I will definitely be returning for all of my childs future dance needs.

This is a great small business that I plan to patronize again in the future. The staff member that helped my daughter with shoes was very friendly, patiently providing her undivided attention during the fitting of multiple pairs. The owner was also super friendly and offered her unsolicited assistance in a helpful way, without being pushy. My whole family, including my two-year old son, felt welcomed in the shop. The selection - shoes, leos, tights, accessories, and other fun items such as ornaments and nutcrackers - was great. I found items that I have trouble finding elsewhere at reasonable prices. We will be back.

Grace was sooo helpful and I felt really welcome. She didnt look down on me because of my size (or skin color) unlike her manager who was kinda rude but Im used to stuff and ignorant people like that. Would I go back uh ya! Only if Grace was there.

They carry dance apparel & shoes accessories. A nice small shop in Thorbrook Village which is a sweet nice shopping center in the middle of town.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They had exactly what we were looking for and the cost was comparable to online stores, without the high shipping rates!

Had everything I needed for my toddlers Tap and ballet. Very elegant and even had some clearance items. Also they do shoe fittings. I will return.

Great customer service and dance items

I went in the store expecting this amazing pointe shoe fitter. The woman was,rude and acted like, know it all. I rather drive 2 hours than ever go in there again. Hateful snobby clerks!

Mrs. Jackie is prob. the best pointe shoe fitter in the world. She will not give you the wrong shoe size like most people will. She is always so courtious and respectful to everyone especially the kids that walk in. She will tell you when they will come and she even makes visits to our local dance studio so we wont have to drive all the way to gainsville! She truly is a nice person.

Very rude staff. I felt very unwelcome and almost questioned as to why I was in there just because I didn’t have a child with me.

Do not shop here they barely help you. No professionalism.
