Ive had troubles finding a quality embroidery shop for my clients new logo. Previous places, just werent getting the quality I needed. I called TNT Graphics and had the best customer service and products for my client. I called upon TNT in a hurry as well, as my client needed their order back within 3 weeks. TNT Graphics had my embroidery projects back to me in a week or week and a half; well ahead of deadline! The client was beyond happy with their order and were about to place another order for more garments. I highly recommend TNT Graphics.

I volunteer for a large, student-run organization at UF that has worked with TNT graphics for a couple of years. We’ve made multiple orders with TNT, both small and large. The reason we’ve continued to work with them (and will continue to do so!) is threefold:1) TNT provides competitive pricing, compared to both local and online shops that we’ve worked with in the past. Being a non-profit, we have lots of budget requirements, so we’re always struggling to find a balance between being budget-conscious, but getting the shirts the way we want them, and Tabitha has always worked with us to find a good middle ground. Even when TNT hasn’t provided the best price, we’ve still worked with them because of how well they’ve treated us in the past.2) TNT has always been reliable.Not only has TNT always been on time, they’ve always been EARLY. We’ve made lots of last-minute shirt orders (we’re college students, do you really expect any less?) and we’ve NEVER been let down—this takes a lot of the pressure away from the rest of the event planning.3) The staff is fantastic! Tabitha has always been available to answer every specific and irrelevant question that I might have, and is absolutely the sweetest and most awesome person to work with. When I first came into my PR position, I had never made a shirt order—upon telling this to Tabitha she invited me to the shop to give me a crash course about shirt design, and I honestly don’t know if any other shop or person would’ve done the same. She’s really incredible at her job and an incredible human.As an organization, consistency is key for our brand. TNT provides a good value, reliability and consistency, which has helped us fundraise the most money in any year that we’ve been operating and helped us bring our mission to even more people.

Had a GREAT experience with a rush order. Tabitha communicated everything along the way and there was no worry on our part. The price was very reasonable and the T-Shirts look fantastic. We didnt think we could get them done so quickly and almost didnt call. So glad we did!

I appreciate the price, the quick turn around and the ending product. For that reason, I would go back in the future. There were a few misunderstandings surrounding what I wanted and I believe this is due to their high volume of customers. I now know what to expect and its not the worse communication but definitely an area that could be improved.

Cant say enough good about TNT Graphics! We started coming to them a few years ago after Dragonfly raised their prices on us. Not only does TNT have lower prices, but our shirts are always finished within days and we now no longer have to go to another business to get business cards and vehicle graphics. Very satisfied with TNT Graphics services and recommend them to others all the time!

I am new in town and needed some shirts and signs. I almost called and emailed everybody in town. TNT Graphics contacted me right away and did a very great job with a reasonable, fair price for me. Some of the business that I emailed or called contacted me two weeks later when my job was already done. I will be back to TNT Graphics next time without contacting anybody else.

TNT Graphics was an absolute life saver for us earlier this month. We had placed a large order of t-shirts for our cheer competition with another company and when they informed us that they would not be ready in time, we called several different places in town in a panic. TNT Graphics was the only shop that guaranteed that they could finish them in time for the competition and offered us a very fair price. The t-shirts were high quality and vibrant. Weve ordered shirts for our small business, as well as signs and magnets from TNT Graphics, and we have never had an issue with them. Theyve always been very friendly and professional. They helped us redesign our logo for a small fee. Our last order was finished very quickly, and the shirts looked awesome. They are very knowledgeable, and they made sure we were ordering the proper colors and sizes for shirts. We were also very satisfied with their pricing as well. We will be returning there very soon to place another order.

Have had great service with them in the past, but my last visit will be my last. Was looking to get embroidery done and was treated like an idiot. If I had not had someone with me I would of told the man a few choice words and walked out. With customer service like that, I believe they are on their way out.

This was our first time using TNT Graphics and they did a very good job. We came in to order tshirts for the youth program at our church but found out when arriving that they also offer banners and signs. This saved us the trouble of having to go to a different place to get them.

They did a great job of explaining what we knew we wanted but didnt know how to put into words. Its important that I express the amazing response to a complaint we had. It was not their fault in the first place, as I did not realize the turnaround time was quoted on the estimate. Instead of just saying sorry, it is was it is, the owner called within the hour of my communication of dismay to diacuss. Thats customer service! Communication was excellent and they did great work! Would recommend to others and will be a return customer.

Im leaving 2 stars because the finished product was fine. However this place has the worst customer service of any screen printer in Gainesville. Very rude and unprofessional people here... I now got to Aesthetic Print and Design and cant say enough. They have done awesome design work for my business, very professional people and easy to work with.

This was the worse service I ever experienced..the work was horrible the customer service was even worse.I never got one call from no one they broke my Dodge letters off my truck..your employees except for one were horrible..Yes I did file a small claims..and contacted better business..see the pictures on Facebook..how you are still in business is beyond me wow....so sad how you treat people.....Im praying for you employees and owner to get well...very sick people
