I love this place the cashiers are very friendly, and if you are rude to them first be prepared to get it handed to you. This is the best place if you want to talk to real people and not fake people that only live their basic life’s to please customers. They are like me please customers when they are nice, and if you are rude well people can get rude back to you. Don’t think cause your a customer it gives you special privilege to be rude to others! Also the services are amazing, and it’s the best place for friendly real people!

Hate this place on Friday and Saturday nights where it’s become a hangout for dozens of high school teens with souped up pickup trucks with real Loud sound systems. From 10pm to 4am they compete to see who has the loudest machine. Gate doesn’t seem to care about this out of control situation. Don’t get gas here as you are likely to get in an accident with the bumper car scene there.

The manager there took a customer instead of me waiting for him. I don’t know what his atrocious discrimination was due to but he didn’t acknowledge me as a human being! I refuse all products from that store due to lack of common decency. Seriously, what type of company promotes such character, are you blind?

Went in to get frozen yogurt. I shop at Gates all over florida. Thos location had some flavors I have never had. They were out of sample cups. Asked an associate if they had more in the back. I was told they were out of them. I then grabbed a single use wrapped spoon and instead used that to sample one of the flavors I was interested in. I then had the same employee who told me they were out of sample cups approach me and tell me sampling is not allowed right now. I said you told me you were put of cups. There is no sign stating no sampling and you didnt tell me no sampling, just that you were out of cups. Get your story straight.

Apparently this is not a 24 hour store they only open at 0600. No sign posted saying they even open at 0600. Poor service.

Horrible service very rude cashiers and people who mouth off to customers

I went this place on June 19, Sunday night. There was two African American girls in the cashier. They did not interested in me and I had to wait about 10 minutes. They was doing nothing, just speaking and laughing each other.The store was so dirty and I did not want to buy anything. I think the owner should do something about that.

Very friendly service for a gas station, recommended products & upselled me when needed 5 stars as far as gas stations go.

Excellent staff, well trained and polite. Great coffee, above average coffee station.

Henry has been holding this place down since I was in college! Great guy and cheapest Premium in town!
