If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.Only store in ATL with all racing and NASCAR merchandise. I’ve come here for several years and bring my son for special occasions like his birthday because the owner is amazing, he’ll let us look through the store and help assist whenever we need something and is so polite. You couldn’t ask for better customer service. My son is obsessed with NASCAR and absolutely loves this store. Awesome service, selection and prices. Highly recommend them and well worth the drive! 🙌 ⭐️

Charlie was very helpful from start to finish. I had my 4yr old son with me and they were very welcoming and patient. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They even hooked my son up with a mystery bag car. It’s kinda far but having met these guys I feel comfortable shopping online in addition to revisiting the store. As a newbie to nascar die cast collecting I found this to be a pleasant experience and recommend this store for your collecting needs.

While the selection is outstanding the customer service is virtually nonexistent. I have tried emailing and calling the store with questions about my order and have not received any sort of response. What is also puzzling is that I cannot leave a message when the store is open but when it is closed I somehow can? I will more than likely be taking my business elsewhere.

In September, 2019 I decided that I wanted to collect every Ross Chastain race win but being that the Vegas win was sold out everything (being over a year later,) I decided to take a chance ordering from Diecast Depot because I really needed the diecast for my collection. Ordered on September 23rd, 2019 - order was shipped same day and arrived at my house on September 26th, 2019. If Diecast Depot has a diecast that you cant find elsewhere - they have quite a few of those - then dont hesitate pulling the trigger on purchasing it from here

So happy this store was still opened. This was worth the hour something trip from Kennesaw. I love the selection of cars they have from 1/64 to 1/24. They also sell shirts, helmet collectibles, and hats. Ask for Charlie, he’s the man. Great service.

This place is easily the best diecast store I’ve ever been to. Super friendly staff and there really isn’t a diecast that they don’t have. The shipping from them is great. Packages are always packed where your purchases won’t get damaged. I wouldn’t go through anyone else to get my diecasts.

I ordered a Dale Earnhardt Sr car (not a preorder) on 20 September 2019. After not hearing from the store in a week I attempted to call and did not get an answer. Eleven days after my initial purchase I get an email that says, Hello, we are sorry but we do not have your car and will not get anymore. Apparently this is there amazing customer service and after reading reviews I believe this store is a scam. The car that they say is no longer in stock is showing still available online. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!

I ordered 3 preorder cars and still haven’t got them.According to there web page, they have them in stock. Who ever the hell this Charlie is, he never returned my calls, left several messages, and several emails. No one will respond to either of them. If I were you, I would just buy it on eBay, it’s the same price as they sell it, the only difference is you don’t get that stupid plastic stand. I’ve tried canceling my orders and no one will pick up.

I placed an order on 10-4. It took a couple days to process order but they eventually did take my money. It had been a week now, and still nothing as far as shipping details. I emaled, no reply . I called, left a voicemail but no reply . What is the point of contact information if you dont answer /reply? I bought this die-cast for my son, and am trying to wait patiently, but I can only be so patient after my money has been taken.

Ordered my car and got it quickly. The prices are tough to beat too, and it comes with a free diecast stand too. They also take pride in how they ship there stuff.

I am sorry to add this negative review, but it was earned. I ordered a Diecast for my son for Christmas. It took awhile to arrive, and perhaps that should have concerned me, but it didnt. When my son opened it, one of the roof flaps on the car was damaged. He also told me he has this car already so we should exchange. I tried to call several times and left voice mails, I emailed, and I Facebook messaged. No responses to any of these except for Messenger where I finally got someone to respond. As soon as they found out it was an exchange, not a replacement, all communication stopped. I am stuck with this damaged car apparently. They wont even respond even if I wanted a replacement. Even that would be better than no communication! Beware! They brag about their top-notch customer service but its not. Its all good until a problem arises, apparently. I will not buy from this business again. Shameful! I have given them multiple chances to respond via various communication channels. If they cant even give me the courtesy of a call-back, email, or message, they should not be in business.
