Honestly this place cant not have five stars because of its location. It is just too small for all the products. I cant turn around without being face to face with a display. Also it does cater to a smaller size population for their clothes so I just focus on the merchandise. From Anime to K-pop, Disney sweet to emo angst and everything in between, you can find a wide range here.

Amazing stuff, wonderfully organized. Very spaciously organized for the small amount of room in the store.

Love the little accessories got! Two little pink cat ears with bells and and some knee-high socks! Sad thing is, most of the stuff was to expensive. Loved it though, might come back once in awhile!

Wonderful experience! Bought 2 pairs of earrings, one was half off. The workers were so nice and loved conversating. I left and came back to buy a necklace, and they notified me that I had left my water bottle and gave it back. Its small here, yet a huge selection.

Didnt have what my grandson was looking for. We did however make a purchase and service and friendly staff was excellent.

Very nice staff, great deals, lots of cute and fun things like clothes, decor, candy, ect. They make sure everyone who comes into the store wears a mask and its always a great atmosphere. Love coming here and they always have something good to pick find.

Really expensive, but they have good merch that you would have to otherwise buy online. if you have body piercings, they have a wide aray of jewelry. i just like the overall vibes the place has, and its nice to not be judged by the workers/other customers for any obscure fashion sense you might have.

Love this store. Need to make the store bigger at this location!

They always have the best stuff. I came in at a good time and the had a lot of Jojos Bizarre Adventure merch and Ouran Highschool Host Club merch.

The people here are so helpful. I always feel very welcome when I walk in, and the associates are always great at offering help while also giving me space to just shop.The deals are usually pretty great, but sometimes a bit tricky to understand. That said, the staff has always helped me figure out what is and isnt on sale so I can make the most of the deals they have.

1st time in this store and enjoyed it. Will definitely be returning the kids got a lot of T shirts and cool nick nacks.

Cool environment

They literally had a path through the store. Arrows on the floor leading the way. People from behind caused us to feel pushed through the store. We didnt get to shop without people pushing past because the path was narrow. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Generally, I enjoy HotTopic.

The store is crowded & stuff is overpriced. They used to be alot more punk rock,now seems to me like a knock off Spencers.

They have a lot of 70s & 80s & 90s band cover art t shirts. They also have a lot kids novelty t shirts and fun accessories. Really cool teen place with moderate priced items.

Hot topic is always great on their deals. They arent the cheapest retail store around but they have great quality and various items to choose from. They always have some type of sale going on, such as buy one get one free, but two get two free, and buy one get one for $1. From makeup to bathing suits they certainly have great, cute options to choose from. They give out award points and extra discounts for birthdays and holidays. Customer service representatives will never be rude here.

An excellent place to find Funko Pop figures. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions my kids had, and quickly retrieved figures from the higher shelves. I was also able to save $10 on my purchase by signing up my email address. In addition to pop figures the store feature a large amount of pop culture items. Certainly worth a look.

Its prob the second smallest one Ive been to but the staff is super cool. Check em out.

Small and nerdy store, it was pretty cute and had a variety of things for different fandoms. The cashier was nice, and I had 2 clerks inform me on the deals, since they werent labeled, which helped a lot and influenced my buy. Overall a good store.

The staff was rude and throwing shade at me and my friends. They had a buy two get 1 free deal on shirts but didnt let me chose which one I wanted for free, they also divided everything up on my receipt and only gave me the cheapest one for free. They were also out of stock on everything and I was treated as if i was just some stupid 10 year old with no money.

Usually I love this place and will RAVE about it, even when I was 12 (Now 24). Everyone is usually SUPER nice and helpful and have customer service skills that any store manager would dream of having, but I guess it all missed this one lady/girl? All she could do was complain about how after I bought this necklace it was basically my fault it broke saying well it says dainty pointing it out 2-3 times after I explained all I did was turn the necklace around to adjust it and it broke. I BARELY TOUCHED IT. And there are other Hot Topic accessories that wont break after adjusting! Even ones around that size, so??? Only to further complain about something she apparently shouldnt be doing and giving me a look as she asked where the exchange items where that I wanted. Then proceeded to offer a refund. Like I appreciate the solid but if its that much of a bother then I can do it the right way like she kept ranting about? I guess I rubbed her the wrong way somehow? I dont even know how either? I didnt even mention a refund, SHE did??? Idk if she was having an off day? Or if something was just going on in her life (hope its all good), or if it was just too close to closing time for her? (none of us realised the mall closed so early today and left maybe 10 before hand) I dont know what it was with her, but this was the worst customer service Ive experienced at Hot Topic. I hope it was just an off day because if it wasnt then its really sad that shes like that all the time for herself and that others also have to deal with it. No one needs that and not even her.

Pop culture collectables all in one place! A great customer club full of specials and discounts. The manager Leaha is the coolest and will go out her way to help you as best she can! Fun place!

It is so easy to find everything. Its all separated between music, anime, tv shows, etc. I love this place so much. My most favorite store to go too. Sadly there isnt one where I live, so I had to go to Gainsville. Worth the trip❤❤

A bit expensive. Smelled like drugs. The staff were all lovely people, but very addlebrained. Took 10 minutes to complete a simple return. Only got store credit back. Do not recommend, find your merch on Amazon instead. Much cheaper too.

I have had so many issues with the employees at this location. Terrible customer service. You can’t discuss stock over the phone? Well, I can’t drive all the way out to the mall unless I know that you have the products I’m looking for. You all need to clean up your customer service act.

Im not a big fan of hot topic, this one is in a mall as Im sure most are? and surely unsparing in space. But it has 2 fitting rooms and a lot of buttons and gauges If youre into that.

One of my favorite shops but i only give it four stars because its kinda lost its vibes. When i was in 7th grade it was more edgy and just emo and it was great but now when you walk in all u see is a bunch of normies shopping for the newest Harry Potter Set or something else like that and now all the classic edgy stuff is pushed to a small spot in the back of the store. pls bring back the old hot topic its annoying seeing colorful things in the store
