I have been shopping with Vine & Cheese for a long time. The owner is always friendly and will help you find a wine that fits your budget and your taste. He is good to keep within the budget you are looking to spend, too, when he makes his recommendation.I just have to say that the one star reviewer is completely unrealistic. You dont expect a grocery store to just open whatever package you want to sample--why would you expect a wine store to do that?

This is a very quaint and eclectic place to find really good wine that would not be found in a grocery store. The selection is superb and there is a tasting time that allows you to sample some of the latest buys. The owner is a fantastic guy and wonderful to conversate with. His expertise will get you exactly where you want to be. I am a true fan of this little place!

I have been a customer of Vine and Cheese for years. It is absolutely my favorite wine store for wines and quality cheeses. Don the owner is always very helpful in making selections within whatever price range I want. I enjoy the education from him about the latest and greatest. It allows me to try new recommendations from a trusted source. The store is fun to browse, and he also hosts a wine tasting every Friday evening. I go as often as I can for the great selection and service - which are ALWAYS superb.Thanks Don for all of your great service!

I visited Vine and Cheese for 1st time today. I found the store to be simple and well laid out. Don, the store attendant present, is a very authentic person and was simply plesent. He seemed happy with people just coming by to visit and was very accomodating. Dons joyful demeanor and the enjoyable selection of cheeses will certainly bring me back for their Thursday cheese tastings.

Delightful independent wine and spirits shop with a warm, kind, super-knowledgeable owner and a delicious selection of grower Champagnes. Also some nice bottles from France and Italy, and Spain. We need more places like this.He also has a cheese (Brie ! bleu !) & charcuterie counter, and organises wine tastings on a weekly basis.
