Worst place to buy a car, they lied about car passing emissions. I drove out of dealer parking lot and the car stop working, I took it back immediately and they said could not do nothing about it.I also found all of the carpet full of water after i took it home it seem like it was under water or something terrible happened. I have spent around $2,000 trying to fix all of the issues like replacing catalytic converter, all carpet and other things. They knew about the problems but didn’t mention anything.This people are the worst stay away find another dealer to buy a car.

My experience here was a very good one. When I first visited VELEZ Auto Group they didnt have what I was looking for. The lady (Laura) ask me what kind of car did I want. I gave Laura a detailed list, year, make, model and specs. Well, 2 weeks later I got a call and went to check it out the next day (Saturday) to see if I wanted it or not. Monday the car was mine. And it took less than 2hrs. Im glad that my mechanic Jimmy referred me to Velez. I got a 2011 BMW with absolutely nothing wrong with it. I got a great deal. They even let me take it to my mechanic and paid for my oil change. So, if youre interested in getting a high end car or a nice car period.... Bought a vehicle in September 2016 and still cant get a tag in late January 2017. The car is almost paid off too.

A month ago I bought a car in this place they sold it to me damaged, we notified him and he wanted to leave us on foot paying for the vehicle then recently he takes the vehicle, it is a scammer, take a mechanic to inspect it before buying in this place. You see one in need of a car and what you do is rip you off with hidden damage. ATTENTION DO NOT BUY DAMAGED CARS HERE THEN REMOVE IT !!!!
