Though Paul West specializes in helping folks with poor/no credit get clean, reliable, low mileage vehicles (and build/rebuild credit whole doing so), we went to Phil (owner) for a special request. We wanted a specific vehicle, with certain features, exact colors, mileage etc. etc. He was able to find/locate the perfect vehicle that met all of our wants/needs and transported the car to his dealership to take possession. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime.) When on the hunt for a vehicle, it can definitely be a challenge especially when you have tons of car dealers in the area to go through. Of course I did my research in my area and and stumbled upon Paul West, the website was user friendly and the vehicles on the website were in immaculate condition so I decided to give them a visit. When I got to the lot, me and girlfriend walked in and everyone was nice and had good vibes. We wanted to look at a few vehicles so we let them know, no problems we even test drove a few. Before we stepped foot inside any of the cars, Carfax in hand, didnt even ask. If it was up to me we wouldve drove off the lot with the first one we test drove. Phil insisted we test drive a few to get a feel for what were looking for and to keep our options open, this guy is awesome I said in my head. We came back from our test drive, made a decision on our vehicle and went for it. I thought the process was going to be long and outdrawn, maybe a little but Phil made us understand every inch of what was going to happen moving forward and we appreciated that greatly. I called PWUC on this past Sat (Sept 15 2018) looking for a pickup. I couldnt get there before they closed, but Phil left a few choices he felt met what I was looking for - specifically mentioning a Chevy Colorado that might be a good match. My dog and I got to the small lot early Sat evening. Of the trucks he left open I opened the door to the one that was the best size and look - it was also the closest, for Timba (the dog in this story) to get in (at over 100lbs he has some say in ... everything). Usually hesitant Timba hopped right in and looked happy, comfortable, and hot (were in Florida, duh). I have dealt with this dealership for a total of 6 years having bought two vehicles there during that time. Excellent prices, reliable vehicles and upstanding gentleman to deal with.

Its not always easy finding a car-- especially when your credit isnt so great. After my first car was totaled, I was in need of another one, but everywhere I went, I was turned down due to having a low credit score and no co-signer. Phil helped me find something that I could afford, and was able to finance me in-house. Later down the road, I had a few late payments due to a medical problem and being out of work for a while, but the guys at PWUC were understanding.
