This is Gainesville Nissan. Horrid. Asian hate from a dealership selling Asian-made cars. Im disgusted.

We had the most wonderful experience yesterday June 20th @ Gainesville Nissian. I met the nicest, friendliest, most helpful man .Mickey Downing. He greeted us with a big smile and proceeded to get to know us and what we were looking for and Really listened to what we needed. He truly went above and beyond great customer satisfaction

Sad. 2 weeks & still waiting on answer. Trying 2 Cancel a Warranty.... still ongoing! Asst Mgr called to talk me back into it... A No!$2100 warranty.... I had buyers remorse... called to cancel within 24 hours & called TRW daily spoke with same gal...1st will get deposit back then probably have to pay something then will diffinately have to pay $50. Waiting.

Really poor customer service.
