My jeep has been here for almost 6 weeks and the problem hasn’t been fixed. I came here for a leak in the passenger side of my jeep. They stated that changing the hinges and weatherstripping of my car would help the problem. I did as they said, and I payed 800 dollars. Then it rained one morning and the jeep passenger side was filled as if nothing were fixed. I immediately took it back and it’s been there since. My problem is that there trying to give me a quote for the fix and that they should’ve found the first time. It screams negligent work. Also it screams of fraud. Why fraud you may ask? Fraud because a service was charged but was not provided and fixed. Also on my receipt and in the there own system is says there’s a leak in the passenger side. There saying they can charge me since work was provided last time BUT that work didn’t fix the problem. If they would’ve found the original problem it would’ve been fixed and I would’ve been happy to pay for that. But I payed for something that didn’t fix anything and I have pictures of before and after so there’s no need to try to convince me there’s been some fix. Now there saying there’s multiple leaks to try and cover and that won’t stand since if they have tested it extensively the first time wouldn’t they have found that to begin with? Wouldn’t they have notified of there being more leaks? There’s no need for lies. I hope the owner see this. I understand the expert in leaks works only Monday and Friday but if you count the 6 weeks it’s been there. That’s 80 hours, that’s very unjustifiable. I really hope I can speak to the owner. If not a small court claims will have to be made. There are many infringing circumstances that y’all have committed but I wish not to take it that far.

NEVER bring your vehicle here to get serviced, worst place you can come for service. I had my 2016 Jeep Patriot 4x4 towed there after hours on 10/21/2020 with a starting issue. Next day on 10/22/2020, I had my wife call since my work schedule is kind of hectic, and inform them that it was towed there with a starting issue. My wife went up there after she got off of work, to see if it was diagnosed yet, and they said that it was the Starter. They gave my wife a quote and I told her to decline it, and we will have it towed to our house to be fixed because I can get it fixed for a cheaper amount. We never agreed for them to start working on my Jeep, only diagnostic. After the vehicle was towed to my house, and I opened up my hood, they already started to disassemble my parts to get to my Starter, the air intake from the air box to my throttle body is completely missing, they took apart my throttle body from the intake manifold, and left the throttle body on my floor along with the bolts. Like I said earlier, we never agreed, to any work being completed, only diagnostic. They did not reassemble any of the parts that they disassembled. I was a service technician years ago, and when I worked for a shop, NEVER do you start work on a customers car without their approval. I do not recommend having your vehicle worked on here, so unprofessional for this to be a dealership, this is something you expect from a “Mom and Pop” service center maybe, but not the dealership, don’t bring your vehicle here. They need better technicians working on the vehicles in there service center.

Rick in the Service Dept was freindly and very responsive with return calls to me.My Dodge Ram has 257,000 miles on it now. It isStill a great running truck. It started stalling out occasionally while driving. The computer would never provide a diagnosis of the problem. Hayes Service Dept had to do a lot of work to discover a wire that had gone bad. Running the road again.Thanks for the good work.

Zach and Frazier were so awesome in the body/service department! 10 times out of 10 would recommend them for all your body/repair needs! We were stuck with our Ram Promaster RV. The electronics were acting up. We were referred to Hayes Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep by someone in Mountain City. We were staying in a State Park nearby, us being from Florida had no idea where to go. When we arrived at Hayes in Baldwin, we were met by Shane, the Service Manager, who reassured us that we would be looked after. They did; it took a couple of days but they solved a rather complex electrical issue. Thank you Shane, and all the folks at Hayes Chrysler Dodge, for getting us back to camping.

I special ordered a high end muscle car that is normally not in stock. It arrived earlier than expected and the whole team were great at meeting my rather picky criteria! I had appointment 3 times times didnt even look at my car... I finally took it to somebody else to get car fixed.... very happy with the service at other place and a better price than I would have got at Hayes.I wont ever use that department to get my car fixed.

First off when I dropped off the guy said he had my info even though I had said Ive never been there and I only gave him my phone number..my mistake though I should have pressed harder and made him read all the information to me before I left but needed up they had my car under someones name Ive never even heard of so that was confusing. They said I had a hole in the radiator even though the jeep never ran hot even after driving 3 hours with the check engine light on. Yes I carefully watched the temp gauge the entire way home. They charged $1,009 for a new radiator which everyone I know has told me is about double what I should have paid and that was with a Discount as the service rep told me. So idk how much it would have been with the Discount but over priced for sure. They also told me they had a 2:30pm appointment the day I dropped off my jeep at 8:30 am however when I called around 4pm to check on it they said I didnt have an appointment and they didnt get to it so I had to leave it over night. Bad communication and over priced but my jeep is running and the check engine light is off for now.

I was treated very well by both the sales staff and service .After the purchase I was called to inform me that they had not had time to replace the fuel pump which they determined was causing a hesitation. I dropped the truck by he next day and they even gave me a ride to the local golf course. Had a good round then went back to pick the truck up. All went well.

I came in for a recall repair. I made an appointment on June 15th for June 23rd. I arrived about 8:30am and was told it would be about 2 and a half hours. About 45 minutes later I was told they didnt have the part in stock and I would have to come back on the 24th. I arrived about 8:30am and they started working on my vehicle right away. They installed the wrong part! A light came on when I start to leave. They checked it and realized the wrong part was installed. They installed the correct part, and I finally left at 11:55am! Other than the above everything was good. Very nice people! Very apologetic.

The Hayes dealership in Gainesville did an excellent job. It only took them about 20 minutes to replace my lower beam headlamp. The cost of labor and replacement bulb was only $47. This was truly honest and efficient service. The Hayes dealership in Baldwin wanted to charge me about 25% more for the headlamp and the labor to install it was quoted at $190 since this service department thought it would be necessary to remove the front bumper cover to replace the headlamp. I appreciate getting honest, fair and fast service. The staff at Gainesville seemed truly striving to deliver great service!!

I was referred by a friend and told I’d have a pleasant experience at this dealership. I walked in to buy a car and left without coming to an agreement on the price of the car. It is what it is. Thirty minutes after leaving the dealership the price of the car was reduced by 2000$ online. I stated to the salesperson how that was unfair and poor business practice because 30 minutes prior I was negotiating at a list price of 2k higher. The next day the manager called and said it was his mistake and that he didn’t care if the car was listed for two dollars online, he wasn’t going to negotiate any further with me and the hung up. The salesperson V was a nice guy though.

Local Hall County loan officer here. Buyers beware...if you use your local bank vs taking their financing, they will not accept your check. They are forcing you to take higher interest rates vs using your own financing. They even told us they would turn down a check that wasnt written from one of their banks (the ones that let them charge higher interest rates). Bad, money hungry business practices, not in the best interest of the consumer. Theyve lost two deals because of this from people that Ive talked to alone.

Rick the service advisor and technicians were great. I had an issue with the drive shaft on my truck. I made an appointment and only had to wait a day to get in. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, made arrangements for outside services and my truck was ready to go in a couple days.No complaints there!!

He is definitely a Jeep Expert.*After using the service department, I have to change my 5 star review to a two star. Their service department here is terrible and lacks communication skills. Starting with the manager and continuing all the way down to the personal making appointments. They do not listen to their customers. Because of the service department this dealership has lost my future business.

Did not accomplish what I made an appointment to do..... first of all the service clerk did not reserve my timeslot like he said he would when I called and nobody knew I was coming.....Everybody denied talking to me it was only when I said I called on a Saturday That the service clerk just happen to remember ...yes I had called.... then I wanted my GPS updated... he had told me how much it would cost and how long it would take but when I got there after a 45 minute wait they couldn’t do it the only thing I got accomplished was an oil change which I had already paid for because I bought the service plan....After coming home and trying to order it online it was then that I realized that the product for my car was on recall but nobody told me that at Hayes .... I spent my time on the computer To find this out after making a telephone call and waiting 45 minutes at Hayes

These people treat you like you are nobody they do not stand by their work I had airbags to deploy while driving down I-95 I was NOT in an accident they just deployed while driving after Chrysler repaired a recall on those same airbags in 2018 then in 2020 they just deployed while driving. Only by Gods grace and Miracle no one was injured but Chrysler would not make it right they refuse to help me they refuse to give me a rental they refuse to do anything these people should be ashamed of themselves!

Waited 7 months for new key fobs(they were on back order). I know they cant control that so I can understand but they keys had been sitting at the dealership for a month and no one called to let me know I had to. When I went to get the new fobs activated to the truck they only sent 1 when 2 were on order. Now they are saying because Im out of warranty I have to pay for the other fob. Im not paying for another fob because of their mess up

Jorge was my check in guy. Super nice, friendly, and helpful. Clearly he likes helping people and enjoys his job.I had several issues going on with my Jeep. The air was not cold. Jorge let me know that it was not just a simple squirt of Freon (telling my age now) but a two hour process. It was also $160. However, they ran it through my warranty and it was covered!!! I was happy.

Went to pick up a friend’s Jeep from the dealership and the same interior piece he dropped it off to have repaired fell off when I shut the door. I brought it back in and they wouldn’t even look at it because I wasn’t the car owner. He just dropped it off again to get it and his radio/ back up camera fixed (again) and they refused to fix either issue because they had fixed it before. Well, we sure can!Shortly afterward, a few months later, I needed a replacement vehicle for myself when my trusty 02 Chrysler T&C had finally had enough...but, with having over 350,000+ miles on her, I really couldnt complain!I knew that I wanted another Chrysler vehicle (theyve treated me well so far) so we knew immediately where we were going to look for my vehicle...and again we can honestly say that we are very happy that we did.At this time, weve had both of our vehicles (one is a 2015, the other is a 2017) for over a year now--maybe even closer to two years) and were *still very happy* with both of them!We love our vehicles; they both look great and they are still running great!Thank you to Hayes for having such wonderful salespeople looking out for us...Im lookin at you, Miss Bree!😊And thank you for making sure that your customers receive good, quality vehicles.Whenever were ready to purchase another vehicle again, we will definitely be Headin to Hayes!!😁
