I needed to replace my super old pioneer stereo which had no screen for one with apple car play. Not only did they have it, while Honda didnt (my car is too old for the dealer), but their installation and finish quality was perfection to me.And the customer service was out of this world. Once the car was ready (I had to leave it until next day), he gave me the best of instructions to the 21st century.My car now looks 10 yrs younger and Im back to loving it again. Thanks guys!!! A few months ago we had a tri-folding truck bed cover installed. They were quick, helpful and polite. It is effective at keeping water out when driving and your goods locked up tight.Highly recommend this place.

Wanted an in-dash receiver with GPS and backup camera for my 2003 F-250 truck and Chris was awesome! Great service both before and after the sale.

I had a blown speaker in my 2018 4runner and decided I would upgrade the speakers while replacing it. I took it to sound depot and dealt with Danny and Juan. They knew exactly what to use and had everything in stock. They got it installed 3 days later and we were unable to pick up the car by COB on Friday. Because they are closed on the weekend, Danny came up on his day off so that I could pick up my car. He also handed me cash that the installer had apparently found under my seat. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and very good at what they do. I highly recommend! P.s. my car sounds amazing and they guarantee the products and the work so... you cant go wrong. 👍

I had my Toyota Tacoma windows tinted here and they did an exceptional job. The staff is super friendly, which is a rarity these days. They gave me different options for the quality of window tint and it only took about an hour. There is a nice waiting room with a TV and free water that makes the wait that much more enjoyable. Call ahead and make an appointment, you wont regret it!

They did good work and had everything completed in a timely manner. Danny was very knowledgeable and did a great job in taking the time to go over all of the features of my new head unit and helping me pair my phone to it and get everything set up. I would recommend using this shop for any of your car audio needs.

Jon helped me out with upgrading my speakers. He showed me different options and ways to enhance the new speakers like installing sound deadening and fast rings. The performance really exceeded my expectations. The difference isn’t even comparable! Not only that, you couldn’t even tell they had been in my car at all! Sound Depot has the expertise and service that is so lacking these days. They arent cheap, they are worth every penny. Ther e is service after the sale. They stand behind their work. I dont go anywhere else for car audio. They set me up with a Kenwood Android Auto capable deck that rocks! Wireless Android Auto is wonderful.

I haven’t had good luck with car stereo shops recently and I decided to take my mess to Danny and his team at Sound Depot. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering my questions. I set an appointment to pick out the speakers and have them installed.When I arrived Danny took the time to explain all the options and help me pick out the right speakers for my needs.After the installation he took the time to go to my car explain all the work done and answer any other questions.Everyone was professional and provided great customer service.

Made an appointment for window tint and they completed the work right on time. The quality of the work at SDP, regardless of what is being done, is always top notch.

I found this place after spending waaaay too much time trying to buy a new car stereo, for my motorhome, from a Major Retailer. It seems like I had to beg them to give them my money. Out of frustration I called Sound Depot, after reading the excellent Google reviews. They were kind and polite on the phone, asked me some questions and answered my questions. I went in the same day, presumably to pick out a receiver make an appointment ti have it installed. When I got there Danny spent a lot of time with me going over my options and helped me pick out the right radio for my needs. Then I was pleasantly surprised when he asked me if I wanted it installed right now. After it was installed he came out to my vehicle and explained how the radio functioned. He even cleaned off and re-aimed my backup camera. After The terrible experience I had at that Major Retailer (It is not the Best) it was a pleasure doing business with these guys. Customer service is not dead, after all.

Spent 4K on audio equipment and commissioned them to build 2 prefab style speaker boxes but apparently the so called “fabricator” was unable to build a couple rectangle speaker boxes and cover themIn carpet! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I was only gonna have them build them because I bought the equipment from them and the salesman made the purchase of the equipment pretty seem less.... on a positive note, I ordered them from amazon and saved $260....really tried to support the local business but they need to try to support the customer, or find a “FAB” guy with some talent.

When you have a great sound system, every song is a classic, and every CD is a Symphony. Replaced the original Radio in my wifes 1997 Mercury Villager it took Three hours due to a couple of issues instead of 90 minutes but Im happy with the end result and my wifes happy.

To preface with this, I have never done any serious mods to my car before, and am on the camp of keeping my vehicle either as stock or OEM plus as possible.I own a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0t that is a blast to drive and own. However, my gripes with the car is that there isnt enough sound insulation for road and wind noise. The premium top of the line 450w 10 speakers system that comes with the vehicle is horrendous even for econobox standards.I brought my car to Sound Depot on a whim one day and was immediately helped by Danny despite them being understaffed that day, and me coming in close to closing hour. He took notes of my concerns with the cars audio system and brought up several options that meet my needs, without upselling me on anything. I wanted to have a clean install that would keep my audio clean and crisp without the rattling and cracking from the stock speakers.The price quoted was very reasonable and the work was done the very next day. The staff was very courteous and communicative throughout the whole process. The install went on a little bit longer than expected due to Hondas notorious audio setup in their premium speaker line. Danny sat with me afterward to provide a demo on the new system and to answer any outstanding questions I have. Overall, I am very happy with my decision and would gladly recommend anyone to come here to get their audio fix.

I could not get a soon enough appt. for installation and Audio wiring at Best Buy. So I have Sound Depot a shot for the first time with my 1968 Buick Electra 225 Antique. I paid $ 722.00 . I had my own amp, speakers,radio new inside the car already. I purchased a stinger just to make sure the system would sure power balance on a brand new battery. The Tech guided me in what I need and inform me of what he had to do to fix the problem.I trusted his word,skill and ability to do a professional wiring in the car. .2 days later I call Tech John and informed him of my 1968 Classic car was broke down, power window problems, radio shut off problems etc. I informed the Tech that my car was stranded at the hospital where my mother just had her leg amputated. I asked the tech if I could flat bed tow my car to Sound Depot and get it fixed today.The tech told me that he was booked out today and could not see me until Monday. 2 days later. WOW !!!!THEY CHARGED ME $722.00 to straighten out any wiring problems with the good system items in my car.

Danny always does a great job. He has done the sound systems in all our vehicles and boats. We wouldnt go to anyone but him. He is knowledgeable about all their products and makes sure you are happy with their work. Danny is the man!!

I have heard good things about Sound Depot and they DID NOT disappoint. I have an older ski boat and they certainly did not have speakers in mind when it was built. Sound Depot designed a system that was not only ascetically pleasing but sounds unbelievable. There components are of the highest quality and installers do impeccable work. My contact was Danny, very knowledgeable and very helpful. All there staff are great and would recommend anyone. If you have a boat(new or old) or car, Sound Depot would be the only place I would use, it was worth every penny!

Bad customer service! Visited the business and there was no line, no wait. Walked through their door and although my presence was known, I was never acknowledged by either Danny and Jonathan sitting at their desk engaged in a conversation with a customer that neither was helping. The female customer that was being help by a different sales associate looked at them both several times as if she was also shocked that they did not acknowledge me. After standing there, still no acknowledgment from either sales associate I decided to ask Danny for help. I said hello, he quickly turned his head, said hello back and turned right back around. Jonathan then stopped his conversation and said he could help me. Although Jonathan was nice when he helped me, I know I won’t be going back based off my experience with them.

This team clearly takes pride in their work and does superb work.Omar and his team did a custom stereo installation for my electric car earlier this year. The process of discussing options and choosing products was very engaging and pressure free with demos of everything.They did speakers, a custom subwoofer enclosure and an amplifier with extensive wiring. The configuration of the electric car provided several unique challenges including some sound feedback. Their team did not accept anything less than perfect and reworked some of the configurations until it was perfect.Now I enjoy amazing, rich, warm and clean music. All this with no outward appearance of modification of the car - everything is neatly tucked away.I highly recommend them for the quality of their work, customer service and pride in doing their best.

Sound Depot is the best in the business. I have mostly had the pleasure of seeing Chris and Danny but they are all extremely knowledgeable. They listened to what I wanted and chose a perfect system and alarm for me because thats what I wanted. If what you want is to look at all of your options and learn about what would be best for you, they do that too. They are happy to answer any questions I have and every time I call or go there they bend over backwards to make me happy.Thats why theyve kept me coming back for 7 years and I would never dream of going anywhere else!

Service was really great and I love my new sound but after leaving I discovered that my car had been hit while at sound depot.

I just got a set of rim a tires from sound depot. Chris was the one helping me and he was very helpful. He made it pretty much effortless to find what I wanted and was very prompt with everything. He took extra time to make sure everything worked out for me. All in all Im very happy with everything. I called on Monday and a day and a half later Im rolling on new wheels and rims. I will be back for sure!

Honest Honest HonestMy front speakers were crackling and I thought I needed new ones. I was willing to buy new ones for $600 to replace my MB Quarts but Danny said lets do a diagnosis first. $45 later they traced the fault to a bad connection and the car stereo is back to sounding wonderful. They effectively put $535 in my pocket.I will definitely let them install the stereo in any new car I plan to buy. I highly recommend them

It was a surprise gift for my husband so communication was through emails and pictures at the end I thought it was not going to happen because I wasn’t able to take the truck to the building but Chriss went above and beyond and picked up the truck at my job!! My husband was really surprised and happy with the result.

These guys are awesome! I was having a problem with my amplifier to where it wouldnt power my subs and Danny helped me out without charging me! He got my subs working and I didnt have to pay a penny. My install went from simple to complex on my recently purchased vehicle when it turned out that the prior owner did sound competitions and had TONS of custom wiring and the time requirement to take it back to stock went way up. He worked with me to stay in my budget and find a way to get me where I wanted to be.I will be back in the near future to finish the job and would recommend this shop to anyone.

The dealer ship that sold me my car recommended these guys, and walking away, I realized why: the star was very open and understanding, and did not try to pedal expensive hardware when I said I did not know anything about speakers. I was shown a wide range of options within my price range, and they worked with me to set everything up. To my surprise, they were out of stock on one of the parts they were going to install, and upgraded me for free! When hey were done with installation, everything was put back in place perfectly.

I had them install a new radio for my 99 BMW 328i, and they did a wonderful job. However, when I got the car back the air conditioning didnt work. Now, it may have been because of the work they did but it also may have been an unfortunate coincidence. Either way, they fixed it free of charge and treated me very well the entire time. I will certainly be using their services in the future, excellent customer service!

Over the course of 3 months, I had 3 or 4 different visits to Sound Depot as Danny helped me fix a complicated problem with the AC/heat/radio in my 2004 Infiniti G35. Without going into the full problem, I will say that Danny and his team were always very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly.During my first 3 visits, he spent a good deal of time investigating the problem, including calling the manufacturer, researching other cases online, etc., and charged me NOTHING for this research.He also recommended a great electrician nearby who was able to solve the core of the problem.If it wasnt for Danny, Id be driving around freezing my nuts off with no music, but thanks to him, Im warm and comfortable and my stereo sounds great.

Theyll do a surprising amount of things for you, just go in and ask. Prices are high, they say they use high quality materials, and from what Ive seen, do a good job. Time will tell but all looks good for right now!

Employees are nice and knowledgeable, however I would not recommend this place. What is the point in making an appointment if you have to leave the vehicle there half or all day? Especially when they have already said that it shouldnt take long at all to do what needs to be done. Also, while installing a radio in my husbands truck, or trying to, they used wires that are bad so the radio didnt work. Well, they told us that the radio is bad. So we returned it to the store and got another one to try it and went back another day to try that one (we got it from somewhere else). Same thing happened. My husband asked to see the radio in the truck and found out that the radio DOES work. The wires they were using dont work. So now we have taken 2 days to try and get this radio installed and still havent gotten it done and have to go back a 3rd time. We work! We also have a 2 month old so time for these things is something that we lack right now. There is also the $19 that they charged us the first time when they tried to install the radio and it didnt work. They wouldnt reimburse us because they cant say for certain that the wires were truly the reason for the radio to not work that time. So now we have to go back a 3rd time and hope it works out right that time. They have said that they will discount the price due to these issues. We shall see. When they installed the automatic start in my car, though, they did a fantastic job.

I had a stereo system installed here. Overall, dealing with the people there was very pleasant. I was going to purchase my unit from Amazon and have them install but they were willing to match the price if I did everything there. The install was very professional and they did a great job covering everything with me concerning operation when it was done.The reason for not giving 5 stars is there scheduling process. You basically get there as early as possible and wait until they get to you. I was there well before opening but still had to wait several hours so be prepared!

Went in first time. Very professional and informative. No pushy. Did not buy...yet...but they gave me the info to make informed decision.

Very professional and was able to outfit my car with a new sound system in a day with a few extra requests on my part. I am very happy with the work that was done on my car. I am also really pleased to see that they now carry WeatherTech accessories for the car ( I have a WeatherTech trunk mat and in-channel window deflectors). I will be buying floor mats for inside the car next visit. I am still happy with the tinting that I had installed a year ago. I am also extremely happy with this most recent visit- my car is tuned to Gustav Holst Mars.
