Went to the check out and my husband pays for our order of more then $45/$50 and when I get to the line to purchase a new item, the girl says she would be able to give me a 15% discount but on orders of $45+….. I asked her so why didn’t you apply it to the last order…Very unhelpful on trying to help a customer save.As a wedding planner my goal is to always help my clients/customers save on everything they do.No one likes to feel sour when purchasing a product they know they could of saved money on. Rick or poor.

So many amazing things to choose from. I just wish some of the things priced, were lower than the way they are.

They had two long Isles of nothing but Halloween. But that included fall Decor costumes makeup some props they said theyll have the animatronics in by The Weeknd

A little crowded, but it has a lot cool things.

I bought a hat from this particular store and next thing i know i have lice. i will be suing and have a lawyers ASAP!

Went for balloons at 11 for a party at 4. Associate was helpful when asked about cost, etc. She filled chosen balloons with helium and told me they were 12 hour balloons. The balloons rode in my back seat for about half hour. By 2 o clock they wouldnt float and were sprawled out on the floor! I didnt have time to go back to the store to exchange them before the party. Ive never had a problem before..but super disappointed today!🙁

Everyone at this Party City was amazing. I went earlier today it was packed (with it being Halloween season) but everyone was working hard to get the line moving. was very impressed with the hard work

Walked in the other day for graduation balloons for this past Friday . it was packed full! the wait was a good 20 minutes at the moment. I had people in front me. that was no problem! they help me and took care of me right away once it was my turn! They had the best customer service!! thanks to the store manager DAISY who helped me with my balloon order. I walked out the store pleased!

The store was busy when I was there, helpful employees and the store was very stoçked with a variety of options. Large parking area for the shopping center with party city kinda tucked in a corner.

I LOVE THIS PARTY CITY! Especially, the STORE MANAGER Daisy! All the employees make me feel welcome! I always get asked if I need help. Their customer service is the Best. I appreciate all the effort they do to satisfy their customers. Yes, it might take some time but Daisy or any other employee try to get their job done as fast as they can. Let’s not forget the new guidelines Due to this COVID-19.

My place to go when I need things for a celebration. Staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. The store is always well stocked and clean.

My 4-year old age about 10 of the Frootie candies before we realized the majority had rotten black/green spots. 🤮 Had to toss the rest.

This store always has everything I need. The manager Daisy is always nice enough to go the extra mile to help me. They are always busy yet they still provide amazing customer service. I try to order balloons ahead of time because there is always a wait. Over all I love this Party city!

I gave it a three star because the prices are high. $2.79 for a 8ct pack of plates and $2.49 for a 8ct pack of dessert plates. I went to the Dollar Tree for just about the same design (theme) and paid $2 for each size plate and both were an 18ct.

Went here for my daughters birthday party supplies and we had the best time. It was her first time and her reaction was priceless. I had even forgotten how cool the place was. We found everything we needed. And the prices were reasonable.

Its a great store! But I would love to know when they will start selling Halloween decorations and costumes lol I need more house decorating Items XD

I went to this location to get one Large inflatable balloon and was told that it would be an hour and a 1/2 wait. I was working with Daisy, who I later found out was the store manager which is fairly important. I told her I needed to be at a party in the next hour and a 1/2 and she told me that there was no way she could inflate my one balloon right then because it wouldnt be fair to the people who had ordered beforehand. There is not a single person waiting in the store for a balloon so I then explained to her that sometimes at a tire shop or a salon if someones in front of you, you try to work them in and she said we dont have the ability to do that. I then pointed out that 3 separate employees had walked the length of the store to help one of the cashiers who was having trouble ringing people up. Any one of those employees could have taken the literally 25 seconds it would take to fill 1 balloon. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service training that Daisy the store manager has.

Last minute Halloween costume shopping terrified me... But the staff and their system made it easier than I could have ever imagined! They were extremely busy but I was in and out in under 30 minutes!

Love that I could pick from childrens costumes in a breeze. The fact that they have childrens costumes in the back gives me piece of mind that no one has touched or damaged his baby wolf costume. Thanks Party City for making my experience awesome, I now know where to shop for future Halloween costumes!😊

I went here last night for my step son. Wow. It was very overcrowded and long lines for check out. One cashier screaming “cash only” which hardly anyone did. Screaming about how to do refunds. It was a bit out of control for them. Not real sure that I would go back after the experience last night. Should have been more prepared.

Employees are amazing and very helpful, clean store, great atmosphere, and great prices! Worth the drive, I made sure to call before hand to see if they had what I needed, they are very knowledgeable of there products.

Employees are non-attintive and rude. There were 4 employees behind the counter, only one one a register. There were 3 people in line. One of the employees told us we were standing in the wrong place. The line starts there, you have to go through the rope maze. But then she still did not open another register even after more customers came to be checked out.I will shop elsewhere.

Went to party city to get some costumes for a Christmas party, we were looking at the Christmas stuff right next to the entrance. 2 girls were recovering, one on a ladder, and we finally went to the register to see one girl helping another customer with balloons. We stood there and stood there, and the girls on the ladder just looked at us standing there while the other girl was blowing up balloons. They didn’t say a word to us, just watched us, and finally the girl doing the balloons had to stop what she was doing and check us out. Like, the girl was already busy and two girls who were standing there talking about who missed what shift watched us and did nothing. Great customer service.

Its always a fun experience...

I was in this store for the first time and at least six employees made eye contact but never spoke or even smiled. I went there because of some things I saw online..a trifle dish and for a tableware party pack, neither of which I could find. Some of their party dishes seem to be up so high towards the ceiling that you cant even tell if its what you need. More over, its the lack of customer service that is concerning.

Staff is very friendly. Store was very clean and well kept. Good store to visit for you party accessories.

I went here today at 8pm with my mom trying to get balloons and there was two girls doing absolutely nothing but talking, there was no line and nothing for them to do they just stared at us and kept talking. Until I had to yell and ask them for help, this was so disrespectful and bad customer service.

Ordered balloons...went to pick them up... not ready and didnt even have the main one I needed...flamingo party---no flamingo balloon. Left my phone# to call me back if any problems. Nothing. Waited until I got there---at the time I specified---to tell me that they did not have it. I drove 30miles!!!! Epic fail guys!
