Went looking for 90°hinges or latches, ceiling fan and porch screens but they had no stock of those items. What they had inside looked pretty limited compared to the stock they used to have when I visited, except for door and windows which were plentiful. It seemed more retail than surplus, which was disappointing. The 2 guys inside were friendly though.

Went in to look for door instead they saved me lots of money to repair my door with a replacement ring that had cracked on my door around oval glass on my door which I love and hated to replace for cant find another like it.So I really thank them.

Got our kitchen counters here several years ago still looks brand new and were rough on stuff! Found some old doors that were damaged and they were willing to sell them at big discount.

Decent prices on some stuff. Other stuff is not great deals but not bad either. They are trying to become more than what they are, which isnt bad but its turning into a supply store instead of a surplus store.

This store has become a shell of what it once was. Used to be extremely contractor friendly, they could care less about their contractor clients now. Called today, was told they had plenty of the door I needed in stock. Make the 40 min drive up only to find out that that they don’t actually have any of the doors I need.Asked them to make a better deal on the doors they did have in stock since I had already driven up. They refused and offered no additional assistance.Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

I found a beautiful front door with sidelights and a decorative glass center at Builders Surplus. The price was much less than Lowes or Home Depot. The new door greatly improved the curb appeal of our house!
