I have always gotten my cars through Glenn Polk. The service is unmatched and the car buying process has been easy and affordable. The salesmen made it a priority to not only find what I like for myself, but for my two daughters as well. They also took the time to go through the process step by step in order to make sure that what I was buying was going to work for me financially in the long run. If I need service done on my vehicle the service department always gets me in quickly and does a thorough job. They are also really good about explaining the work process to me so I understand what is going on. I will only take my car to be worked on by Glenn Polk because they are the only ones I feel comfortable with working on my cars without telling me I need more work done than I do and charging me an arm and a leg. Purchased a used Ram 2500 truck from here and I’ll admit I was a little skeptically the internet salesman (Ben I believe) told me the price was higher than advertised, and wouldn’t budge off the price at all. Then the next day informed me it was already sold. I called and spoke to someone else (I asked for a manager, not sure who I spoke to) directly and got a completely different treatment. Very easy to deal with. Drive 5hrs with a cashiers check to Gainesville to pick up the truck. Met with Johnny and he was extremely pleasant to deal with and allowed me and my wife to drive the vehicle by ourselves so we could discuss. The truck had a few things that I noticed, but David West one of the managers quickly offered to either fix them, or send me a refund back (since I had a cashiers check for the exact amount). I was hesitant because you hear horror stories. Went ti finance dept to finalize and that too was extremely easy. Left with my new/used truck, and a hat. My 2019 Buick Lacrosse went off the exit and blew 2 tires and rims were also potentially messed up on my way from Houston to Minnesota. It was Friday night. They made sure the following Monday my tires were ordered and installed and I was safe to head back on the road. The service manager kept me informed all the time. A very nice dealership.

I am a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, I honestly expected more customer service out of this dealership..I honestly believe this company needs to do a customer service/sales evaluation with their employees and learn to care about their customers.

Fantastic experience at Glenn Polk. Rickey David had me feeling like family and made the purchases process quick and painless, I was in and out very quick. After looking at other dealerships for my 2021 Sierra and finding that they are up charging several thousand dollars over MSRP due to lack of inventory, I found that Glenn Polk was not up charging, they were VERY fair on their sales price and on my trade in value. Everyone was fantastic and friendly without a lot of hassle. I would easily recommend Glenn Polk and will definitely be a return customer.

Original salesperson Michael Nack was just okay to deal with. He wasn’t very friendly, he wouldn’t return calls or messages and didn’t have very good negotiation skills at all. I literally tried to buy a truck from him for 4-5 days straight and he would either ignore my messages or was unwilling to negotiate numbers.I finally called and spoke with the sales manager David West and he was much more helpful and the deal was done in one call.The delivery salesperson that waited for me to drive an hour to the dealership to pick up my truck was David Wilson and he was awesome. Keep in mind the original salesperson Michael Nack didn’t bother to stick around to deliver my vehicle.

Shawn in the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my diesel Silverado in with an emissions related service engine light. I dropped the truck off mid morning, Shawn called that afternoon saying the repair was complete.

I submitted my prequalification over two weeks prior and could not come up with my down payment. I contacted Ben who was amazing and he told me what they had on the lot. I contacted him when i had my down payment in my hands and found the car i wanted online sent it to ben he got right back to me with the details. I drove an hour to go pick up my new car, it took than 30 mins from start to finish andddd they saved me money going with a different lender. I will not purchase from anywhere else!!!!!

After contacting over 20 GM dealers in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas with mostly very poor results my experience with Glenn Polk GMC started when I called and spoke with Ben Blattner. Every other dealer either would not call me back to confirm whether they had a vehicle or when they did, they demanded at least $5,000.00 or more over sticker. Ben actually took the time to confirm the status of the vehicle, when it would arrive, and the price. There was no haggling and no gimmicks such as you have to be here in two hours or it is gone. There was no markup over sticker and Glenn Polk and Ben were the ONLY GM dealer they abided by GMCs guidelines to not contract the car prematurely. When I did show up first thing Monday morning, Ben already had the paperwork in progress. He stayed in touch and kept me updated on the vehicle. When it arrived, Ben arranged for it to be delivered to my house. The men that delivered the vehicle continued with the Glenn Polk experience.Ive owned Porsche, Mercedes, Lexus, Jaguar, Audi, Ford, Dodge, and a few others. While a few high end dealers my come close to the Glenn Polk experience, none have matched it and most fall very short. I am definitely a fan and customer in spite of dozens of dealers closer to me in the DFW Metroplex.

I called about wanting a vehicle in transit over the phone and he was able to get my name on it in 10 minutes with no issues.We did have a hiccup with delivery and even after I had accepted the vehicle, Tom was willing to hear me out and help fix the problems I was having.Overall, great dealership and great salesman.

A friend referred me to Rickey David (salesman), he & I had emailed back & forth for a few days, he listened & put me in the perfect (for me) vehicle.. Everyone that we came in contact with from the salesman to finance, etc. Everyone was great & treated us like we were life long friends!For the first time in my life, buying a car was very easy, painless & fast process! Rickey David was great. He was very responsive to emails/ calls and text. He was direct and to the point. He made this process the easiest i have ever been through. However one thing I didnt like is that I felt rushed to sign paperwork. Had nothing to do with Rickey, in fact he even came out after signing was complete to help setup OnStar. Overall a good experience.

The manner in which they handled themselves was both professional and courteous as well as second to none. It was my first purchase from them and look forward to dealing with them again. One other thing, I came from New York to do this deal and will do my next with them !

Check Engine light illuminated.I called Glenn Polk after being unable to get a reasonable service date in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and most of the dealerships needing the vehicle a minimum of one full day to diagnosis the light, even with an appointment 1-2 weeks out.Glen Polk service department scheduled me in the next day. I arrived at 0945 and left with the issue resolved by 1215.I am a happy customer and will return there for future service.

I wanted to write this morning to provide feedback concerning my recent experience with this dealership. First off how did I find this dealer? Well unfortunately my wife and mother were traveling through Texas when they had a transmission issue. They were able to get the truck to your dealership to be diagnosed. Chris Cannon and crew got to it immediately and unfortunately a new or rebuilt transmission would be needed (common in these 2015 Silverado’s). You see they were on there way to Arizona to get the remaining personal items from my sons’ apartment who had recently finished school. Chris and crew helped them get into a rental car so they could continue the journey. They worked hard to get my truck fixed so they could pick it up when they come back through this Friday or Saturday. I can’t tell you much I appreciate Chris for his professionalism, courtesy and impeccable customer service. These are not qualities you find much these days unfortunately. Again please extend my thanks to Chris and the service crew, you have created an amazing team. I’m very grateful they found this dealership.

I took my car in and was given a loaner to use. My extended warranty paid almost all the bill. Had to get a new transmission! I was told Endurance was the top warranty and they did cover almost everything. The service manager at Glen Polk was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned about me and my car.Over all I dont think I could of chosen a better place to take it. I would recommend GLEN POLK hands down over any other place.

Called about getting a new key fob and having it programmed.I was quoted about $90. Drove over an hour and was told it would cost nearly double that to have the fob programmed, as that original quote only covered the cost of the fob. They did a fine job, but Im not sure why I was not quoted the cost of programming as well, before I made the trip. My particular year model silverado (2011) cannot have a fob programmed to it by the owner without special equipment. They did check the condition of my brakes for me, and gave me a rough estimate of how much longer they would last. Hope they were closer to the mark on that one than they were to the cost of my fob.

They serviced my vehicle even though it was a loner from a different GM dealership! I had originally visited Glen Polk near the end of February to see about trading in my 2017 Diesel Colorado but since the truck was deleted and tuned, they didn’t seem too interested. I ended up receiving trade in from Patriot Chevrolet in Ardmore Ok. Long story short though, Patriot did the trade, but sold me a new truck with a undisclosed turbo issue. I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a week now! While driving around in the loner it came time for an oil change and I contacted Glen Polk about everything I was dealing with and they welcomed me in with open arms to service the vehicle. They extended an apology to me from GM for having to deal with this mess in the first place, and told me had they known the issues I was about to encounter they would have just offered me trade in on my old Colorado in the first place. My family and I have bought multiple vehicles from Glen Polk (10+), just closed a deal with them on my wife’s GMC Terrain, and I wish my personal truck could have been number 11 but that’s okay. They have definitely earned my respect and my future business when the time comes! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Using social distancing concerns were able to negotiate the right fit for my ride and my budget. David called me to make sure what I was agreeing to purchase indeed the right fit. When it was time to sign, David had all the paperwork ready when I arrived limiting my time under an hour. I love my new truck and highly recommend Glenn Polk Buick Chevrolet and GMC.

Michelle Roberts did an excellent job with providing all the details of the truck we wanted. She also went above and beyond to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the purchase. David West was able to get us a Costco rebate that we werent even sure we qualified for, and he did that after we had already signed the paperwork! They have competitive pricing on their vehicles and can expect the same on your trade in. We passed 3 Chevy dealerships on our way there, but we are willing to drive that extra hour to buy from this dealership again.

Ryan in the service department, goes above and beyond to figure out the issue and come to a resolution. He is great about keeping me up to date on things happening with my vehicle while it is at the shop. I greatly appreciate that the dealership still does a loaner program so that I am not left a foot while my truck is being worked on.

We purchased our truck there in 2017 and have had to take it in multiple times for different reasons. Staff is always friendly and helpful but I when taking my vehicle to get a $500 transmission overhaul, oil changed etc. I truly expected that my truck would be cleaned but maybe they only do that closer to Lewisville, Carrollton and we did our maintenance with them they always washed our truck and vacuumed it and that would be my only complaint,

I called in the morning because the “check engine” light came on. They gave me a ride to the square and picked me up, also. The work was done very fast and they were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, they forgot to change my oil as requested. I took my car back in and they quickly changed my oil and rotated my tires and apologized for the miscommunication. I am happy to give a 5 star review! I will definitely return to this service center. Shout out to Will in the service center for his service.

While my service was quick and prompt I felt as if my concerns were not taken seriously since the dealership was unable to duplicate the error message I continue to receive in regards to my key fobs. Nor my concerns about the gurgling sounds I continue to hear in the past month when I come to a stop. When I was told we have four accounts I explained we had bought our last 4 purchases from the dealership. Response from the dealership...Really? We would expect a thank you.

Took in a key fob to be programed. They couldnt program it. Never told me they couldnt program it. Shawn never communicated to anyone in the department that they couldnt program. When I came back 2 1/2 hrs later an invoice was written up, I was sent to the casher which I paid. I go to Walmart and tried to use the fob and it wouldnt work. ONLY after I called back and and talked to Shawn was I told he couldnt program it.
