DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE LARGER THAN A SIZE 6. Horrible experience for a plus-size bride. I called ahead tp ask specifically how many dresses they had in my size in order to avoid the humiliation that comes with plus size wedding dress shopping. They confirmed 2 different times that they had over 30 dresses in my size (24W) and many in the brand I was specifically inquiring about. When I arrived, they pulled size 12-16 dresses for me without my knowledge and proceeded to let me attempt to get into these dresses and be humiliated when they wouldnt come above my knees or go over my head. My family drove nearly 2 hours for this appointment. Only after I INSISTED they hand me a dress in my actual size did they proceed to admit there was only 1 (ONE) dress in the entire store that was my size and it was a hideous and dated prom dress looking gown. I can not say enough bad things about this store and this experience. The fact that I called ahead and was very candid about my size and style interests and they allowed me to still drive the 2 hours to be humiliated and only able to try on a single dress that did not even resemble a wedding dress was insensitive, embarrassing and just bad business. I truly wish I could give 0 stars. This was my first time trying on a wedding dress and it could not have been more of a horrible experience. NO bride should have to feel this way during what is supposed to be a fun and special moment to share with friends and family. Not to mention they made me pay $40 for this appointment, did not offer to refund or accommodate after I was there for all of 30 minutes. I will be sure to share this review across every site that will allow me so that NO plus-size bride goes to this horrific establishment.

I contacted Allure for an appointment two months before my wedding, during COVID-19, and they were able to to make an appointment for me immediately! The staff was extremely wonderful to work with, and Daniella helped me find the perfect dress for my big day. She was so sweet, patient, and supportive with every dress I tried on. I did not feel pressured at any point, and I could not have chosen a better place to get my perfect wedding dress!

BEST TUX RENTAL IN GAINESVILLE, FL!!! I cant begin to express how amazing the staff at Allure were to work with as I was getting the tux for my wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I wanted. The quality of each piece was amazing and every measurement was perfect! They made it such a smooth process and it was much cheaper than other places I check. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL YOUR TUX NEEDS - WEDDING, PROM, or ANY SPECIAL OCCASION!

Allure Bridal Boutique should be every brides first stop for their wedding dress. I went to another boutique before coming here and the difference between the two was night and day. I did the Diamond Bridal Appointment (worth every penny) with Daniella. When I walked in they had a sign welcoming me, pictures of me and my Fiancé (and family/friends) all around the room, a mimosa bar and snacks set up for me and my guests. Daniella asked me some simple questions about what I wanted in a dress and we were off. In a matter of minuets we were trying dresses on. Daniella was kind, patient and took all the stress and anxiety away from me. The level of professionalism you will receive here will be unmatched by any other. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and Daniella (although each employee was amazing).

I had the absolute hands down best experience with Allure bridal. My first impression was how beautiful the store was and it smelled good! The staff were so sweet and full of kind words. I felt so comfortable with them while trying on dresses. The dress and veil selections were perfect. We got to enjoy a bottle of champagne after saying yes!

Unlike most brides to be, I was dreading this appointment. I have had terrible experiences in the past while dress shopping that left me feeling horrible about myself and unworrhy of beautiful clothing. Chelsee put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door, I felt special and beautiful and shockingly enough had an absolute blast of an appointment working with her. She really knows exactly what shes doing and how to flatter your figure. Im definitely a curvier girl and they had a large selection of plus sized dresses. I found several that looked amazing.and I found the most beautiful dress that I CAN NOT WAIT to marry my future husband in! I can not recommendAllure and Chelsee enough!

WHAT A DREAM!The bridal team at Allure was so sweet and thoughtful from beginning to end - from toasting my engagement when I walked in the door, giving me a coffee mug to help with the planning caffeine needs, to even sending me a congratulatory note after my wedding.They let me stay in my dress as long as I wanted (all you married ladies know you dont want to take it off when you find your dress!). They also held the phone so I could FaceTime my mama, and one sweet soul event took the ponytail holder out of her hair to give to me when mine broke.I cant recommend Allure enough. They carry beautiful gowns that fit your budget and the team will make you truly feel like a bride.

Best experience! I went in for my initial appointment and tried on like 20 dresses. My consultant was amazing! So patient, she listened to my thoughts about each dress and gave very helpful feedback. I found a dress I loved and came back for a second appointment with my matron of honor and said yes fo the dress! All the girls I worked with both times were great, so friendly and interested in hearing about my fiance and the details about our upcoming wedding. There was definitely no salesperson vibe--like I got at a different shop I had gone to. I really think part of why I loved the dress so much was the one-of-kind experience I had finding it!

I don’t even know where to begin! From the second we walked into the store Chelsey made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I went with my MOH and my mom. We had planned for it to be a short trip where we’d try on styles...little did I know I’d say yes to the dress the same trip!!! Chelsey is so amazing and the girls did a GREAT job creating not just a experience but a memory that I’ll never forget. I came here to get my dress and it was the best bridal experience I think I could have ever gotten. From the first moment I walked in, Chelsee and the other ladies were so kind and caring about my opinions. I never felt rushed once and I ended up purchasing my dream dress. I would suggest this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Would not recommend. My daughter was looking for a wedding dress and we happened to be in Gainesville on a Saturday. We googled and found three bridal places in Gainesville. We went to Allure at noon and there were two consultants and one customer at the time They refused to see us because she had an appointment that was “showing up in 30 minutes”. She told us we could look around but would be unable to try anything on. Really horrible to turn a customer away who is willing to pay $4-5k for a dress. We left and went to Ocala and found the perfect dress. Would give zero stars if I could.

Chelsee Atkins at Allure Bridal exceeded our expectations. We ordered a tux for my husband, which i had no idea was an endeavor in and of itself. Chelsee literally walked me through the process step by step, with insurmountable patience picking out the perfect tux for our event. I had not decided which dress I was wearing at the time we needed to order my husbands tux, so she matched both dresses to his tie!!! Brilliant to begin with and she did not miss one detail! Words do not describe our beyond amazing experience and the customer service we have received from Allure Bridal. Thank you Chelsee and team for getting us all dolled up!

I went into allure to try on styles and figure out what I liked. Little did I know Id say yes to dress in one trip. My first trip. I went with my future mother in law. We had such an amazing expirence. We drove from ocala to gainsville for this. It was well worth the trip and the time. The ladies in there did such an amazing job! I cant thank them enough for such a pleasant expirence. I also got an amazing deal, buying a discontinued dress that the girls said they had never seen anyone try on it also fit so amazing I wont need a bunch of alterations. I made an appointment online for my best friend to come and try on gowns. From start to finish, this experience was the best yet. From an MOH perspective, it was incredible to see the care Chelsee and Ashley put into the whole experience for my bestie. They did not rush us, they made sure we were comfortable, they put up with our desire to try 13 belts on one dress 5 times each (ok, hyperbole)... you get the point. Amazing experience.

I am so thankful I went here for my absolute dreammm dress and veil! 👰💗 The selection is just stunning! And the seriously sweet women who run the boutique know exactly what you are looking for making it just so fun and stress free!
