I got them to change out my bottom bracket on my mountain bike, and they threw in a brake and headset tune up free of charge. High quality work and some super cool people working here

-$50 for a flat rare tire, only stayed for three weeks. I replaced the inner tube on my own for the front tire and it stays just fine.-staff got bad attitude when I revisited. Showed no sympathy and not caring at all, looks like it’s my own business to spend extra time and carry my bike twice to their store in one month-it’s no big deal to replace an inner tube on my own. Just very disappointed at the service I paid for $50.

This is a trustworthy group of guys, which is something that i value over everything else. there are probably shops in town with better selection, maybe lower prices, but ill keep coming here 10/10.

I had a problem with my bike shifting so I brought it to Super Cool Bike Shop and I was not disappointed! Literally, within 60 seconds they had fixed the problem. They didnt even charge me for the adjustment. I will be back for ALL of my bike needs, and you should too!

Took care of my bike right away.

Beware of this shop. They had one of my bikes for repair. Told me it would cost $500 to fix something that only needed a good cleaning to repair. A few sprays of WD40 and the problem was fixed and I save $495. I should have just done it myself to begin with. John just flat out lied to me. Not cool!

Had a flat and drive gear wouldnt shift to first. 20 bucks and 10 minutes later and my bike was ready to ride again. 10/10

Love this shop! Theyve fixed my bikes up a few times over the past few years and have always done an excellent job. The guys are all friendly, and dont mind if you bring a not-so-expensive bike in for them to look at. I was there a couple weeks ago & they replaced my rear rim same day even though they stay busy. Reasonably priced, in my estimation. Definitely recommend them.

Stopped in for a flat tire and to get some new bar tape. Folks at Super Cool were more than willing to help with both. Got the tape put on in less than an hour (unscheduled) and fixed my flat on the spot. Will definitely stop in with any other issues or just to shop around.

Love this shop! Super Cool is a super wonderful bike shop in every way. They have the best mechanics in town, JD and John. And Martin is amazing. They stock the essentials, and either have what you need or they will knock themselves out to try to get it for you. They are friendly, helpful, wonderful people to deal with, whether you are just getting started riding a bike, or are super experienced, super fast, or super whatever... They dont care who you are. Terrible experience,Im the kind of guy that prefers store shopping over online but I literally dont want to buy here anymore, unfortunately is the only specialized dealer in town. I bought my bike less than a year ago they offer me free tune ups for a year but since the first day I was having problems with the derailer rubbing too much, I brought the bike a couple times because they were not getting it right and I was treated like an ignorant and the mechanic just keep saying that what was I specting if this wasnt a $10000 road bike. ( at the end I had to fix it myself)I honestly didnt care and keep this as my favorite shop but things didnt change everytime I go I feel like Im bothering the staff by buying items or asking questions about the products, is such an uncomfortable feeling having to ask for service and get ignored... Thursday I went for a couple tubes and some other stuff asking for a specialized tube 700 ×20-28c Instead the guy at the register gave a different brand and size after I pointed at him the different product he keep Insisting it would work and giving me an attitute.. I went home and the tube didnt work(wrong size).Today was the last drop I finally convinced my girl to get a road bike and we went to buy it, as we entered the store the mechanic was at the register talking with a guy about personal stuff and left us waiting for at least 10 minutes I got tired and went close to him and say hi, he literally look at me in the eyes and completely ignored me I got upset and decided to leave, as soon as he noticed we were leaving he finally asked if we needed something with a really bad attitude, this sucks we know theres shortage in bikes and we were willing to wait until they can order it he just look so annoyed and not willing to help we didnt get nothing because he didnt want to sell, he just told me we dont have nothing for sell and we dont order ..... the pics that people shows here are really old the store definitely doesnt look like that now just a bunch of boxes and old repaired bikes. If theres any doubt about this I invite the owner to contact me and I can provide my cellphone number so you can check on your system that Im a regular customer. Im not trying to talk bad about your store, on the contrary I hope you read this and do something about it so we can be happy customers at your store and not having a bad taste after most of the people are spending a decent amount of money here. I love specialized please dont ruin this for us customers.

I called today to ask a random question that I wasnt sure the store could even assist me with, and although they were unable to provide me with an answer so far, the guy on the phone was super nice and accommodating to my request. I felt they were really interested in assisting me even if the outcome was not to receive any business from it.

Three weeks ago I bought my new bike. I am 65 years old and figured with the gym closed due to the virus, maybe I could get a little exercise by riding a couple miles a few times a week. The first day I rode four miles. I enjoyed it so much that I have been on my bike every day since and am now riding 14 miles. After working out at the gym 3 times a week for three years I had not lost a single pound. After three weeks on my bike I’ve lost 10 pounds. More importantly, going to the gym always felt like a chore to me and I did not look forward to it. I truly enjoy riding my new bike and look forward to it every day. I think I’m going to quit the gym. Thank you very much for setting me up with a bike that’s perfect for my use and for giving me a new healthy hobby that I really enjoy.

It was my first time there so I was giving it a try. The job was ok and quick, but I was expecting a bit more for the price. Like cleaning the extra fluid spelt in the tires and rims which I had to clean myself. It takes a few note minutes but you can give a good impression on your client. Talking from over 25 years of dealing with bikes it was a bit disappointing.

Its a great bike shop. Thanks to the pandemic all places are out of stock but supercool bike shop has some still. The employees are very helpful, and nice. Go there for all your bike needs

Needed an adult Tricycle chain replaced. They were able to do the work in less than 15 minutes. We didnt even need to unload the bike from the truck. Awesome service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

I was asking for advice about my bike and the man was trying to tell me that I needed a new part had to pay to get it put on but when I explained I could do the work myself he walked away in the middle of me talking and went back to unpacking a box. I stopped by believing that my rear rack was broken in two places, but the associate at the store told me that he could fix it with a bolt and a few cranks of a wrench in a few minutes at no charge. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely stop by again--especially if my bike is *actually* broken next time!

I went Saturday to get my chain fixed after i broke it. I have never gotten a bike fixed before so i didn’t necessarily know what i was doing but the guy there gave me honest advice, and didn’t let me buy something needlessly even though it would have made him more money. He also answered the questions I had while I waited. This will be my first official bike shop.

Hands down, best bicycle service in town. Martin is really knowledgeable about his products and bikes. The shop has more than reasonable prices, and tune ups for sustainable and durable bikes. I loved instantly being greeted by Flagler, the shop pup. You know its a great, local shop if theyve got a pup on the sales floor

This place is by far the best bike shop I’ve ever been too. I purchased a high end mountain bike from Martin (owner of SCBS), and have been nothing but thrilled with his level of care and assistance when I come in for maintenance, accessories, etc. If I could give ten stars I would!

My husband and I wandered into the bike shop on a Friday afternoon interested in getting a couple of mountain bikes. The shop had a decent selection of styles and sizes to look at, and the staff members were great! We are new to the biking world and didnt exactly know what we were looking for. The guys working that day really listened to what we were trying to get out of our biking experience, where we expected to ride, etc and helped us to find a couple of options to try. Then they sent us out of test rides to find the perfect fit. Who knew bikes actually can fit you!? We werent looking to buy the top of the line bikes, and we really felt like they were extremely helpful without being pushy or just trying to sell sell sell as some other bike shops in the area have been. We went to the other shops in Gainesville over the course of the weekend and even when back to Super Cool Bike shop to test ride again. They (Austin and Levi) answered all of our questions and gave great advice. By the end of the weekend, I walked out with a brand new bike (my husband has one ordered and on the way). The staff even helped us get the bike rack set up onto my car. I would highly recommend this shop!!

The staff here are honest, helpful and full of great advice. They are a Specialized dealer, so its a good place to purchase a quality hybrid or road bike. They are able to order most accessories or parts and have them in the shop in a timely manner. Super nice guys and very respectful and polite. I highly recommend Super Cool for first time road bike or hybrid buyers.

Martin and the guys at Super Cool went above and beyond my expectations. I bought a 2018 Specialized Allez, but there is a recall on the forks and Specialized isn’t sure when they can get them fixed. Martin had a 2017 in stock to fit me, and offered up a great deal and accessories. I feel like they did everything they could have to make sure that I was a happy customer.

I simply needed to buy shimano brake fluid to bleed my own brakes. I am from out of town and will be riding in the area for several daysJD and Martin helped me out and got me back on the trail.They did what two other bike shops refused to do.

I dont frequent this shop as much as I should. (my disclaimer: Ive ridden or worked with some of the employees in the past) This is a well run shop and youll notice this right when you walk in the door. Its very clean and well kept. They keep a good variety of parts in stock and also have a good selection of used and second hand parts for very reasonable prices.

So I decided to buy a Specialized Rockhopper and went to this bike shop. The first gent I spoke to was very helpful in explaining what features I should be considering. He educated me on the value of better components. As a result, I stepped up to a better model, and am delighted with my new bike. The shifter needs a minor adjustment, and they said bring it in and they will tweak it on the spot. The Mechanic even remembered my name. Pretty Super Cool if you ask me!

The folks are honest and competent, fast and fairly priced. The team replaced cables and sprockets on my 2010 Specialized Sirrus Elite in a rush to accommodate my traveling arrangements, and not only was the work flawless, they cleaned the bicycle - and got it back to me ahead of schedule. Ive dealt with four bicycle shops in three states while riding this bicycle over 25,000 miles, and even though all did good work, Super Cool managed to come out on top. I highly recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer of Super Cool since I got into cycling through triathlons in 2011. These guys are honest, competent and very fair on pricing. I have had three bikes fit by Cabe and he did a great job and took lots of time getting everything right. I cant say enough good things about this shop and the guys and gals that work here.

Went in for a brake adjustment on my Elliptigo, they found a stripped screw and changed the brake quickly on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend their service and definitely will be back.

I hardly know anything about bikes. I wanted to raise the handle bars on my new road bike that I had only ridden once, but they helped me understand why the handle bars were already at the correct height when I went in there. Lots of respect to them for turning down an easy sale and educating me.

Ive known the guys at Super Cool for years, and theyve always treated me exceptionally well. The shop is clean, and well run, plus they have some the best bikes and prices around. If you need a new bike, or need some repair work done, this is the place.

I made the mistake of purchasing a bike from my local Sports Authority. The bike was a pain and even though I had purchased an additional warranty on the bike from SA the service was crap. The Super Cool Bike shop was able to fix what Sports Authority couldnt. They were super chill and efficient. Next time I buy a bike it will definitely be coming from the Super Cool Bike Shop.

I went in to look at bikes (I have never bought a bike from a bike store before, only ever at Walmart), and not only were the staff amazing, informative, and polite; but they also allowed me to ride one of the bicycles I was interested in. While I did not buy a bike that day, the experience I have had with them made them my go to place for when I do purchase a bike. You guys are fantastic.

Brought my bike in for what I thought was a brake cable replacement. They had it fixed and adjusted in about 45 seconds and didn’t charge me a thing. Staff was very friendly and professional.
