Came in to find this random shampoo that I didnt think was still there and this random employee named like Danielle or something with crazy awesome hair was super helpful
Disappointed in my visit today. I was in the store a week ago and had the BEST employee help me find a foundation and shade that matched what I was looking for. Unfortunately after a couple uses, the formula didn’t agree with my skin. I brought the product in today to exchange, hoping for another great experience. The employee who tried helping was not helpful in the slightest. I ended up just returning the product and leaving empty handed and frustrated.
Got some body lotion here today and it’s sooo sweet smelling! I love love LOVE IT!! Great products and friendly staff
Associates were all super helpful and friendly, especially Avery. He helped me find everything I was looking for quickly and I would love to go back and get more help from him!
This new store near Whole Foods is a great addition to the area and is super clean. My wife loves to shop here, especially last month when they had 20% off everything in the store. Their sales associate, Avery, was helpful and offered recommendations on which products he liked best. They did not have my birthday sample because covid has limited their shipments, but Karen went out of her way to assist me and was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The great staff makes shopping here enjoyable! We will definitely return!

Visited with my girlfriend and I don’t understand how people shop there. I understand that their job is commission based, but there is a difference between trying to sell items and borderline harassing customers after they’ve stated that they only want to peruse or look into items for themselves.It also felt super rushed, almost as if there was an urgency to reduce the amount of time we were in the store.It is obvious to me that isn’t the fault of the employees, but rather whatever crazy expectation this corporation has on them that gets them to act so aggressive, rude, snobby, and anxiously.All in all 1/2 a star.
Im a little out of my league at these stores, but I was in desperate need of a shampoo to help with hard water build up. All of the staff was so helpful and welcoming. Ellen in particular was fantastic. She gave me recommendations, information on each product, and her own personal experience. The product she suggested works beautifully!
Went in there yesterday. It was my first time ever going into sephora. Worst experience ever. The lady that helped me was rude and said some slick stuff when I asked for the cheapest setting powder because Im new to makeup and she was like I wouldnt know I dont use cheap products. But I really couldnt tell with how her makeup was looking. Then she kept trying to get me to buy stuff and when I was like no she slammed the mirror down and walked away. I shouldve gotten her name. She was just so rude. I dont see how she works at sephora anyway her makeup was extremely bad... like I would not take advice from her anyway let alone buy something she recommended. Seems like the expensive stuff isnt helping her.
Do NOT go to this place. They are very rude and disrespectful and they will treat all customers like thieves. My whole time there I was followed around by the staff and they kept asking me if I need anything. This bald guy who works there in particular kept following me and wouldnt leave me alone even after telling him I dont need help. It was very uncomfortable to be followed around and watched constantly. If they are so paranoid and keep treating everyone like thieves, they are gonna lose a lot of customers. I am never going back there. Very unprofessional.

Just left this new store . Was so excited to shop here as for some eyeshadows and blush! The woman who greated us with the cool glasses was awesome and so was another blonde lady who helped us with eyeshadows. But after that it went down hill!! Followed around by employees for a bit then a very rude employee asked if we were looking for something in a very snarky tone. When I said yes I am looking for new blush. She very rudely said well ok but dont touch the samples (which I had not done). She then followed us around until finally I had enough and asked this rude woman why she was following us and if she would like to see inside my purse as it felt very invasive at this point. Because at that point I felt like a criminal and I have never stolen in my life. Employees at this store hover WAY to close and WAY to many of them. From here on I will stick to Ulta where I can shop without the pressure or feeling like I am under suspicion of something!!!!

The new Sephora (by Whole Foods) is superb. Plenty of parking and you dont have to go all the way to the mall. Its brand new, super clean, and well-stocked.
This location is great! Whatever Sephora is normally like - in the bad way - they fixed that problem here. Great team members, helpful, they’re taking Covid seriously, and don’t make you feel bad about needing help to find the right shade. Everyone I talked to was great - I missed her name, but Ms. Blue Hair is fantastic and Sharon was the best ever. She seriously helped me pick out foundation, concealer, and bronzer without being able to try it on, which did NOT happen quickly, but I didn’t feel rushed. They know their stuff, know the different lines and products, and tell you when they haven’t tried something, which I appreciate. Great store!
Not a huge men’s cologne section but they do have Jo Malone. Nice associates.
All kinds of make up there is really a good selection and nice employees when I went in a few weeks ago. Didnt rush me and explained everything. I also got little samples at the checkout

Rude, annoying employees. I was basically stalked around the store and asked waaaay to many times if I needed help...please don’t do this. I can’t even enjoy shopping when I’m being hassled the whole time. Just a bunch of older ladies selling in there too...with horrible eye makeup. Also, why are you even open right now if no one is allowed to touch any products in the store? I get not being able to actually test something, but I can’t even touch it? How am I supposed to read a label or anything? I’ll be shopping at Ulta.
They are taking covid pretty seriously but you can still try stuff on if a salesperson cleans it off.

Easy to access, good location, plenty of parking. Like all Sephora stores, this location has a large variety of cosmetics you can sample. Its clean and well organized. Only 4 stars because some of the staff is overbearing and can make you feel uncomfortable.
They are pulling down the one at Oaks Mall and open this on Jan 17 2020. Cant wait to take a sneak peek.

I consider myself transgender and my 1st time ever inside a makeup store was amazing. Amada Jay made me feel comfortable. She asked me, do you have time to play. After she was done and I looked in the mirror, I started to tear up, because I saw the person who I was inside my head staring at me for the first time in my life. Thank you so much Sephora. I have been there a few times sense then, and it has always been an amazing experience.
This is the only full Sephora in the area, and it has a great staff. Employees are team-oriented, very approachable and welcoming, and they make great beauty recs. If youre looking for beauty recs for work appropriate make-up looks, talk to Kaitlyn. She was super helpful when I went in.
I experienced horrible service here. The sales associate was more interested in doing her own make up than helping customers. I asked to see a particular foundation and she told me that it’ll be ugly on me and made reference that I could not afford it. I’ve never been so insulted at a store. Her name was Justine and the manager on duty seemed to know she had an attitude problem and did not seem to address the problem. She just said “that’s just her personality”. I like Sephora but this store is a no for me.
Most of the people at the register are helpful here. But most of them stare at you like crazy you can’t shop peacefully! Not coming back and I spend $200 every visit. Just sticking to online.

This store has the most amazing employees, and theyre so friendly. They treated us perfectly and made sure we purchased EXACTLY what we needed...not what they wanted us to purchase. The only issue I had was the fact that they had a pit of screaming children outside of their door.
Oh boy, do I loooove Sephora! I dont pamper myself much, if at all really. But this, this is my Oasis. My favorite is buying their kits, sales and getting all the samples youd need. Staff is very well trained and you can tell they love what they do. It sure can get pricey so I buy when i get gift cards and when theres promotions. I dont buy the make-up as much, its mostly the high quality skin-care that draws me here. Thanks Sephora!

Make sure you get the app, and join Sephora officially by getting an insider card free Besides, they offer lovely birthday giftsI always get 3 samples (thats the limit on perfume and cologne) good for travelWhen you order online or in store you get to.use the points you rack up on minis including skin care.hair care etc and of course high end perfumesSephora also has a widest variety of roller balls and of course the staff will give you a makeover or you can sample before you buyI like the staff at The Oaks mallThey are trained and professionalI dont discount MAC it is a good brand..neither do I discount ULTA but the fact is I ADORE sephora because I always feel like I am in a toy store where I can get samples, a makeover. Or just walk around and see whats new.By the way holiday gift sets are out now so.if youre thinking about it, please dont wait to avoid disappointment.🎁👠🦋🌹

I love this Sephora. They always are really helpful. They DO ask if you need help a few times. Everyone in the store normally asks once, sometimes they same person will ask more than once. I always tell them no or that if I need them I will find them an ask. However, I do think they work on either a commission and a point system since they ask who helped you when you check out and they enter it into the computer. I am a rouge member and they sometimes give me free little Rogue gifts when I check out and they always thank me for being a Rouge. They never have attitude with me at all and if they do, I give one back and they back off. ALSO, do not expect them to match perfectly, the lighting in ALL Sephoras sucks and when you go out into daylight you will be shocked. Your best bet is to have a foundation you already know matches and compare new foundations to that until you get better about matching yourself. Sephora pro here haha! If you want a personal shopping buddy hit me up LOL
I purchased a roller bottle of perfume. Opened my package a week later and the bottle was empty. I called a manager over the phone. I was told to bring it back. When I got there I was told I had the wrong store when I had my receipt. They did nothing at all.

I come into Sephora often and most senior employees recognize me immediately and fondly greet me with such sincere kindness. I have never walked in and not been welcomed immediately. Every employee is so helpful when recommending products, getting me to the best skincare item or fragrance that I’m looking for, and they give the most generous samples. I have happily spent a lot of money at Sephora, garnering much savings in the process, and am glad to continue spending my money here due to the excellent customer service and high quality products. I definitely recommend this Sephora store to everyone!!

Went there with a friend to purchase eyelashes got followed around as if I was about to steal...are you kidding me. Im an army veteran and had plenty of shopping bags in my hand. The balder girl was following me. When I went to purchase the lashes the red head girl was standing at behind me watching me. So I put he product back and walked out... you guys seriously need to work on customer service.

Very rude personnel. Stoped by to do an online return - which has never been an issue - and was rudely told that as a favor they will take it this time but next time they may not because ta supposedly under the discretion of the store. Amanda was the girl that explained it to me in the rudest and standoffish manner possible. Needless to say that I would avoid coming to this store ever again.
When I walked in, it took just under 10 minutes for someone to offer me help or even greet me. Linda was the first to greet me and offer help. I asked for assistance with a charcoal and clay mask. She showed me a few different ones, but for the love of pores and dollars she did not immediately take me to the crazy expensive Glam Glow! I was also having trouble finding Clinique, and she lead me right too it. The Clinique selection is limited, but I found what I was looking for. (Dramatically Different Lipstick in Tenderheart is my go to exact no makeup shade!) Cody, (who has AMAZING skin!) helped finalize my mask selection and gave me a good recommendation on the mask primer as well as specific instructions on it to integrate it into my KBEAUTY inspired skin care routine. By the way, the skin care selection there is great! Better than Ulta! When I was finished, Stephanie checked me out and got me singed up for a rewards card in less than a minute! She also went ahead and gave me my (July) birthday gift that comes with the membership. It was a super cute Marc Jacobs mini lipstick and mini eyeliner! Loved it! Four stars for now. Tighten up on the timeliness in greeting customers and 5 stars it will be!
