Yes true Archer Beauty has great product. But 1st of all they overcharge us as African-American knowing we need it for our nationality. They overcharge us for it. 2nd of all they do not let us use their bathrooms. Not even our babies can use their bathrooms. 3rd of all you can’t even return your stuff. Due to Covid you cannot exchange product. All sales are final, anywhere else you can.My product was not open I didn’t even get to take it out the bag. The lady looked at it and told me it was too short I had to take it back and I can’t even return it. Thats how much they care about their customers...not one bit.

They have such a huge variety for such a small building. I was impressed. Very reasonable prices too.

Nice array of products. I dont mind the staff watching me as I shop. I understand that they are just doing inventory loss control. There are many who steal these peoples products and I dont condone such behavior. Its makes the prices even more expensive. Black hair products are hard enough to find and afford. Dont need thieves making it harder.

Wanted to exchange the braiding hair for track hair because my hair style has change and they wouldn’t do it. They Said all sells are final, but no one said that to me. I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. The staff is chill and helpful. I recently had to buzz all my hair off and after 2 months I finally got the courage to try on wigs. Walked out of here with 2 of them and couldn’t be happier with the care I got. She made suggestions, glowed me up, and got me out of there with a discount because they didn’t have brand new wigs in the style&color I chose. Thank you!!

Great wig experience but could use more options. I know it’s a tiny store but they could still have more brand choices. Also the pricing is a tiny bit higher than some of the other stores but nothing to crazy to not shop here.

These people are rude they follow you in the store like you about to still something. They made me very uncomfortable and I got upset. I was about to buy stuff for my girl for about $250. I left it all because I function with people that apply great customer service

I love Archer Beauty! I am a Husband and Father of 3 daughters so for years I have been going there because I know the staff, and I know exactly where everything is. The store almost always have what I need and if they dont have, they will soon. I have also observed on a couple occasions where the staff was turning the signs off to close the store and people that probably would have been denied access anywhere else, were let in by the staff. Customer service is great and I will recommend them to anyone with cosmetic needs.

Rude customer service. Clerk gives me attitude and smart remarks when Im asking about the quality of hair Im trying to purchase. I then try and find another clerk, he sits down to eat his lunch like Im not standing in front of him saying excuse me. I politely exited the store and wont be back. Ive been here in a Gainesville all my life and the customer service has never been good. I will take my dollar to someone that values my money and my people.

Their prices arent just exuberant, theyre robbing people. Coming from a bigger city I cant compare the deals I would get back home of course, but honestly you can find a lot of these products for HALF the price at target. Theres no competition really so I guess thats why. Two stars for convenient location.

I was so happy to have found this beauty supply since it was a hair emergency and I was visiting the city from out of town. Tgey have a nice selection of hair, textures and styles. I would definately shop here again for sure. It was a little difficult to find but that could have been because of unfimiliarity with the city

They only had the color that we wanted of hair on the mannequin they had lots of colors when asked if they would have lost a purchase that when they said no they didnt sell it to us even though we was willing to pay the full price disappointing they said no then try to inform us what color we should buy as if we didnt know what we wanted
