Had such a good experience here! I got my birthday balloons from this shop. They were such a good price and ready for me as soon as I walked in! The worker who helped me, I think her name was Janine, went as far as asking me what color ribbon I would want to match to the balloons! It’s the little things that matter and I left truly impressed and super happy with them. I would recommend this cute little shop to all of my friends.

My experience at Party Shop was a great experience. I was shopping for a tuxedo for my son prom. Everything was perfect. Chelsie and the tall gentlemen who helped us was awesome. I cant remember his name but he also did a great job. He was the first one who greeted us the very first time we entered the party shop and showed us pictures and gave us pricing. When we went back we met Chelsie and they both fitted my son with the exact measurements. His tuxedo matched his dates prom dress which is what I was worried about,if he would match his dates dress,but I didnt have to worry because Chelsie was on point with the colors and all we showed Chelsie was a sample of his dates prom dress but she nailed it. We are very satisfied and would recommend this place to others. I will definitely continue to do business with the Party shop. My son prom is one to remember!!!

I needed a suit for my wedding and the service that the staff provided was excellent. I would suggest them to anyone I know. Also the suit I rented was definitely on point. I should have bought it.

My grandson is going into the Navy. I found these very cool paper goods with the Navy insignia on them. I was concerned that they wouldnt come on time but they assured me that they would send them Priority Mail at no additional charge. They came on time. I am so grateful for the outstanding customer service!

We love the owners and all the friendly staff at the party shop!! As a cake lady, I shop here at least once a week! They are always so helpful in finding what I need. If they don’t have it, they try to find it and special order it for me! In addition to cake and candy supplies they have a wide variety of awesome party supplies, costumes and even Tux rentals!!

I used the Party Shop Emporium for printing return addresses on envelopes for rehearsal dinner invitations. Chelsea worked patiently with me to choose just the right font and color to match an invitation that came from another vendor. Easy to work with and excellent turnaround time on the printing. Glad we still have locally owned shops in the Gainesville area!

Neat little shop! It is a lot smaller than i anticipated, but still cute. The prices are affordable. There are only a few themes provided for parties or weddings, but the selection of items withing those themes is great. I would say shop here if you dont already have a planned theme, but a general idea. The best place around to get cake decorating items.

Lost my business lady behind counter was talking to my mom like my mom didnt know what she was doing my mom has been making this candy for years. The chocolate she bought at party shop was old so we went to Party City and got some chocolate and the candy she made was good and chocolate melted as it was supposed to do. Didnt look like scrambled eggs. We will never shop and party City again rude employee

I love the family-run, customer service environment of The Party Shop in a world of big box retailers. Particularly helpful are Neil and Chelsea who give personal attention to their customers. I’ve visited the shop for holiday decor, paper products (birthday, baby reveal parties), and especially for Halloween items & costume rental! I would consider them for any party needs big or small.

We requested a balloon display for my daughters first birthday and sent pictures of what colors and shape we wanted. It was perfect and exactly what I asked for!!! Beautiful balloon colors!

My fiance and I went here to order our wedding invitations thinking that we knew exactly what we wanted only to find out that there is a lot more details involved then what we planned. Chelsea and Neil walked us through step by step and asked questions to better understand what we wanted. They also gave us suggestion on rewording to make it sound more formal. You definitely dont get this kind of customer service when ordering online. While we were there I also noticed that they do more than just invitations but they also do tuxedo rentals, favors and accessories. We will definitely come back for all of our wedding needs and more.

Terrible. Ordered a costume online with “next day shipping”. I received the costume days later after the party it was intended for. I call customer service and am told that UPS in our area doesn’t count Saturday as a service date. This was not confirmed on their website before placing the order; when asked what they could do the sales associate rudely asks me what did they want me to do? Spent over 75 dollars on a costume I will not be using and will have to spend the return shipping back. Horrible customer serviceUPDATE:It gets even worse. I received an email later saying they won’t accept it all. Even if I pay the shipping.....

I placed an order and did not get any confirmation, no contact from the store or anything. I followed up with them on their Facebook page and have not gotten a response about the status of my order. They have been deleting my comments from their page as well. Someone needs to follow up with me about my order.

I used the Party Shop for balloon displays for my sons graduation party. I was anxious because I live in one state and he was graduating from Riverside. I needed to make sure all the decorations were in place without me having to worry about the part of the party. Five months prior to the party, I contacted the Party Shop. They sent me pictures of party ideas, took my order, and coordinated everything up until the day of the party. They came to party location, set everything up and everything was done on time. So if you want to enjoy your party without worrying about the decorations, you had better call the Party Shop. Thanks Guys, you all are awesome.
